Won’t let me withdraw my money. I’ve deposited money using PayPal and now when I’m trying to withdraw it won’t let me. I’ve tried contacting but the live chat is awful and the bit doesn’t understand what I’m saying. I haven’t been able to speak to 1 real member of staff!!

I am unable to add another withdrawal method because i stopped funding my betway account, try sending the money to my Neteller account, it has the same email address as the one on my betway account, or you can just put the money back into my betway account so i can continue betting. I believe that wont be hard.

Placed a 5 each bet way on a horse in australia . The horse was withdrawn before the race however did not return my stake . I have tried to use the chat option however after a week of trying still have not got though. No way of contacting them.

** edit due to betway response. I did that. Its not there. Its completely gone. And how do you reach out? I tried the chat option and it was unhelpful. There’s no other information on how to speak to someone on the betway site** Customer service is non existent. I placed a bet a few years ago for a couple hundred dollars on this year’s presidential election. When I was looking for it today it appears to be gone. And the money wasn’t refunded. There’s no way to talk to an actual person, and the bot chat is complete useless. Avoid this site.

I opted into the wager £100 on sports or casino promotion and it said get 50 free spins and £20 bet I did get the £20 bet but didn’t get the free spins I have been waiting for over 4 days for the spins to be credited also the contact number doesn’t work because of covid 19 from 5 year ago it should be up and running again email at support Betway that isn’t in use anymore! Placed a £300 bet on Kokcu to have a shot on target in turkey vs georgia on 69 mins he did. Sky bet agree, bet 365 agree, opta stats agree, live football commentary said this “Orkun Kokcu (Turkey) had a golden opportunity. He volleyed from point blank range towards the middle of the goal, but Giorgi Mamardashvili was alert and made an amazing save!”. Betway says it lost and after 6 hours still cant get in touch with customer services. Clearly a scam site who settle bets wrongly hoping you dont notice. SCAM

Deposited a pretty large sum of money and I can not withdrawal. Customer service does not exist and is only a bot and I can not reach a live person to talk to. I don’t understand how a company can have such a lack of communication and at this point I do not believe I will be receiving my money based on other reviews.

This site is a scam . I deposited a certain amount they matched it in the bonus but I couldn’t withdraw until I had more than the bonus in my account so basically they are going to make sure they win not you .

Garbage customer service. 10 minutes of navigating annoying bots you then have to wait an eternity for live chat. X direct messages quicker but felt like I was being interrogated by the F.B.I. What happened to a straightforward response to a query? Zero transparency to their promotions, inferior to the big boys in the market.

I have $400 I have been trying to withdraw for over a week! I’ve been told to select another withdrawal method as my bank won’t allow the money onto my card. So I set up Neteller but had to deposit to Betway first. Now when trying to update the withdrawal method it says I need to deposit first. Live chat is a joke, it’s just automated.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed a bet for my team to score, they scored but I lost on my ticket. I thought I did something wrong so I tried again, and again, and then I copied my son who bet on a different platform, he won, I didn’t. Same bet different platform. I contacted support who said it was filed correctly. Complete scam!

I’ve been waiting 6 days for my £2000 withdrawal. They said because my gamer name was Ken, which is short for Kenneth, they couldn’t pay onto the same card listed as Kenneth they can take money fine from until I explained this name diffence. A simple thing a child could work out. I verified my account. Absolute joke. No other casino has done this. They’re adviser sergio told me things will be sorted the same day and nothing happens. I made a withdrawal on June 4th and it’s been over a week now and still haven’t received the funds. On the app it says processing commenced. Upon getting in touch with chat support. They said our operations team is further reviewing it and will reach out to you if anything else needed. I haven’t heard from anyone yet. It’s really frustrating now.

A company that permits fraud.My debit card has been used through this company, although I do not have an account with them. I have been emailing for over 6 weeks and no one has investigated this.I have provided my bank statement showing the transaction dates and amounts and I have provided my card details. This morning I received a request for the same information, of which I have provided 15 times.This company permits fraud and does absolutely nothing to combat it. Zero hope of betting my money back. Can i just say, Im not sure at all why all the bad reviews? Ive only used them now for three withdrawals and each time ive gotten my money within the same day. It does say soemtimes it takes up to 2 business days. but ive had completely no issues at all. i had one instance where it did take my money for a bet, i lost connection, i won the bet but i actually didnt get the winnings. so just make sure you have stable WIFI. other than that. very happy with them. they do Not deserve only 1.8 star reviews.

Dang! Today they won’t let me bet more than one dollar on any bet! I have no clue why. I’m not a big winner long term. I have won 300 in the last three months though. I’m guessing that must be why. No communication from them why. Hope they let me withdraw my balance since the money is now useless on their site. Our state regulatory agency needs to review their license.

They have the slowest payout in the industry. I asked for a call from a supervisor, and I got a call from a low level employee. They said the supervisors would say the same thing as they did. I said I would like to hear that from a supervisor. They said a supervisor could call me in a week. They said it’s taking longer than normal because they are behind. Not my problem. It’s pretty cut and dry. The computer says I won, so give me my pay out. Rude, ignorant and patronizing. Don’t use this site unless you like to get treated like a 4 year old with a 20 IQ. I guarantee if they respond, it will be the same useless rhetoric I’ve heard 50 times already.

So I read all of the negative reviews especially regarding the withdrawal issues so was skeptical about using the site but with the deposit offer gave it a go. I won a few hundred pounds last night and wanted to withdraw, so I also came across the issue of not being able to withdraw back to my card with the same error message stating I need to deposit with that card even though I had deposited multiple times with it. So I selected the wire/swift/bank transfer option and added all my account details, used my local bank address for the branch etc and can confirm from withdrawing last night the money is now in my account so I’m extremely happy and had a great experience. Maybe others facing the same issue try the bank transfer withdrawal option. The games have been great, I’ve received lots of great offers and daily spins and overall have enjoyed my experience, although I do agree the payouts/bonus rounds aren’t as good as some of the other leading sites but that’s the risk you take with gambling. I will certainly continue to play and hopefully the withdrawal to card issue will get resolved in the future. One last point is that the chat help is absolutely useless it’s an automated bot and isn’t of a great help unless you just have a genuine query/question. They aren’t a scam site but do have a few issues that would really help them to get more customers and better reviews.

Deposited £117 then changed my mind about gambling so withdrew it. States has been issued to my PayPal but has not! Both super wheels are landing on the same spin amounts everyday. I should have known it was a scam of a site by that alone. Trying to make a small withdrawal and I’m told that I must use the same method as I do when depositing. Thats exactly what I’m trying to do. Nothings working. Email address isn’t used anymore to contact support. Live bot won’t work either. Messaging is turned off on Instagram so I assume I won’t be getting any joy here either. I made a small bet that United would beat City in the FA Cup at 8/1. Money was taken and once the match was over, there was no recollection of the bet ever being made.
