Some Betway winning bets are not being added to my account. This has happened twice in the past 3 weeks. Small wins are being paid, but I have 2 wins totalling £20 that are simply not appearing when I refresh balance. I am considering closing my account. I’m not going to wager big if I’m not going to get my winnings.

I want each and every Indian to complaint against betway to Malta Gambling Authority. Just type in Google MALTA GAMBLING AUTHORITY and you can complaint directly on their website. They have the right to cancel betway lincense across the world. Kindly mention everything in detail with your username. How much money betway isn’t giving you back. From how many days they are not responding to emails. You guys can directly complaint at Independent Betting Adjudication Service ( IBAS) and Remote Gambling Association ( RGA). Both are registered with betway. Few of my friends did this and Betway were forced to return the money.chalo bhai logo batado indians ka power.

Absolutely the worse casino I’ve ever played. Twice my deposit bonus wasn’t credited and there is NO support to help you. You can not talk to a real person so you have to deal with a automatic response chat that is terrible.

Tried to withdraw funds, they asked me to Reverify account which I did, they then asked for the same details again. The link to this expired as I was on holiday, came back to a closed account and confiscated funds with no explanation as to why. Received 0 communication during this I had to chase up on live chat every single time. Sent an official complaint but this was met with the same reasoning. Then was sent loads of emails months later from them asking me to come on live chat as they wanted ‘clarity’ on what happened. Joke company.

After using betway.com for a year , they’ve just BANNED my account even thought I have not violated any of their rules.When I asked the gentlemen who called me from betway why my account was banned , he said because Im spending more time than usual on their website and demanded an answer to his question which is If I could afford loose more… It was my biggest mistake to choose betway over other websites , I should have done my research before signing up with betway. I deposited $100 on Sept 15th and my account was immediiately locked out. I have been on live chat over 10 times, they confirmed they have my money, and was instructed to email my ID and bank statement to their support team, which I did and have seen nothing, and they have not answered my numerous email attempts. They basically stole my money. I will never use this site again and am going to report them.

I’ve been dealing with this issue where they offered an tournament on 23-09-04 and with the score that i’ve obtained, I should have won. On the 23-09-05 i contacted them to see what happened with my winning and they told me they have issues with recognition of the tournaments. I was told that they would get back to me about it. We are now the 23-09-26 and still nothing. But yet they have a new range of the same tournaments that i should have won that started again this weekend. When I contact their chat, I get nothing, just an hold. I never get an agent and it just freezes until the chat is disable when it closes. Either I’m blocked or their chat is bugged
