By trusting the reviews below, I signed up and tried to have fun. They took 2k deposit in a couple of hours and I had no fun at all. Then they closed my account. I even didn't bet high amounts and wagered liked 2s or 3s. It seems they have a great way to take your money and kick you out. Do not bother.

What a joke opened account said account was verified played a few bets large amounts lost abit then recovered money back with small profit then just like any gambler withdraw the funds woke up next day money was back in my BetVictor account and account was frozen no activity could happen until I sent relavent document sent all I had over 15 times but was missing statement just kept getting automated email now I’ve sent the last thing they asked for let see what happens by the way I closed my account with them.

I bet on horses and usually in multiples like lucky 15s. Bet victor only offer best price guarantee on UK Ireland and zero bonuses on lucky 15 and alike so sadly not a good site for horse racing. They take a few days to get withdrawals to you too hence I’d suggest most other sites offer far better value if you back horses. I’m guessing they look to cater for a different sport but don’t know for sure

Have played at a few places online, but none better for both sport and casino. Bonuses are somewhat thin on the ground although they do offer a good cashback bonus if you go on a losing run. Extremely useful customer services and the big one for me, hot on responsible gambling. I've been contacted a few times to ensure I'm playing within limits and that's extremely good. Actually really good service. I was unhappy with an issue with a bet. I don't get the replies I wanted from live chat. I was then contacted by email from an advisor named damian. He acknowledged my issue, explained the reasons and offered a resolution. So impressed and satisfied good service showing did want to retain me as well so happy days. I prefer betvictor as odds are normally better and easy app to use so glad I can stay a customer.

avoid this online betting company i opened an account with them 3/4 weeks ago making several deposits an placing numours bets an not winning then my luck picked up an i made couple of same withdrawals which i recieved to my paypal with no hassle the on sat 7/3/20 i placed a few bets winning £900 an had a bet still running worth £600 i withdrew the money an on the 8/3/20 the hassle started i got an email looking more documents to to verify my account futher as of there request i straight away sent the documents that they requested then short time after i recieved an email saing my account was closed an bets an withdrawals were all cancled shortly after that i was sent jus over haf of the money to my pay pal an they wont gave me the rest of the money nofing but crooks how the uk gambling commission let this go on is beyond me sumthing needs done!

I signed up with a welcome bonus. Didn't get the welcome bonus I signed up for. I didn't realise the didn't credit me with the right amount and betted part of it and now they won't give me what I signed up for. Make sure they haven't cheated you before you make the bonus bets!

Unticked the boxes not to be contacted about offers etc unless via email week later I’m getting phone calls from bet victor about their offers and my account etc. Well the guy who rang me tried to ruin my day but it didn’t work more like he got a piece of my mind and I probably ruined his. just Few days since I opened the account .. and few of my bets has been restricted.. today is March 10 and I still don’t have my money which they said it processed at 8am on Feb 28. I don’t know what is going but every time I contacted them they giving me different information. And I’ve requested for receipts of my withdrawals sent now for more than 10 times they never email me what I want until I spoke to the manager Adam and I got email of the payment but with no date on it. The agent Sam told me that money will be in bank on March 9 but it’s still nothing. What is going on Betvictor ? Not professional at all when doing this to me.
