Very suspicious business activities. They void winning bets for no reason, refuse to provide a reason, and then ignore you when you ask too many questions. I am shocked they are allowed to operate and now understand why they have been BLACKLISTED everywhere as noted in other reviews of this company.

This is a blacklisted site. Seriously. Check AG or TP. Every other gambling review site has blacklisted BetVictor, and I'm not surprised. As noted in some of the other reviews posted on this page, they have a habit of voiding bets when they are winning and then reversing those bets if they lose. Probably happened during the same game. Not only that, but their customer support is appalling. They talk down to you, practically laugh at you. I thought this was a respectable company. I stupidly joined based on the name alone and a few TV adverts. I seriously regret that decision.

I have never been so shocked or appalled with a gambling site. This is bordering on theft and criminality, and I can't believe they are allowed to get away with things like this.

I placed a bet for £100 to win about £300. The best was for more than 55 points in an NFL game and they cancelled it in the third quarter with 54 points scored. As you can imagine, I was furious. There was no reason to void the bet, but they need.

As luck would have it, there were no more points scored. Great, I thought. I beat them at their own game and avoided a scam.

But they hasn't finished!

I withdrew the money, everything seemed to have processed okay, and then, a day later, they cancelled the withdrawal, took the money, and amended the bet from "Void" to "Lost", before removing any proof that it had ever been voided!!

I mean, what the hell are they playing at?

Luckily, I took screenshots and have sent those to the gambling commission, but I'm stunned.

Not long since i joined and i go and lose my details to get into the site but thanks to Cloe i think her name was she was very helpful and got me into the site again.

I have used BetVictor for years and always took them to be a respectable and honest company. But that just changed.

They Voided a bet for Over 55 points on an American football game when 54 points had been scored and half of the game was still left to play. It's like cancelling a football bet on 5 or more goals when 4 have been scored and a team has just won a penalty!

The game wasn't late to start and there were no other valid reasons to void it, other than they didn't want to payout the £300+ winnings. Shocked, appalled, and will be filing a complaint with the gambling commission.

Stay away from BetVictor. I have gambled tens of thousands over the last few years and have never encountered anything as appalling as this.

Waited almost 12 days to pay me out avoid… the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Told me to verify my account which they said had all required documents for. But still restricted me anyways for absolutely nothing. Be careful because they can do this for as long as they like with no reason given or contact with relevant team who deals with it. They tried to steal my money but i kept going and wouldn’t let them. Absolute crowd of cheats. Good luck dealing with them.

Deposited money to place a Lucky 15 bet only to withdraw it shortly afterwards upon hearing BV don't pay bonuses anymore due to somebody taking them for 200k+ for £2 Lucky 31, is it any wonder bookies have a bad reputation.

BetVictor is the literary the worst betting site I have ever been on.
I tried the put a £5 accumulator on and it would not let me, So I went on to speak to the live chat I ask why this is, And they said it’s because the traders won’t allow it try and do another combination and I did however it still did not work and the live chat host (chole) absolutely did no effort to help me just had the same excuse over again. I have pictures and evidence but I can’t upload pictures on here. NOT HAPPY

Honestly the worst ever casino I've ever played at, please stay well clear of the slots at betvictor they never land bonuses or free spins and I've played at this site a number of times over a period of months and they still don't land a thing so don't even try says it's down to luck, I've now closed down my account with them.

I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. Fortunately for me, last 3 weeks i met on guy on Instagram called premium_tip,the guy games are nerve wrecking!!!..I’ve won more than £75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what?, he doesn’t charge a penny for his games, you only pay him after you win!
I will definitely recommend y’a to go check him out on Instagram.

Recently I opened an account with this firm and deposited 50 pounds. The company would not activate my account so naturally I asked for my deposit to be refunded. They refused.

Betvictor say they cannot refund my deposit because of identity issues, as they were unable to verify my account. Yet they are more than happy to accept my identity when making a deposit. This is clearly illegal.

If you are considering opening an account with Betvictor it's worth remembering that they can just decide to keep your money at any time. They can refuse to pay you and claim that you have not given them the right documentation or whatever. The irony is that they say they are doing this to prevent fraud and moneylaundering, but the only one's doing the laundering are themselves. Its not too serious with a small amount of money like in my case. But I imagine that for some it could be substantial.

I am therefore very surprised that they have not been investigated for this kind of fraud. Remember also that only a few people come online and admit that they were scammed so thousands more 'customers' are likely to be scammed in this way and nobody knows anything about it.

I believe this kind of activity to be VERY serious. I believe an investigation needs to be carried out by the relevant authorities.

Betvictor is in my view an online scam. Keeping someone's deposit is theft. Who gives these people a licence to operate outside the law?

When opening my BetVictor account I was asked to provide proof of income, which is something no other bookmaker I have used requires.

After providing this information, I had the amount I could deposit and wager restricted. And when I attempting to get these restrictions lifted, BetVictor permanently closed my account!

While I understand that BetVictor wants to promote responsible gambling, their new policies are clearly flawed in that they have resorted to treating their customers like children.

As adults, we are perfectly capable of managing our money responsibly (thank you very much!)

Provided photographic evidence of a slot that crashed and they said no issues occurred despite a bonus on a slot paying zero and not playing. They deny all evidence, as if it doesn't exist to suit themselves, then ask how my experience was when the ticket was closed. Really awful

Absolutely awful rip off casino. I had a few wins when I first joined but since then absolutely nothing despite depositing hundreds. There's no way their slots pay out the average as they advertise. I'm around £1000 down. Will never use again it's like throwing money in the bin

This company is a joke, don't even bother with using this website.

I bet on table tennis handicap +1.5 on the guest, the match finished 2-3 which means I won the bet. Their system marked the bet as a lost one.

I contacted their assistance team and they confirmed that I won my bet, but I still wait for the money to be credited.

I've got the screenshots of this scam and I will report it to the authorities.

Didnt return my winnings which i screen shot it clearly shows my matching numbers on bingo .the page has froze in which i screen shot no monies was debited to my account i had numerous online chat to cs attathing the screen shot i just got passed around as cs would end close conversation on me .

My bet was incorrectly marked as a loser, not sure how this could happen, I can only guess human error. The Customer service agents were both very pleasant and eventually got the ‘traders’ to correct their mistake. Glad it got sorted but it did take me to chase it up 3 times and took 5hrs from the 1st request which I made via text.

They closed my acount within 10 minutes of opening it. I placed my qualifying bet and won I then placed my free bet. I went to check the markets 10 minutes later and my acount had been closed trapping my winnings and losing my earned free bets.

This is Denis Doiron with another update on the missing 1850 dollars. I placed 2 withdrawals on aug 21 and 22nd totaling 1850 dollars Canadian. I was in contact with Betvictor for about 3 weeks. I was basically brushes off until one of their cashier employees named charmaine had a closer look. It was said to me that whoever placed my withdrawal (on their end) for got to enter the Swift code. So my funds were sent to basically nowhere. For 3 weeks i was told to contact my bank. I ran 3 traces for the funds, costing me 180$. The funds have yet to appear. They told me they should "bounce back" to them or appear in my accound eventually but we are know nearing one month an a half…. No resolution, no effort.

They probably wont even reply to this review and just shrug it off again.

Im not sure what to do at this point.

I want my money.

Ha won a nice little win of £80 from £10 and withdrew.. then guess what the clawed that back, and more, from me on further deposits in a couple of days and now I’m on a really bad losing streak as in £10 last less than 30 mins on 10p spins 👍 nice BetVictor!! Poor poor company, recently got asked to provide crazy amounts of financial information to them as part of their “due diligence procedure” to check my affordability, I reluctantly supplied payslips, bank statements etc and they then decided to put a deposit limit on of a few hundred. I understand deposit limits but they my existing winnings I had I am also not allowed to bet with as they are saying I have used my “betting limit” for 2020 so I can’t place any bets even though I have funds in the account !!?? Seems ridiculous only have a few hundred in there and they are so ignorant and rude when you contact them would warn people to stay well away. They do not even understand their own industry guidelines.

Only used betvictor a few times and had won 50.00 GBP on the 28th August 2020 after depositing 10.00 GBP and then after that win i deposited another 10 GBP but did not win anything, then after a couple of weeks i logged in and noticed my account was -50.00, after contacting them they said another 50.00 had been withdrawn on September 8th which paid out twice, id told them that i had not played or won since my win at the end of august and told them it was wrong, i supplied a copy of my bank statement for the whole period of time, what gets me is i am told "Well even if it shows the money did not go to your bank you need to contact the bank to see where the funds went". Which i will not do as i have proven that no funds went to my bank after my initial win which confirms i did not make any other withdrawal. I can only believe it's one of the following , either an employee that is skimming there accounts and making it seem like an error on someones accounts, or that after winning the 50.00 and spending only 20.00 someone is trying to get money back. Sounds stupid i know but think of everyone that has accounts with the total overall wins and loses at a postitive balance, it would soon adds up

The complaints process is a complete farce and probably illegal

long-standing customer suddenly decided to ring me in a police-like interview then requested documents which I sent and they said were not correct (they were) Over 2 months which eventually resulted in being ignored complaint went to level 3 (this only happens if you email csdirectorreview yes YOU the customer has to go up the levels, not the company. This is not how the guidelines suggest on-site but anyway they don't follow them and nobody cares.

The service gets worse when you get to this level and after trying ignoring me for weeks they just close my account. I will be shortly taking legal advice

BE WARNED this firm is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

This is Denis Doiron with a second update on my missing withdrawal situation.

I received a call from a lady named judy or trudy last Friday. I was told she was escalating this to the highest departement so I felt happy like some progress was being made and that she would get back to me monday. Nothing on monday so i placed a call and talked to a lady named Charmaine.

She claims she asked for payment receipts on other payments to compare the Data to make sure that theyre was no error while processing my payment. She said that she would be back to me mid week and should have a betyer idea what happened.

Here we are Thursday at 10pm. Received no calls (not even from the lady i spoke to Friday). I called my bank once again and paid 60 dollars for them to run a trace to try and locate my 1850 dollars.

Betvictor is not helping. Not even making a small effort. Money does not vanish so i hope this appeares somewheres at some point. Thats alot of money and i really hope to recover it.

Plenty of other sites offer the etransfer method and i have had no issues with this. I have been a betvictor customer for years. A good customer. And i have litterally received 0 help and continious "call your bank response"
I have done this and spent 120$ now trying te recover my money. Ive done my part.

I really wish someone would go the extra mile and help me. These are withdrawals placed on the 21st and 22nd of August. Its almost been a month.

A call back to even remotely pretend you care would have been alright.

Three reviews down , another customer claims to have been missing money that was actually withdrawn during the exact timeframe.

Plz look into this for gods sake.
