Worst customer service experience from a gaming company!As others have stated, I’m having a problem with the Prize Wheel in that the only outcome for well over a month now has been “1 Bonus Spin”. The live chat agent, Dudu, told me that there is no problem with the game and each outcome is randomly predetermined. Yes, that’s the way it’s supposed to work – and was working for the many months I’ve been playing it – until about 40 days ago. It’s “random” so the odds of the same outcome happening for 40 days in a row are astronomical! In fact, I think I just broke Google trying to work it out! 1/8^40. It’s a massive number! Dudu wouldn’t listen to me when I said there really is an issue and if he (or she) couldn’t help, could they pass it on to someone who could (technical support, maybe?) and he (or she) abruptly said “I’ve helped you all I can” and just ended the chat! I won £50 and £2200 on the same night. I withdrew my £50 with no issue but I’m still yet to receive my £2200. They locked me out of my account and the staff on live chat are so unhelpful and rude. All casinos that feature Pragmatic slots from time to time will be operating unlawfully whether they know it or not. Pragmatic, periodically lower the payout rate of all there slots, this is happening more frequently and can last days at a time. Anyone that’s played Pragmatic slots over a period of time will have experienced this. Bonuses won’t drop in and if they do, they payout poorly. Pragmatic are paid by commission on the amount there slots generate which of course benefits the casinos too who can operate unaware Pragmatic are doing this. Another one benefiting is the UK government. A lot of there donations are coming from casino sites so the UKGC will not be looking to investigate complaints around Pragmatic. Anyone would see revenue generated from commission is a conflict of interest and most likely be corrupted. The only way around this is stop playing Pragmatic slots when they are on low payout. I’ve been a regular user of betway, but my experience has become frustrating since the change to their third-party payment provider. While most deposits go through, I’ve had several instances where payments failed but funds were still deducted from my account.Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I was told that refunds would take a few days. It’s now been two weeks with no updates, even after customer service did an escalation to the bank team also provided bank transaction. Customer service confirmed that the payment was rejected on their end, and I just want my money returned or credited.I hope betway can resolve these payment issues soon, as they have been reliable in the past.

Recent experience with Betway THEY DO PAY! So for all of you reading the bad reviews and panicking about how your going to get your win money (which i initially did the same looking all over the internet reading the bad reviews and going mad) i can confirm i have received my pay (over 20k) in two days, the only issue was they wanted me to add another payment method -withdrawals once submitted take 24 hours anyway with this company- (i received a email saying the payment was unable to go through so i should edit my withdrawal method) as the withdrawal amount was high and not accepted to be transferred to my Visa account which was the original deposit method i guess. I found out what i was suppose to do using their Live Chat support (this is a very bad live chat i would agree, they are only open certain hours and the advisors don’t stay on the chat till you have solved your issue, in fact the advisor i spoke to left saying they need to serve other customers although i told them to wait a moment while i update my method, i screen shotted everything incase i was advised wrong) So, i added Paypal – you have to deposit a minimum amount for it to show up on your withdrawal – which again wasn’t showing up on the withdrawal section. So i tried again and added instant pay (directed me to online banking to confirm deposit and trust the recipient) deposited around £5-£10 went back onto the withdrawal section and instant pay showed up on my withdrawal section, i then approved for that method to be my preferred -Important- (you got to tick the one you want as preferred withdrawal method for the transfer to go through other than Visa). By the way adding a withdrawal method does NOT mean adding a new card !! Although any card in your sole name same as the Betway account would work, it means a different METHOD of pay (cant accept another persons account) and to just add a different method eg Paypal – Instant Pay – Bank transfer and a few others listed on there. After i did that using instant pay, the next day i literally got paid in the morning … and i am talking about a high win above 20k. I was so surprised after all these bad reviews i actually got paid! I was planning to speak to them via live chat again and tell them my frustration if i didn’t get paid but that didn’t need to happen. So just to calm majority of you new users (same as me), i confirm it is legit, you get paid if you follow and do exactly as told, enter all details correctly and under your name, edit your withdrawal method by adding more than one way of withdrawal under your sole bank account (preferably all methods under the card you deposited with) if you can and you should have no problem! If in any case your one of them ones who are still worried, deposit a minimum amount £5-£10, withdraw it back, wait for the pay (24h) and see it back in your account 👍🏼

Horrendous!! Signed up and I was locked out of my account as soon as a deposited funds with no indication as to why. 3 hours on live chat to find out that verification documents were required. Fair enough, but it would be nice if they’d let me know… 3 days after sending documents and i’m now told I just need to wait…. BETWAY IS A TOTAL SCAM. Most of the casino games let you hit bonus spins and what seems like a good return on you bet. After you play any game once or twice you stop winning any money at all. Still trying to find an update on my account verification. I sent my documents off just over 2 days ago via their email as I was told to do by a chat agent and so far heard nothing. Waiting on a decent withdrawal so until then I can’t do anything. It’s not even processing my withdrawal it just says it’s been submitted. I may be impatient but I can’t help but feel it’s going to take ages especially after reading the majority of the negative reviews. I am very worried. I’m hoping I can give a 5 star review but I’m honestly running out of luck with trying to speak to different chat agents and nobody seems to have an idea on what to do.
