Right betway iv had enough now, you can't make a withdrawal to my card I deposited due to problems on your end. You have sent me details of what I need to manually send the withdraw to my bank. Iv sent these through and suprise suprise you can't use them.I have resent all documents asked for if there are any more problems from now and my money is not sent to my bank the next thing I'm sending through for you to verify is my letter to the gambling commission and to the RT honrable minister for gambling MP Stuart Andrew.This has got to be by far one of the worst betting companies I have ever come across. I have saved every email and every conversation between Betway and myself and have all documents you have asked for. I will also make it in my best interest to let everyone I know how dier this company on every social media platform and by word of mouth.I have done everything you have asked and I'm not the only one this is happening to. Looking forward to hearing from you again. If your systems are that poor why are you allowed to keep running as a company with next to zero customer care. It kinda seems like your happy not to pay people out winnings they are owed. If I acted anywhere near like you are as a company I would not have a job to go to.Once again sort it out betway

Have written one review already. Appalling customer service. One excuse after another . Betway has now taken money I have been in pursue regarding withdrawal. My betway account is now empty . No history of transaction . In withdrawal section not showing pending nor paid . No money from Betway in my bank account no in Betway account. As usual get stuck in queues on Betway assistance only to be disconnected. This company should be investigated and fined for their total disregard to clients . I have emailed them along with all the 6 reference numbers I have accumulated . They don’t even have decency in replying Do not use Betway , as has to be the worst betting site ever .

Betway are an absolute disgrace and need to be fined by Gambling Commission.Again having problems with withdrawing. Their system is broken. Live chat is completely useless as you can't get through to anyone. Therefore again stuck in a situation where £500 are in limbo as it's a stuck on pending withdrawal.

This was not the first time I had issues when it comes to withdrawing Winnings.It seems Depositing Funds is fast and efficient but when you want your winnings from this Bookmaker any with others you are really in a losing battle.Head Office in Malta, No Telephone Number to Contact,Generic Scripted Customer Service Messages.Why at they given a Gambling Licence to operate in the UK?.Anyone reading this Review please do not give up and contact The Gambling Commission and The Rt Honorable Minister for Gambling MP Stuart Andrew and make them aware of the withholding of your money.Do not give in to them !!!The more people that raise these issues the better, and we must stand up against these thieving Companys.I closed my Account as I received my Funds and I will not wait until I get a decent win for them to do all they can to avoid paying out.Reading Reviews certainly opens your eyes to how devious these companies can be.

This is a terrible company to use. I am in the process of withdrawing money but the length of time this is taking is quite frankly, scandalous. There is nobody to speak to at the company and the live chat system does not work. I just want the money withdrawn into my bank account. This is not a big ask and should not be taking this amount of time. The company continuously say that processing has commenced, but there is zero clarity as to what is going on or indeed why it is taking so long.

I have read reviews. Surely this company should not be allowed to get away with this . I also having same problems with withdrawal. Absolutely awful experience. I have numerous reference numbers , saying need to go to withdrawal section to change to different way of receiving money. Yet they keep your money in pending payment , so you can’t change . I’ve spent over 10hrs trying to also get withdrawal on Betway assistance. Each time start either in the 70s or 60s in queue. When near to low numbers in queue only to then be disconnected. Was offered £10 free bet as they say experiencing technical difficulties. I Never received this . Still trying to resolve withdrawal a week later . Taken money immediately when placing a bet but then saying can’t transfer to my bank for withdrawal . Now going to persue through gaming commission. Awful customer service . This company should be investigated as believe these are not coincidences. Im in hope an investigative journalist uncovers their sinister policies. I don’t believe anyone even gets through to Betway assistance nor do they have a specific department dealing with complaints or issues . This company doesn’t even deserve one star .

I have just over 2k in pending withdrawals. So.ething to do with my card. It said deposit, so I did. But cannot withdraw it and still no money. I have never had an issue before and its the same single card still.. My funds were released 23rd January. Link to help email is no longer in use. No contact number. I think I need to take all this to the financial ombudsman.

I'm absolutely livid. I've been trying to get hold of some customer service/support for days now and of course the only way to contact them is via live chat. So today I made sure I was in line just after 8am this morning. It's now 4:30pm and I was next in line. It then came to my turn and I got booted out and the chat window closed. I reloaded it and I'm back to 64th in the queue. I'm raging. Someone had better get in touch with me as this is totally unacceptable.

I have two withdrawals of £100 still pending for over a week now. I have tried to contact them but its a nightmare. The live chat take forever to get throught and when you advance a bit they disconnect you.I will not play again at betway and i will close the account.Scammers is what they are.

Hello. I've had issues trying to make a withdrawal, wouldn't let me use the bank account I have been using to deposit for the last 6 months. After trying to contact through the live chat, starting at 50th in the queue, I was disconnected after waiting 2 hours. Reconnected to find myself 66 in the queue. Rubbish customer service system.

Betway has been running a deficient promotion. You get 25 free spins on a casino game for betting on certain events. So far I have participated on 5 of them.I haven’t been credited a single spin per the promotion. So they owe me compensation for 125 spins. Hundreds of people, at least, are having the same problem.Customer support is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. They don’t do a thing about this. Sometimes it feels like you’re talking to robots. They all give the same responses.To make matters worse. Betway has blocked me from logging into their site or app. I guess they don’t like customers asking why it has taken almost 3 weeks and there’s no resolution.They have quickly become a terrible option for online gaming.They continue to run the same defective promotion, by the way.My advice, stay away from these guys. The moment you need help with an issue, they will become your worst enemy.Just terrible.

I couldn’t give 0 star, but this is the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life! It’s 2 days I am trying to reach one assistant but I am always 70 in queue and after you wait for nothing, the page closes and you need to restart the queue. Last night I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and suddenly the page shut! How can you have just one assistant for 70 people??? And how does it take 2 hours just to move from 70th in the queue to 40th? You’re ridiculous!

So after reading the reviews I'm glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing issues regarding my withdrawal. I've updated my card details as requested by betway...pointless really as its the same card I've always used. I made a deposit from the same card a couple of days ago to make sure that worked and surprise surprise it did!. Obviously judging by the amount of people this is happening to there's some serious problems/scamming going on at betways end. Get this sorted betway, it's NOT acceptable!!!

Once again been sent an email for the second time, we have had trouble processing your withdraw to your chosen method.I have explained I cannot change my withdraw method numerous times. It also mentions it may have to be the same I deposited with, which it is.Betway have no problem with taking deposits from my card but for some reason can't withdraw to it that's funny.Iv also been asked to deposit with a different method. So your telling me you can't sort out a simple withdraw to a card iv used and you have taken money off of and you want me to send more money to your sight ha don't think so.Once again Betway please send me my money. I don't mind I can keep finding as many places to leave reviews as possible so others don't get stung the same way I have. Absolute awful company

This month January the 16th i have placed a few bets, one of them resulted a winner of £521 accumulated. I have requested to withdrawal £500 into my account, but this process is turning into a nightmare. I didn’t think at that moment about the details I had registered, because my email address its been the same for years and same for my phone number. At yours request I have sent a picture of proof of address and ID. And still haven’t got a response after few emails I sent. Accessing the live chat is impossible. So frustrating I can’t get what I’m entitled to. I have never had a such bad experience please sort it out.

Earlier this week placed a qualifying bet to obtain the free bet they promise and although this has happened succesfully in the past for whatever reason it was not honoured this time, i go to the chat assistance and am met with the same experience alot of previous reviews have been, i first logged the query at 12.17 where i was 76 in line its now 22.07 where its stated "your next in line" for the last two hours i was aphrenshive that there were actually any humans in their customer service and not just bots and this is unfortunetly confirming it

I wanted to withdraw all of my money I had in Betway just before last Christmas. I followed the withdrawal procedure on the Website. They sent me an email on Dec 24th telling me that they couldn't send me the money because I had't deposited with that card for a while. They asked me to update details on the card which I did this at least 3 times but it was pointless as there was nothing to update as it was still the same card. Responded to their email twice - received no response. Tried contacting 'customer support ' none existent apart from a totally inadequate automated chat function. Finally found a phone number online for customer support - automated message telling me there weren't accepting calls due to problems caused by Covid 19 !!!!!!!ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY -SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY - IT'S ALL FINE AND DANDY WHEN YOU'RE DEPOSITING AND LOSING MONEY BUT THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO WITHDRAW YOUR OWN CASH. AVOID !!!!!

I deposited £100 into my Betway acc and then 2mins later it logged me out and says I am blacklisted. After sending numerous emails and over 5 hours on chat they said couldn’t use my card (even though I just deposited) so I had to send new bank details done that 5 days ago and sent more email asking status of account but zilch. All I want to know did they get new bank account details and how long till withdrawel.

I was number 80 in line (que) waited 45 mins and I was 77 in line .. like come on... yall are handling peoples money... get a phone number back.

It's been OK playing the games etc but when I've come to withdraw the bit of money I've won, it keeps telling me I have to make a deposit from the card I'm trying to withdraw to even though it's the card I've been using to make deposits. I don't feel comfortable withdrawing the other ways so the moneys just sat there until I can work out how to withdraw to my card... 😩

Despite my reservations of a previous bad experience and against my better judgement, I decided to give Betsey another chance. Have applied for 2 withdrawals which have been authorised and processed but not paid......does this ring any bells Betway??This morning I went on their so called live chat at 8.22 am and was pleasantly surprised that I was number 12. Roll on to 10.30 and I was next in line. At 1pm I logged off as I was clearly not going to be seen to despite my many comments pleading for someone to talk to me.FOUR AND A HALF HOURS Betway!!! Really!!Your contempt for your customers is a disgrace and your customer service........what customer service?I could happily rattle on about how bad you are but I will amuse myself looking at the thousands of negative reviews you currently have. You cannot be happy with such bad reviews?In the meantime could you investigate why my withdrawals still haven't been paid pleased. They allowed me to open an account, and then they explained to me that they have now been taken over by a company I self-excluded from ( wasn’t a gambling issue )They gave me the option to close the account - which I did, but they will not refund the money I deposited unless I provide documentation???It was a small deposit but they have no right to withhold my money. Why should I send in documentation to an account I do not want.

Stay away!You win a little bit of money and they wont let you withdraw it at all. They will lie and make excuses and prevent you from getting your withdrawals. And when you catch them in enough lies they then state you have violated their terms and conditions with no evidence provided whatsoever. And good luck trying to use Resolver to try to get them to honour their obligations from a UK Gambling License, as the companies used for mediation are owned by them too!They are Corrupt, Scamming con artists. If you want to bet go elsewhere, as this company is not trustworthy and believe they can get away with these vile practises.

Betway is not so reliable and I have given up on them. 4 times I have betted on what they advertised that they will give free bets back if you lose (based on their terms and conditions including minimum amount and 1.5 odds) and on all 4 occasions they did not honor their word, 2 in the Premier League, 1 in Australian Open and yesterday in the EPL Cup. Very disappointed customer.

I am 36 years old and I can earnestly say that my experience with Betway is the worst customer service I have ever received. I opened an account and immediately deposited £500 through Paypal. Then my account was immediately locked. A combined 30 hours in queues for live-chat and my account was finally unlocked after a week. But my balance is zero, despite me having a receipt for my deposit from Paypal. I have had to jump through hoop after hoop, every person you speak to on live-chat will give you a different story and are extremely unhelpful; gleeful in my frustrations, almost.No apology, no compensation and WTH happened to my £500! I'm taking all this to The Gambling Commission.Avoid Betway at all costs*update after Betway's response below: there has been zero email correspondence. They don't willingly speak to you, you have to sit in a chat queue for 6 hours. THEY HAVE NEVER SENT ME AN EMAIL RESPONSE*

It been more than four weeks now I haven't received my money. Last two transactions, first one of 250.71 and second one, 28.88$. I withdrew but didn't receive in my bank account. I had read several reviews recently and many people are facing the issue. I was using Beltway for last 3 months. But I will not use now and post on their social media as well. I will make sure to inform my friends and family about this. Withdrawal process is extremely bad, wanted to withdraw my winnings and when I wanted to change my withdrawal method it told me in order for me to withdraw to my new card I had to deposit to it first (which is what I've been doing) I tried contacting live chat but it takes too long its not worth it and sending emails only to be ignored/no response. Definitely wouldn't recommend this site.

I withdrew £400 on Friday from the same withdrawal method I have been using since I opened the account. On Monday morning I received an email stating that they cannot process the funds to that particular card as it isn’t my “preferred method” . I know for a fact it is my preferred method - always has been. Subsequently reached out to the chat for some guidance as to what in the hell of beelzebub’s jock strap is going on. This turned into a 5 hour wait with the grand prize of no interaction with any agent with the final nutcracker… wait for it… yes you guessed it - DISCONNECTION!I still can’t believe what’s going on!I will be sending an email to Anthony Werkman tomorrow. Acc: Jusjus01**Update**They have paid me. All good. I have to say though, it seems the only way to get some help is to come here and write a shocking review - THEN you get the guidance, I’m guessing the live chat is teeming with similar customers with the same issues therefore creating a massive backlog and then subsequently crashing .I will however alter my rating to 3*

This is a follow up review on promotions and support …To this day, I have not received any compensation on the promotion that Betway has failed to keep their promise.It has been now 3 weeks since I made them aware of the situation.I have written countless emails, sent a bunch of screenshots.The Support team has failed to give me any information. All they say is “we have escalated the issue and you’ll receive a response accordingly”….I wrote a formal complaint about the situation to their customer care manager…nothing, not even an acknowledgement that they received my note.These guys are clueless. If you are considering giving them your money…DONT DO IT. The moment you have an issue that requires them to help you…they’ll become your worst nightmare.
