Account randomly locked with no contact. Have emailed last week with no reply, and anytime attempt to go on live chat the queue is 50/60+ and end up getting disconnected.Have refrained from lowest rating as my experience with betway up until now has been absolutely fine. This is concerning though, and using this review in the hope it might actually get picked-up and my account sorted so I can get back in. Particularly as I have a few open bets still running.

After multiple emails back and for In regards to my withdrew it’s safe to say this company is a scam! My withdrew was approved Friday morning and normally would receive the funds within a couple of hours ! I have been told this is now apparently no time frame and that I will receive the money when it gets paid!!! Honestly avoid this company at all costs!!!

I made a withdraw on march 9th. The site didn’t start the process until march 11th. After waiting seven days with no response or email send to me, I contacted customer support on March 18th. After waiting an hour I finally got through to them. They asked to my verifying documents, which I sent right away. It is now March 24th. I have no new information and no withdrawal. I feel like this site is a scam. I think they do this so players would reverse their withdrawal and lose their winnings. This is predatory behaviour and should be investigated. After I won 200 euro from blackjack I was randomly asked to send in documents for verification, after I’d done so a couple of hours later Betway closed my account and a day later sent me back 30 euro that I had deposited and not my total winnings. I’ve been waiting for live chat in queue for hours and the closer you get to 1 the longer it takes but I never managed to get in contact with someone even after 5 hours of waiting. Terrible service.

I signed up to the welcome offer for the Cheltenham festival, making note of the terms and conditions and adhering to them on my part. I was not credited the welcome bonus, so contacted customer services via the online chat. They informed me that it could not be credited as my account needed verification by sending ID. This was not in the terms but no problem,I emailed my documents as requested. Still no welcome offer over a week later, when trying to contact customer services again, I waited over 3 hours and had to give up. Ok, its not as if I have lost money aside from my first bet, but if Betway cannot even honour their own promotions when I followed the correct terms and conditions set out, I certainly won’t be handing them anymore of my hard earned cash as it does not instill any trust. Choose another bookie!

I set up an account today, which was verified and I was able to make a deposit. Just after I had my money taken, my account was locked and I’ve been unable to get back into this to withdraw the deposit I made or use it on the website.I’ve since been in the live chat for coming up to five hours now on hold, where I keep getting disconnected and pushed to the back of the queue.Absolutely shocking that my money has been taken and my account locked straight away – how on earth this site is still running is beyond me.

First you confiscated my winning saying that the name on the card deposited with didn’t match when I proved that was a lie you then said the card was a 3rd party account which was also false as it was my personal bank card. You then asked for photo I’d which I have send you in the form of a citizen card which can be used in casinos now you’re saying you don’t accept that. DO NOT TRUST BETWAY they have lied time and time again.

I had a single question about promotions but apparently this website has not live chat or anyone could help me. In the live chat you see a bot offering irrelevant information and when I call them someone after saying something hangs up. I think it is a parody website copied from Betfair. Please satay away this website as if you face any problems with your fund you have no choice but saying goodbye to it.

I was fooled by the $200 deposit match bonus. After wagering that and more I was wondering why I couldn’t withdraw the full amount. Turns out you must wager over $8000 CAD before having access any winnings from the $200 bonus. On top of that, I logged in to see that just under $500 of bonus had been removed from my account while I had not yet made any withdrawal. Bet if you want but the bonus money is a scam. Customer support is untouchable via phone or email so I guess my money is as good as gone.

Its almost 21 days my money stuck in withdrawal process of betway. Very bad experience, trying to reach customer service and it barely hard. The AI thing is also not helping. Is their is answer that my money will come back or no? It a request to reach me soon.

Looks like Betway have stopped paying out withdrawals, so if you win it stays with them . Sounds like a good way to make money, i have 2 withdrawals pending 1 from as far back as the 19th jan. They have paid me before using this debit card but now saying they cannnt. They will still take money from the card this is not right.

After you ask withdraw they send you an email that you should change withdraw method. They just make you struggle until you give up. Even if you do not give up they never refund you anything. Do not be scammed from this site…….. They use exactly the same way if scam and there is no customer service at all.

Absolutely dreadful. Atrocious customer service, constant log-in issues and website issues. Still awaiting withdrawal after several months. So frustrating, please do yourself a favour and do not register.When I join the CS chat queue, I’m usually number 60 or 70 in the queue. I just got through and was told that my withdrawal is being reviewed for the past 3 weeks and couldn’t tell me when I would be paid. Impossible to speak to customer service.Whilst I’m writing this review I have been waiting for 2 hours on live chat to connect to an agent. There is no option to email them or leave a message and wait for a reply.This outfit should be shut down immediately as it’s completely ridiculous that a business is operating like this. Please take my review serious if you want use Betway website. I deposited £100 and it never arrived to my account. I try to call and contact them through chat box but there is no agent there. I contacted my bank but it’s impossible to reverse the money. Apparently they scam people randomly because I played there before. I just gave up my money but you can stay safe from this website and don’t share your bank details with them. It might be sold to international criminals by this website. Thanks x

Made an account with these not so long ago, money deposited instantly. When I came to trying to withdraw my money all I was getting was “You can’t withdraw until you have deposited with this method”. Made another deposit with the same card as was used the first time and still the same error, managed to withdraw with another method but something I’ve not seen before and feel like they are just scamming people. I’m now £90 down.

A week later and I’m stil waiting for my £300 winnings, from betway! I’ve received 2 emails saying the same thing, that they have received my document required but stil no correspondence and stil my winnings are not in my bank! I’ve even involved resolve, and they stil have not got any response from betway. When you go on live chat, you either speak to a robot, who doesn’t understand a word you say, if it involves more than 2 words! And IF and this is a big IF! The robot puts you through to an agent, you will be about 67th in the queue ( like I was twice) and if you do wait and wait and wait, when you get to around 20th in the queue, you get cut off! I am despairing, I’ve used many gambling sites over the years and had a few issues, but NEVER have I ever had to deal with this! I will continue to fight to get my winnings out! They were quick enough taking my deposit, but when it comes to withdrawing, they will try and find excuses or ignore you. This company needs investigating!!! Do not Join!!!!

Signed up using promo, deposited money. When I went to sign in, it said my password was incorrect ( even though I had just registered it and used Google passwords) when the password reset email came through it said my account was blocked and that I couldn’t sign in!! Went on ‘ live chat’ but gave up after waiting 5.5 hours n still not getting through 🤷‍♀️@ betway.com Where is the private message I need to reply to?

I had to delete my previous review because Betway rectified the problem and got my account credited. Betway please do as much as you can to improve in your customer service. It’s frustrating to be the 70th person in a queue that could last for 2days. Nobody has that time and patient to wait that long.

Is there a worst site than this? Probably not. The app is constantly freezing or giving error messages which tell you to contact live support but they don’t have a live support so already lying too you. The returns on the games are diabolical and must be borderline illegal but it seems impossible to find out your overall rtp percentages because the support is non existence. It puts amount into your bet slip which is annoying and they should leave it blank. The site needs upgrading but they are so greedy and take your money but expect you to use a third rate site. Definitely avoid the site because there are hundreds out there that are a lot more customer friendly and Definitely have far superior returns on the games.

Most suss site I’ve been on. Any time it goes to land on feature game bugs out and whole page refreshes but money still goes down at first I thought oh well bad luck but after the 4th or 5th time I realised it only happend when feature about to land and before finishes the spin it completely refreshes not to mention the free wheel is a complete joke spun it around 50 times and not a single free prize it’s a 7/8 chance to win somthing for god sake (excuse my French) also heard others having same problem.
