Been trying to speak to someone who can sort my problem out, i won some money they asked me for i.d sent all the relevent documents and still cant withdraw my winnings, keep geting passed about from pillar to post, really frustrating.

Great site and great games, i only started using it 3 days ago but love it. Great customer service and fast withdrawal into your account and vast selection of games. Anyone that says this is rubbish site would make me wonder if only saying as lost money. Great well done Bet Victor.

I have had nothing but good experiences with betvictor to be honest , your allowed to win. Customer service is always great. I have had a rep named Tina , multiple times and she's been so exceptional. Withdrawals for Canadians are usually an issue , not with betvictor, done in crisp and accurate fashion.lots of markets and sports.

Great selection of games from multiple providers, very fast withdrawal less than 24 hours via PayPal.

Still the best casino online I've been extremely lucky playing on here and now they have instant withdrawals so no waiting to access your winnings! The site runs a dream never faced any technical issues at all, never had a single issue to-date, There live help is faultless some of the most friendliest and helpful customer support around!

I always opt into the money back on losses but I've never had any because I've never been at a loss! I've had some big wins on here like I was playing £1 spins on a game and randomly won £1,244 (not even on a feature).

Complaint now 12 days old and still no sign of a resolution. Same standard email responses and still blaming 'third party' supplier of the game.

It wasn't difficult to solve from a customer service perspective and would have cost them less than £11.

Absolutely no idea why this didn't happen, or why they continue to fail to deal with it.

Second review on these thieves. I have played casino websites for over ten years and not witnessed anything like bet victor. The slots I have spent over £3k in the last 2 months and not a single and I mean a single win. Please avoid there are plenty more sites out there which you will enjoy your money with than these complete thieves.

Raised an issue 10 days ago…. despite several emails I just get standard template responses telling me it is an issue with a third party supplier of the game in question.

No attempt to deal with me as the customer or indeed offer me any resolution whatsoever. They just keep trying to fob me off with the "still investigating" line hoping I will just forget about it.

I won't and nor will I be using my account (with a healthy balance) until they deal with it.

Been a customer over 10 years but no more.
And don't patronize me by saying get in touch by live chat or email, because they're both useless.
Betfred, Hills and Ladbrokes are much better sites and you will never get another penny of my money.

I've been betting with betvictor since the days when they were called victor Chandler. When they changed companies, something changed in the company.

VC use to have a lot of decent offers for casino and sports alike. A lot of casino bonuses which involved free spins and casino bonuses.

Betvictor unfortunately has lost it's way. The casino offers are laughable on the site now. The offers consist of "have a chance of winning cash or bonuses in our tournament. Every £5 gets you a ticket" or "5% of your losses back if you lose (minimum a £1 as a bonus)". There is generally no loyalty incentive involved. New customers get one offer, then you never get another offer like that again.

Over Christmas they offered "12 days of new exciting bonuses" but they were the Same bonuses done before but with a Christmas theme. Stake this to get a chance to win this.

As someone has done quite a few of those tournaments, you don't win. You also don't hear of the winners either.

The sports offers are poor.
"Bet £10 in one week and you get a £1 free bet to use on Harry's picks."(sky bet let you choose what sport to put it on)
"Best odds on horse racing (which every company does)".
No decent bet offers over Cheltenham (best to use PP or betfair or skybet).

The customer service also leaves alot to be desired. Very scripted answers. If you explain about free bets or casino bonuses not being added, they quote "from Jan 1st 2019 we do not add bonuses on request".
I've been told several times that "I was at fault" when there was a problem. Which unfortunately there were a few. (Not being able to bet In play on Saturday at 3pm was a big one which happened for a few Saturdays on the trot!)

Overall not a great site. Sports section doesn't offer enough variety, as does the casino section (usually behind in getting the new games). Offers are good for new customers, very poor for existing.

Site is very basic compared to other betting sites.

In a land far far away I once cashed out some money from BetVictors casino (probably about 3 years ago) I am not greedy and will cash out and not chase more however you don’t make anything from this site.

I had a funny feeling that I’m light of Covid-19 some casinos would drop there RTP knowing that people would play and from the people I know that play here have said in recent time they have struggled to win anything never mind profit from the website.

My advice would be is look elsewhere first, they have little to no perks with the occasional bet X and receive Y and wager it 20x but this is very rare and can it even be classed as a perk?

Skyvegas offer A wheel spin for free…
William hill offer a prize drop for free…
And many other casinos offer you something for free.

You will see nothing from BetVictor absolutely zero and that’s coming from someone who’s held off giving my opinion thinking it might get better when in fact it’s almost certainly in the years that I’ve used them 95% poor.

Over 4 year's betting online with bet victor..they are ok with football and sports betting..but online casino is a complete fix..never play..especially roulette live games…You might win a little bit ..but ive watched the croupier cheat..they look at the screen and can see exactly what you are betting..the more you put on the less you are actually going to win..the slots you never have big wins..4 years now I played all the jackpot games right till the 11pm deadline..you never win..please don't play online casino games

I would rate 0* if option was there.
Very misleading. I deposited £10 with my debit card through PayPal comes directly of your bank account as PayPal will not fund gambling!!
Refused bonus amount unless I deposited another £10 without going through PayPal.
Beware and do not trust.
