Allows people to sign up with unverified information. I’m get loads of junk from them as someone decided to use my email address to sign up. No way to opt out.

Absolute disgrace of a company
Have no compassion or empathy whatsoever for people that suffer with gambling addiction and have shown no duty of care or responsibility tools to prevent a problem gambler getting into financial difficulty after known problem gamblers traits such as repeatly asking for free bets asking for the cancel withdrawl option taken off the account and letting a registered Gamstop problem gambler to depoist into the account with a debit card in someone else’s name.
There customer service is shocking not helpful ignored emails promised to call and did not and a manager who promised to take ownership only to have different members of staff contact and all give different messages.
I honestly don’t know how a company like this would look to profit of someone who has a gambling addiction and it’s so low it’s scary to think that nobody actually controls these companies who play on The vulnerable and people battling a addiction.
Numerous emails sent ignored and still no manager showing any decency and calling to resolve the matter absolutely shocking

I have had a complaint in place and nobody is taking ownership of it. I just want someone to get back to me but I keep getting passed from pillar to post. I keep getting told to email them and I have, but nobody is receiving my emails

Avoid this site, they are the most corrupt, tax dodging scum bags, none of their bonuses pay out and every time you get a bonus (On Slots) the reels glitch.

Great service. I inadvertently duplicated some bets on a horse race and when I contacted them through a chat the representative voided my duplicate bets straight away and recredited my account instantly. I am very impressed with their service.

I have to be totally honest and will not godown the gamblers sour grapes route.
I was playing JASON SCARAB QUEEN got on the board with 3 SCATTER SYMBOLS flashed up 34 and pennies and balance unchanged. I then logged out and clicked on head symbol in circle account to check balance as any person would and showing just what I had before win ..live chat ..checking ..checking …and it was just waiting was polite and said get back to me to check I was on winning board 8 spins in last reel …denied and did not pay.
When I checked balance it said CASH UNDEFINED OR UNDERFINED…NOT A MONEY BALANCE …REALLY ODD..

BV has all these offers but the wagering on 50pc is so high you are highly unlikely to win anything up to 1200 …let's put it in perspective I played slots for 2 hours got up to 53 but still had to bet 400 to take winnings and what chance do you think you have of having anything left …
The games you bet on suddenly freezes at the business end of races…worrying but I am probably not their ideal customer I go each way spread bet and not large amounts …something not good about BV 7/10 but the site is better than some I have seen.

By trusting the reviews below, I signed up and tried to have fun. They took 2k deposit in a couple of hours and I had no fun at all. Then they closed my account. I even didn't bet high amounts and wagered liked 2s or 3s. It seems they have a great way to take your money and kick you out. Do not bother.

What a joke opened account said account was verified played a few bets large amounts lost abit then recovered money back with small profit then just like any gambler withdraw the funds woke up next day money was back in my BetVictor account and account was frozen no activity could happen until I sent relavent document sent all I had over 15 times but was missing statement just kept getting automated email now I’ve sent the last thing they asked for let see what happens by the way I closed my account with them.
