Betvictor Review

After winning 33k of a 8k deposit i processed 2 withdrawals after a good night playing blackjack, im a fairly new customer to BetVictor at this point and was finding the app/site confusing and hard to navigate. So it turns out the withdrawals was cancelled unbeknown to me as The gambling commission 4weeks prior to this advised casinos to take away the ability to reverse withdrawals and i also received a email to confirm guaranteed withdraws as well as some other changes they made.
they are saying they was cancelled and funds was spent but i can not recall cancelling them and thought it wasn't even an option in the first place. They blocked my account straight after all this and am not getting anywhere with complaints although iv been in contact with their regulator IBAS who are assisting me with this matter.
I feel like they banned me to just not payout and jumped at any excuse to ban me and not pay the withdrawals i placed.
If any one can help that would be appreciated as I'm fairly new gambler and not to clued up with how to handle this.

Siobhan in customer services went out of her way to be unhelpful. Sign in system is clearly broken and password emails simply never arrive. I was expected to provide more or less every detail that has ever been written down about me. Refusal to provide means to get told to jog on.

They placed the wrong bet becuase their system places old selections in your slip when you navigate through it, and their website also freezes all the time.

When I complained to their CEO Andreas Meinrad they closed my account.

Have being being with bet Victor for years and years. Deposited 20 during the week was then asked for proof of wealth sent documents then wanted more. Checked my account today they now have locked me out. After being a customer for so long they just treat you like dirt ,no email explaining why I'm locked out. Absolutely disgusted with this bet site now. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Could not be more upset with betvictor ,every other bookies closed my accounts when i self excluded exceptions was yourselves, i spike to your coleagues then explaing that i was trying to stop myself from gambling ,they not only messed up on this bet but the very first bet i had with you was Bournemouth to beat spurs after the match they said no my bet was for half time lead only….i am discusted that after self exclusion you choose to refund me money less charges i had to pay for currency conversion ,THEN YOU HAVE PLAYED GAMES WITH ME FOR 10 MONTHS.
CANT SAY ANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.

They do not reply to emails. They closed my account seconds after taking a deposit of £100 and will not refund it. They money was never even used.
Move spent days emailing various department and get no reply. I then spoke to live chat who don’t give any help. I had a phone call from the most obnoxious idiot known to man, who’s advice was to call the police!

It’s a contractual matter. You took my money, didn’t allow me to use it and now will not refund it! Just refund my money and keep the account closed I don’t care, but I was my money back.

Unable to get customer service to advise on verifying my account. Nothing complicated but after 40 minutes of them copy and pasting, both the original person and their manager I gave up. I’ve emailed to see what they say but I have immediately taken my money back out, if they can’t do this what else can’t they do? This is the worst introduction I’ve had in 16 years of online play. I would suggest you don’t immediately deposit at all until you know you’ve spoken to a competent advisor before doing so. But based on this good luck doing so!

People! Be aware of this casino. They are scammers. This isn’t a legit casino! My account is restricted for no reason. Even tho I provided all documents needed. And they restricted me In a unprofessional manner. Deposited about. 1300-1400 (GBP)… Lost it all. But somehow I managed to win 1200 (GBP) back. And after this they allowed me to deposit 80 (GBP). Betvictor scammed me in 2008 for about 11.500 euro.
They have changed my bets and didnt pay me out.

They told me a draw at AH lost my bet, but it was a moneyback bet, so the odd had to change to 1.00 and not to 0.00.

So they closed my account, gave me about 15 different employees, but never paid me my winnings from 11.500 euro !!!!!!

Stay away from here, if you win, they dont pay.

I set up an account with these years ago and to be honest i originally thought that they were a decent company how wrong i was after just a few weeks of betting they took the best odds guaranteed and any other offers off my account so really at that time i should have told them to shove it i didn't even complain or never complained when losing my money either i just carried on letting them have my hard earnt money on the 31st july 2020 they then restricted my account to £1 or £2 maximum bets this is after having many bets with them in excess of over £100 well what a set of squealers i can only think its because i backed a couple of horses on my account that went off far shorter than the odds that i backed them at but it doesn't appear to be a problem when i also backed 2 horses that were backed at 6/1 and went off at at least 12/1 I really thought VC were a little bit better than the likes of corals ladbrokes and other scummy betting sites well after all of this the truth is they're all as bad .My advise to anyone thinking of opening an account with these squealers is don't bother do now what they have forced me and many other punters to do use the exchanges [BETFAIR] its much less hassle please VC do not ask me to get in touch via email or chat if i have any problems as i already did that and Scarlet informed me your restrictions on my account is final so shove it VC your not worth it BETFAIR far far better than you lot

Fraudsters
I joined this site in March and started playing on it fairly regularly
After a month or so I decided to set a daily limit which I have not changed since deposited about £7 k plus of my own money won a bit (not much btw ) made some withdrawals no problems
Had a few complaints about certain games performances always seemed after a withdrawal you couldn’t win a toss up until they’d taken back plus more of your withdrawal
Fast forward to July I received an email recommending a particular game eye of Horus gambler so thought ok I’ll have a go staled £100 on this game got £17.50 return 17.5 % rtp got the bonus feature got £0 off that went for 70 consecutive spins at £1 stake got 50p return now I know it’s the nature of gambling but come on you can’t say this is random or bad luck when I complained that this game was performing way under par they gave me generic responses I persuade this trying to get answers the agents didn’t even bother reading my emails as they never answered my questions I played a further £200 on this game exactly same outcome although rtp was up to 22%
I told them it was a game they recommended and I was considering taking it up with gaming commission (for what use they are !)
Next thing I know I’m getting questionnaires asking am I in control fill form out to Asses me then I’m getting my account suspended after I’ve made withdrawal of £600 saying I’m not in control etc then I’ve got to send proof of funds in fair enough but why has it taken 5 months and thousands of pounds lost ? Surely these checks need to be done when account is opened ! I only found out I was blocked from playing after I deposit some money to go on games now they say I’ve exceeded my bespoke limit that they’ve decided on and want all kinds of private financial information when I went on live chat I spoke to Nina who said I was predicted/ expected to lose 20k after a year ! I replied hang on isn’t it supposed to be random how the hell can you tell me what you expect to take off me then she said you need to set daily limit ! What like the one I’ve had since April !! You need me to set up the removal of cancelling withdrawals from your account ! Haven’t got that option and wouldn’t use it anyway ! I see you don’t play everyday !
