My account got scammed and it was locked. When I call Betway to unlock they have been giving me problems with documents, since September. Firstly they asked me to send bank statement, ID, selfie with ID. I sent the documents they never came back to me for weeks, I decided to call them they said they want colour copies. I did that then I called them again, they said they will refer the documents to verifications, I must wait for 72 hours. I never got any feedback I called again they said in the selfie pic, the ID is not clear, but there is a ID copy attached. So I’m not happy with BETway at all.

I like betway they are a very good trustworthy site I won 3k and it was paid out within 10 hours can’t fault or complain ❤️. All other payments paid out timely. A lot of choice of games and nice promos too with the weekly rewards and random free spins 🙂

I used to receive my free bets on free bet club but since last Tuesday I can’t access. I was due to the £5 on Saturday and £5 Monday but nothing. I can’t access any promos and listen betway I been on live chat 87 yes 87 times and waited 7 hours yesterday and today and was disconnected 87 times. No complaint number no email to contact. Robbing company and still not been able to contact anyone. They give you one option live chat and was I finally got through they couldn’t answer and disconnected me from chat. Useless disgusting company and I will be closing my account as soon as I get my money back. I’ve told everyone I know and I will make sure anyone I know who uses this company to close down. They want reporting to the regulator. Anyone reading this go to bet 365 fantastic company and you can actually speak to someone. I withdrew on the 12th october was told to wait until the 23 which usually payment is made within 3 working days its now 24th and all they did was manipulate my broken leg into me being a problem gambler and self excluded me. 3300 has not come my bank messaged me saying no funds have come and to message the people who paid to do a track and trace. they wouldn’t give me a transaction number. I feel completely ripped off because I have been. 3 years I played betway and never has it been like this

Opened account on Saturday and had a £30 losing multiple bet. Placed £30 free sign up bet on Sunday which won. On Monday I was restricted. Shocking!!!Website only average, horse racing nice and easy to navigate but football is very poor if not in one of the top 8 league tabs.Odds lower than many others.Cannot give an appraisal of promotions as only had opportunity to use the sign up offer before ultra fast restriction imposed for the single winner.

Labor Day weekend casino promotion, I played up to the point of scoring the free 200 spins credit +$5 and to this day I have no recieved my promotional credit after messaging them for the past month. I get the same answer that it has been escalated and then nothing, and then I will go back the next weekend and still “it has been escalated and our agents are working on crediting the accounts” – yet its been OVER A MONTH since I won that promotion. and still not credited. They were able to credit me for the weekend following but not for that weekend, so why is it taking so long for my credit to be added to my account?

I went through the reviews prior to my requesting a refund, only requested because of the rescinding of my “Welcome Bonus” for not having wagered that amount in the first week. As a matter of principle. I was hoping we could have reached some kind of compromise, but there are “Terms and Conditions”. The lines provided and site in general I had absolutely no issues with.Now, I saw people stated they had issues with withdrawals and I did at first, puzzled by the money not simply being sent back to my account. I then acted upon the turns out quite easy, and available method to me (Interact), where I created an online banking account (this from someone who has never even had a cellphone) and the payment was quickly finalized. Initially, they quickly processed it, but waited for me to provide 1 of their accepted options for repayment as: (1) payment back to the credit card not allowed in my country … (2) “Idebit” not available from the bank here. But, as noted: (3) Interact available, and most surely have online banking (like 99% I am estimating!), so repayment should be as easy for them as it was in the end for me.Also, Betway did e-mail me back each time based on my initial struggles with finalizing the refund, and that was, of course, helpful as well.[Forgot to note: betting with Betway in future defintely an option as my account is still active. Right now focusing on other matters.]

I withdrew on the 11th October 2023 it states it was paid 13th Oct 2023. I know citibank Europe plc is where funds come from as its stated on my bank statement from previous withdrawals the funds had been released and it was paid 13th Oct 23. I also know citibanks servers crashed in the weekend but has been up and running. I have never had a problem like this with them before except recently they have been having technical difficulties with the prize wheel etc. promotions team never responded to me even after I made like 4 complaints to customer service. customer support just isn’t there i have tried to contact them after 5am utc its 18.37pm nzst and that means 5.37am ust and it just comes up saying its outside their hours. I was relying on this money heavily to get into a new house, I have a broken keg now staying in my car. totally messed up situation now they had always been legit.

Betway offered a promotion where they would credit you with bet credit up to $200 if your first bet lost. Easy enough. My first bet lost and… no credit.I tried to contract them, but it’s essentially impossible. The chat on the site is a chatbot only with no ability to contact a human. They don’t provide a phone number. When I finally found an e-mail in their terms and conditions to contact, they don’t respond. I’ve been trying for over a month just to get in touch with someone to solve this but it’s basically been impossible.

Lie,lie and lies full of lies how can they tell review belongs to wrong domain I have posted more than 15 review and they have answered to couple of query also. They have to give 5k withdrawal they means betway asked me to submit documents and told after reviewing from operation team we will release your money and when ever I submitted to documents they lied that please re submit documents and same thing was repeated for 1 month finally the closed my account. The withdrawal system is appalling. Ive won numerous times and payment times differ everytime. I purposely use a fast visa card that should pay out in 12 hours funds have been released. But still no sign of money over 14 hours later. There is no way of contact and all emails ignored. Disgusting service when eventually I receive payment ill be closing account. i attempted to make a withdrawal of £118. but i got a message saying the minimum withdrawal was £800 !! i contacted Betway, and they said their operations team had done this, and it couldn’t be reversed. So basically they’re trying to get people to gamble away their withdrawals, to try and reach £800, in order to get their winnings back. Betway made no attempt to apologise or admit it was a “mistake”, until i complained. Anyone else had anything similar? I’m sure the gambling commission will love this one….!

Closed my account with them couldn’t take the facts that they change rules every second tried to place a £10 bet I put it in as 100 by mistake. Try to cancel it there’s no way you can do it like other companies where you can cash out and lose a little bit of your stakethey just absolute crooks and besides, never getting through to them. When you do, they are the most unintelligent thick people that I’ve ever spoken to, where did they find these people? This company is a disgrace. Apparently if you deposit with a different name on the card and account they will not return deposits but as you can imagine you wouldn’t receive a withdrawal because they would claim the above is against there rules if you won money. Tried to withdraw and had to send proof of ownership of the card and account that I was using even though they were happy to accept over 300 euro in deposits but there’s a problem when withdrawing. Avoid this company at All costs.

First, offered me the wrong welcome offer. Then excluded me from the welcome promotion without a notification. Operator on chat said I was definitely eligible, I stake and then no bonus was credited. Next operator was completely unhelpful and just kept stating I was excluded. Terrible service, will take your money.
