I have deposited a few hundred quid a few too many times on bet victor now and unfortunately I have not enjoyed playing the nice selection of games they have. This is probably, and, mainly due to how the games have been set up. Many features have been disabled and changed from the standard original versions. Some games (eg) Book of the Dead, have had their spin cycle changed in a way that increases the duration of the normal standard spin before the reels stop making it very unlikely that you can trigger the bonus by catching the three scatters. You can easily spend over £150 at 50p per spin and still not trigger it, which I have done multiple times Other games like like (eg) Mystery Reels have also been changed in similar ways and also had the stop the reels feature removed of disabled. You have no control and it makes playing at BetVictor very expensive and not much fun at all. In my opinion the website is okay, it works fine and I haven’t had any issues with lagging but the menu cannot be hidden When playing on the iPad. It is intrusive to your gameplay and very hard to be submerged into the game with it in the way. This is not an issue from an android device or pc. I hope bet victor decides to enable the features of these games in the future. When that happens I’ll give them another try, until then, I’ll stay away.

The promotion offers of free bets are totally not worth it as it needs to be used within a week's time and the single bet odds should be 2 or greater for using the £10 free bet.

Has to be one of the best online betting sites out there. I use both sports and slots and have never had to complain about problems with the site. Recently won’t a small fortune from them too so I can say that the smaller jackpots definitely pay out!

My rating is actually a zero star . This is the most dishonnest and unfair online casino i ve never had to deal with .

I took a promo and qualified for some free spins, i ve claimed these spins as i ve not been credited . I qualified 100% but they refuse to credit them for shaddy reasons and find excuses which had nothing to do with terms and conditions.
Then they closed my account as i was not happy , without any reasons.
On top of that , i had £10 on my account ( £5 cash and £5 bonus) and they ve stolen my £5 bonus .

If you have an account , i advise you to close it now before something like they did to me happens to you . And if you don't have an account , never open an account here . I think it's the worst online casino i ve never experienced. I will update if ever my money is coming back , but for now this is stolen . Stay away from that scam

And note that most of the reviews here seems to be fake ! so be careful !

I was in contact with Maja on the 24/7 live chat and was dealt with quick and easy. I was looked after and that’s hard to find with some other betting sites that never respond. Will continue to use BetVictor in future.
