Fraudsters
I joined this site in March and started playing on it fairly regularly
After a month or so I decided to set a daily limit which I have not changed since deposited about £7 k plus of my own money won a bit (not much btw ) made some withdrawals no problems
Had a few complaints about certain games performances always seemed after a withdrawal you couldn’t win a toss up until they’d taken back plus more of your withdrawal
Fast forward to July I received an email recommending a particular game eye of Horus gambler so thought ok I’ll have a go staled £100 on this game got £17.50 return 17.5 % rtp got the bonus feature got £0 off that went for 70 consecutive spins at £1 stake got 50p return now I know it’s the nature of gambling but come on you can’t say this is random or bad luck when I complained that this game was performing way under par they gave me generic responses I persuade this trying to get answers the agents didn’t even bother reading my emails as they never answered my questions I played a further £200 on this game exactly same outcome although rtp was up to 22%
I told them it was a game they recommended and I was considering taking it up with gaming commission (for what use they are !)
Next thing I know I’m getting questionnaires asking am I in control fill form out to Asses me then I’m getting my account suspended after I’ve made withdrawal of £600 saying I’m not in control etc then I’ve got to send proof of funds in fair enough but why has it taken 5 months and thousands of pounds lost ? Surely these checks need to be done when account is opened ! I only found out I was blocked from playing after I deposit some money to go on games now they say I’ve exceeded my bespoke limit that they’ve decided on and want all kinds of private financial information when I went on live chat I spoke to Nina who said I was predicted/ expected to lose 20k after a year ! I replied hang on isn’t it supposed to be random how the hell can you tell me what you expect to take off me then she said you need to set daily limit ! What like the one I’ve had since April !! You need me to set up the removal of cancelling withdrawals from your account ! Haven’t got that option and wouldn’t use it anyway ! I see you don’t play everyday ! No I don’t only when I afford it or want a bit of fun ! I’m afraid you are a problem gambler !!!never been so insulted now it seems to me you make a complaint to them and highlight their failings there response is get rid taken enough off him so won’t give him a chance as he’s making withdrawals now
To sum up these are a bunch of fraudsters who make there own rules scam you out of your hard earned money shouldn’t have a license as a responsible gaming site lost my custom will never play there or any associated companies absolutely shocking and there customer service is a disgrace when you politely ask questions on live chat they end chat don’t they Vicky !!

Let me deposit and then requested proof of wealth I have sent in the documents and its now been 3 days and nothing has been looked at. My deposit is just sitting there! And I can't withdraw it back. It would be polite to ask for this first like other casinos.

Was asked to provide proof of wealth submitted bank statements showing money won from other bookmakers and then self excluded me for six months without my consent how is that even allowed? Disgraceful

Customers service verified my account via live chat within the 30 minutes after signing up for their website (which can normally take up to 3 days). I had to make a quick bet and this was crucial. Resolved a few other issues politely as well. Will update my review about the website overall, this was for the customer service.

After joining I deposited and played off £400. Was about to deposit a bit more but they stopped me in my tracks by requesting proof of income. I sent them certain proofs of income but it wasn’t enough for them as I was made redundant but still have more than sufficient funds available. Now I don’t have any chance of winning back any of my losses. They should have demanded my proof of income at the outset, rather than waiting until I’d lost money on the site first. Nowhere else do they have these requirements, no real casino, bookies or even bingo halls require this.

When he gives you a promise, you just have to say that it's already done.

However, I was verified, played several times, but one day I was blocked when Betting. I asked why, I was told by another person on a chat session (NOT Damian) that I'll have to be verified again. I asked why, she says that I could be verified as many times as Betvictor wants. I sent again the same documents (12 to 14 days ago). I'm still with NO Answer til today.

SORE LOSERS AHAHAH
Made £600 starting with £5 in 2 weeks, these sore losers blocked my sport account.
Basically, if you got a winning strategy, you're not welcome, only welcome if you lose money.

I won’t be depositing any money with Bet Victor again. I only gamble on this site is because of the fast withdrawal using BAC methods. But unfortunately doesn’t always work. I waited all day for payout and was tell I won’t get it till tomorrow after 6pm. Unfortunately that’s not good enough. Am frustrated and sick of the late payment couple of times now!! Don't believe the positive reviews. Nothing but FAKE. It states fast funds withdrawal will be in your bank account within 30 mins. I've been waiting over 2 hours. My withdrawal is still saying pending. Not even got to being processed. And then you have to wait for it to say completed. All betting sites LIE with their false information just to get you to sign up. Update . . . Just woke up. And my withdrawal is still pending. And it's been more than 9 hours

I enjoyed playing here alot, I was playing alot more during the lockdown period as were many, I did deposit alot but I also withdrew alot (and I had many big wins sometimes in 1000's) and these was off little £5-10-£20 deposited, absolutely no issue with cashing out winnings instantly credited back and available to me instantly,had all my favourite games and I never had any technical issue, or anything like that!
