I have had the same issue as Denis Doiron. I withdrew money 5 times between 21 August to the 24 August. It is a sum $2300. I have been back n forth with emails to sort this issue and just keep getting told to sort it with my bank. I played again to make a small withdrawal and did not receive that either.
Anyone know what else u can do to sort this out would be much appreciated

If I could give these 0 stars I would iv been gambling all my life you win u lose it’s all part of it but I base my online experiences on fair gaming now iv played many sites most are now getting very tight with big pay outs so I tried bet victor saw good stars for it but when u scroll down all the good reviews are on customer service now I don’t know about you but I couldn’t give a f—k if Valerie answer my question in good time I wana know if the site is good for payouts or not and none of the reviews state that so I gave it a chance lost a few grand and not being funny this site absolutely hates a high stake it will eat ur money for fun u will get bonuses on the low stakes but they are sooo poor iv never seen a site that can’t pay out over 30x I mean it’s soo laughable please do not waste your money with these guys if you like to actually win coz it won’t happen here I will never load up another pound with these crooks neither should you awful site!!!!

Bet victor is a unfair gaming casino. Stay clear of them. I wouldn't recommend at all. My mate had put 6000 pounds through wild swarm. It popped and gave him 10 pounds that's what you call unfair gaming. We are seeking legal advice monday morning

The last 7 years or so. Betvictor has been extremely good. I have no real complaints. But i placed a withdrawal on august 21st. Two of them actually. And am yet to receive them. Totalling 1850 CAD dollars. The weird thing is i actually received three withdrawals after these two so an error was made somewheres. I was told to call my bank to see if we could locate the funds and the bank confirmed that nothing at all was received. So they are not sure what excactly they can do if the funds dont seem to have been sent.

After letting betvictor know. They say the funds were sent and basically there is nothing they can do. They have sent it to the payments team and they cant really do anything else. They sent me this recepit thing that says the funds were sent. I however have received nothing. They seem to think im a person trying to get free money lol but i have been a customer way too long to do that. I hate to turn to social media but i would really like my money.

Help. Anyone.

I find the chat service excellent and very helpful. However finding bets is extremely difficult in some cases. The links should be made clearer as it is almost impossible to find some bets. The website is well laid out and quite easy to use otherwise. Wins are paid quit quickly too.

I opened an account last night & verified my identity & address. Today morning I have deposited 5£ to check how it work. After that I requested for withdrawal of that 5£. A w moment later they sent me a mail to provide additional documents like passport holding in my hand, my source of money, again address. Again I provided. Immediately after that they closed my account and said I can't withdraw my money. This is really sad. They are scam, fraud. This is how they steal money from people. Ok fine if they find any reasonable background to close my account, it's ok. But they have no right to steal my money. At least they could refund to my source.

Opened an account with these made a deposit had a small win. I did not want to cash out so I left the money in the account to play with the following day. I was never asked for any ID at anytime. Recieved an email the following day stating my account is permanently closed and accused of fraud , no winnings will be paid out !! That's it no explanation just fraud, scumbags of the betting society

After a couple of wins, they will close your account. Only losers are welcome to bet with them.

They will then sight their T&Cs to say they can do whatever they like and don't have to give a reason
