Wow. Just fantastic service. I signed up, and made a mistake for one of the promotional offerings – my own stupidity. Got through to a guy named Thomas on live chat though, and within a few messages he had resolved my issue. I’ve had experiences with live chats on other sites where issues need explaining multiple times and can take hours to resolve, but really, this was a breath of fresh air. Cheers Thomas

Stay away from Bet VictorThey have denied depositing my withdrawal and asked for extra documentation provided, even though the information is on its system.The customer person also assumed and suggested that the money might be in my bank account (so, I was just trying to trick them to get 100 bucks back).I have sent them screenshots of my bank account, and on the BetVictor account with the correct info, and I was still denied the payment until I sent them private info from my bank account. The thing is, I always tried to withdraw a small amount first to see if the sportsbook was trustworthy. I did this before, and I have no problem with the money being deposited correctly. But the second time I have tried, BetVictor came up with issues.Edited to add info on Betvictor’s reply: I contacted your customer service, your live chat and those were the answers I got. I asked for another person to talk to since the one on the live chat with me was making assumptions about my capacity to understand what he was saying, assuming the money MIGHT be deposited in my account already (really?) and finally letting me know that everything was recorded already, which seems like a very obscured threatening comment. In any case, he refused to let me chat with another person.

The horse racing free bets are confusing, odds boost is almost pointless and impossible to win. The In play on racing even more so as you cannot select anything once the race starts!? Spoke to Anyi who in the end swapped my bonus £10 in play racing bet for a ‘normal’ free bet. Thankyou Anyi

I have been with BET VICTOR for a very long time but yesterday I was asked to upload documents on wages or pension what a load of nonsense they don’t care what you loss not at all the more the better and apart from that these people should ask for this information at the start of your time with them and not 5 years after . So time to move on.

Months ago I went through all the verification processes which included- Enhanced Identify verification, deposit verification and occupation verification. That took some time and was eventually sorted by BV. Yet again my account is restricted and I have winnings in my account which BV will not let me withdraw my winnings or place new bets. I am then directed to contact customer services. Chris from customer support could NOT tell me why my account is restricted or do anything about it. In the same time I have used Paddy Power, William Hill and Sky Bet without any restrictions and the need to use customer support which…….does not support. If anyone from BV reading this can give me details or someone who could actually help please? And please don’t say live chat as that is the reason I have just written this review.

I have not heard a reply from bet victor . They asked for my e mail address which I sent to them . I also sent them my mobile telephone number. I have over 1000 contacts on my phone which I have since I joined Vodafone about early 1980 s . If they do not contact me within the next 7 days I will have no alternative to pass on to all of them my Trustpilot posting . Pay up bet victor and show your intentions. Many thanks trust pilot .

Stay clear at all costs!Another dodgy company which lures you in with the promise of £50 bet credit, takes your qualifying bet then tells you you’re ineligible for promotions. Advise these lot to brush up on their contract law, how / why would I be ineligible, and if so why was I not told prior to taking my money? Absolute breach of contract, as was deliberately misled to believe I would be receiving the promotion. STAY CLEAR!
