Was number 55 in the queue for customer service. Waited 5 hours making sure not to be disconnected and still no customer service. Eventually the chat went dead. Absolutely ridiculous service. Withdrew money on the 25th of July, today is the 5th working day and money has still not hit my account. Won a significant amount of money yesterday and withdrew, God knows when that will be paid to me. Avoid at all costs

My ‘promotions’ pages were fine on Tuesday and early Wednesday showing the qualified promotions that I had completed, since then they have disappeared.I should have the following showing on my account :-‘Sports’ – £10 Free Bets ( £5 on Saturday / £5 on Monday )‘Casino’ – 200 Free Spins, £50 casino bonus, £20 Free BetsI was on live chat to someone yesterday and was told to screenshot my pages and email them over which I have done two or three times. This email address always comes back with an automated response :-‘This mailbox is no longer monitored and your email will not be responded to’I have received no feedback, why tell people to email an address which nobody looks at ?Please advise on when I will receive my promotion bonuses. I have a funny feeling that Betway are trying to take them away from me and that they will come up with an excuse as to why I cant have them.I cant even see the progress bars or even the free bet club page, nor spin the daily wheel, all other pages work fine except the promotion ones

First of all I am with you guys and bet all the time. I deposited 1000 euros in account and you said block on withdrawl as you want to verify my identity ? Like why now? When I deposited myown hard earned 1000 euros which I did but still i can not withdraw but i can bet . Drivng license front and back submmited 2 times already.Secondly you did let me bet on cricket match which got tied level score. As per terms and conditions when i checked if match tied orignal full stake will be refunded and basically full 1000 will be refunded. But you gave me 50% back. This is not fair. I tried to reachout to live chart so manytimes and every time it cuts off after few hours .I beg you betway this money stuck in account is my hard earned money and it is to pay school fees for my kids. Avoid!!Will just steal your money. I was fully verified on sign up, signed up for the bet £10 get £10 free bet offer, won a football bet and tried to withdraw £24 but now need an array of documentation. These companies are just criminals who keep your money hostage

I successfully verified my account with relevant documents when I opened the account and had been using the site for a few weeks. I then tried to make a withdrawal which has now been waiting to be processed for many weeks without contact from Betway to explain if there is any problem delaying the withdrawal. Today I tried to log in to find they have now locked the account for no apparent reason! Where’s my money you scammers?

After reading all the negative reviews I thought what have I done, I won £200 pounds and I will never see the cash. but betway paid out within 24 hours ,I’ve only been on the platform a short time and I think it’s very good I would recommend giving it a try.

I am really upset with betway. I reside in ontario I did a withdrawal which was approved on 29th July. Everytime i spoke with customer service they said the funds have been paid to my visa. Still i have not received the funds. I have never experience anything like this before in most cases the funds are there in 1 2 business days. I will be waiting for one more day hopefully will receive my funds or else will proceed to IGO with my issue . I will delete this review if I receive my withdrawal today.

I was playing a slot game and won £55 but then got an internal error message so reloaded the game around 10 times before it eventually finished my bonus from which I had won the £55. The money was not credited to my account and gameplay history had disappeared but luckily I took a screenshot and then attempted to get in touch with some kind of customer support which is almost impossible. I did eventually get a reply but it is now a week later and still no money in my account and still no idea what is going on. This site quite clearly doesn’t care about it’s customers and the support system set up is diabolical and not fit for purpose. Do not use this site because if you have any issues the process to try and sort it out is a nightmare and so stressful. The Gambling Commission needs to look at sites like this and force them to actually give customers, who probably spend a bit money, a customer support service that actually works because at the moment it is a complete and utter disgrace. In response to your reply I have a screenshot of my winnings of £55 that were not paid and if you think giving me a 30p refund is OK think again because I am owed a lot more. I would also like to know where you got your information from because I have had absolutely no response from Betway and will just pass this on to resolver because as I said the customer support is diabolical.

I swear if it was a 0 star feedback 0 i would give. My problem started when I deposited with my bank account on jackpotcitycasino.co.uk part of betway . And due to an error my deposit didn’t reflected in my casino account , but they charged my bank 100£ to be more specific. Now the chat and the contact section are a joke you lose hours and still don’t get to speak with someone via email is saying this This mailbox is no longer monitored and your email will not be responded to. I managed in the end after long hours of waiting to speak with someone . They told me i will get refunded in 2-3 working days now 8 days has passed no refund. 8 days where I contact them daily with no success. After this I will delete all my accounts with betway and I will not deal with any associates of this joke . I don’t know how they operate in UK ?? I created an account to bet on the Euros – I am a huge fan of Euros and World cups – and put 2 bets on them. 1 lost and 1 won. Suddendly, they gave me a notice that they would close my account without any type of justification for it and they said they would give me my money back after closing it. Since I did a Bizum money transfer for my deposit, they have not been in touch with me to give me back my money, which was 3 times what I deposited, 60 euros. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Trying to get in touch with them, they tell me to log in, but they already closed my account. SCAM again. They just took my money and run for the hills.

Cut a long story short, my horse won ( insure bet 2 places ) and should have won £13.50, however I only got £6.75 ( no rule 4 or anything as all horses raced ).Live Chat said the system shows it paid in full but it never was. It’s only a £6.75 loss but what if it had been £67.50 or £675 that just vanished into thin air ?Also, Betway, please confirm whats happening with the Promotions ? I have qualified for ALL sport free bets and Casino free spins/bonus/bets tomorrow but nothing showing on the website. Betway is a good app , there’s one game that I like on their that I always play . But somehow the game goes so fast and no my fast play is not on . You can actually see how they push and pull the scatter to go past . I mean no scatters from a R400 and I bet R4.80 . I think that is ridiculous!!!

It is my own fault!After reading the reveiws i should have know better. I am not one to write reviews but have to as a warning to others who read my review and other players reviews about Betway Casino. I deposited £440 at this site, did not win anything, and made a withdrawal of my own money i deposited, £50. After 6 days of not receiving my money, I used live chat and after a long winded chat, was told I had been paid my £50. I then asked to close my account, and the operative did not hesitate, nor ask why. She was so quick to inform me that my account is now closed. What a rip off. As reading other players reviews about the same withdrawal problems, Any one thinking of signing up to Betway Casino should think again. Betway! just remenber the word Karma, because you have wronged me and others, and can not keep doing this to people.

UPDATE: Betway said my withdrawals were paid out and told me to call my bank, blaming them! But the withdrawals they are talking about are NOT the ones that were not paid out, which I told them over and over again. I guess if they respond to a bad review and say they actually paid out the withdrawals, people will keep using their website and believing they pay out people’s winnings. IT’S NOT TRUE! Still waiting for my two requested withdrawals which is $700!!!! That’s alot of money they have no problem keeping!!

Refund Reference Number: 0002188010595. On Withdraw tab on Betway it says “You do not have sufficient cash funds to make a withdrawal (Cash Balance is 0.00 kr).” Then the only button left is “Back to Games”. I can’t add my banking details like SWIFT which is required by Betway in order to make a refund. I also can’t add money through deposit to them. If I do it will disappear to Ålandsbanken. It will still say 0 kr. I don’t get any help from support. I don’t find anything on “Pending Transactions”. Therefore in my experience Betway are scammers or just inherently broken.I am not the only one who has been scammed on deposit and withdrawal. Sadly I can’t add the link to AskGamblers here. I have lost 5,000 SEK on them.

The Favourite Won and my Selection was 6 of July ( Winning casino ).Instantly settled as a loser and no matter how much I tried via Help and Emails my Winnings are still not credited.I tried many times and send emails but no reply. I can see that is no one happy with this app. They don’t want to pay money. They write that the money will enter your account in between or up to three days, but they are lying. I places a bet on best odd guaranteed and the bet was not settled with best odds guaranteed. I then tried to get this resolved with their chat service. I was disconnected 3 times and I have been waiting for over 3 and a half hours on my 4th attempt to chat to their customer service team. Overall, I have been over 6hrs. This is shameful and utterly disappointing.

I placed a bet and clearly won it. Immediately Betway said I lost. After waiting in their live chat an agent said she will email me after finding out the issue.Then she emailed me saying that I lost the bet at the “Traders Discretion”. I have all the evidence screen shots of match results from Betway as well as from a third party app. Do not away risk your money with these fraud company. I am going to the take to all the possible authorities as this was not the first time they did to me.

This company is an absolute joke! No matter what you do they make it impossible to withdraw your winnings! Worst customer service ever! They do not reply to any emails! It is illegal to withhold money that you have won. The financial ombudsman will be contacted and I’m currently reporting them to the gambling commission.They say you need to use an alternative deposit method but it will not allow you to do so.Disgusting that they allow you to keep depositing with your card and then block you from withdrawing to exactly the same card!I would give this a zero if I could! On the 11th July 2024, I tried to withdraw some winnings from Betway. So far I am still waiting for my winning to be funded into my requested account. Betway stated that the account was not the one that I set up, even though it is the one that I have used for deposits and withdrawals over the years. To prove that it was my account I tried to make a deposit, now this money is also in a transfer window awaiting approval. So not only are Betway hanging onto my winningsbut also hanging onto what is already my money. I have tried to contact them by email, (no reply), I have tried the chat system, (what a waste of time). If Betway had replied or had a better chat system, or even someone that you could talk to we could have sorted this concern, without the whole world knowing about it. After my last review Betway asked for my details to get this concern sorted, and here I am a week later writing another review. Back again next week, I expect!

It’s now 5 days since you last emailed me stating you needed “additional time” to investigate my account? For a start I don’t believe anything you say and have zero intentions of paying me my money. Absolute joke when trying to withdraw funds saying you have to make a deposit on the same card when I deposited the money from that card. There is no contact whatsoever. Tried phone numbers but they no longer exist. They say they have a live chat but that no longer exist and then to reply which I’m still waiting. Obviously they do this so you get fed up and either carry on betting and lose or they just have your funds. I know they are a Maltese company but will be reporting the to the gambling commission as they should not be allowed to do this. Terrible company. Avoid avoid avoid.

Betway make it impossible for you to upgrade your withdrawal card details !Quite happy to except your card to let you make a deposit but for some reason I’m unable to withdraw to the same card ?Website doesn’t allow you to change prefered card , live chat doesn’t work , emails not returned !!
