Hi my id in Betway in salman4081I have been cheated for more than 3 months they locked my account I said close it but give me my money back which I have in the account . They promised me to give money on 27th of June still I have not got my money back . They are not giving any response in email as well . Please never ever use this websites . I am planning to start a campaign against them so that young people don’t loose their hard earned money in future . Is there anyone who can help me file a legal case against them . This is a fraud company they only know to earn money never help their costumers .

Worse live chat I've experienced yet, avoid this company like the plague. Reel you in with a sign up bonus, and then tell me it's not going to be granted as it's down to senior management, and then just close the chat down without any further information. But they were happy to take my money on the qualifying bet before deciding I wasn't getting the bonus. Do yourselves a favour and don't sign up to these cowboys

If you have a gambling control problem, avoid like the plague. I knew I was gambling way too much, many attempts to use the online 'take a break' and then even 'exclusion' limits and all fail, with 500 server error codes. In the end tried to shut the account, also a server problem. Tried multiple days so not a one off.Not going to leave this, reporting to ibas and the gc, so any others who can't self exclude please report as well. I will be looking to claw back from these, simply because there is a principal at stake and those going through gambling hell should be able to use the tools to help themselves.

Absolutely shocking experience. I have 2 withdrawal requests of INR 90,000 that has been pending since 6th July. The status shows Processing Commenced but it is not moving to the next bucket. After waiting for 45 mins on your Live Chat, I get to learn that my Withdrawal is under review by your Operations Team. Why this vague requirement all of a sudden & why is it that no one has informed me on this. Your Live Chat agent (Sohail) says that I have to submit my photo identification & proof of deposits. No one has informed me on this. This is an absolute harassment & breach of trust that I had on Betway. Please look into this.

Today deposited £20 and after all my complaints and reviews that they’ve done something to my account as a constant loss is not just unlucky. Bonus after bonus, line winning, won couple hundreds and then a message all over my screen that they are logging me out for 15 min as I’ve spent too much time on. 2 hours guys TWO!!! When I played off 1,5k constant dead spins and played 8 hrs you didn’t bother to log me off for even a minute!!!! How obvious!!! Guess what happened when I got log back on?? Dead spin after dead spin, basically they triggered it. After all the thousands you have basically stolen such a disgusting thing to do. For one minute I actually thought that I might get at least 10% of what I have lost here, but it was a silly thing to do. Save your money people there are better sites out there

My bank determined betway had hacked my account and took approximately 300 bucks from me which I did not know about or authorize. Please be careful with this site. I had to change my card because they hacked it.

The worst company I have ever come across … I have lost all my lifetime savings for their technical glitch everytime when I was trying to put bets which was a win . After that they close my account I told them ok whatever money is in my account give that back they took like reo months finally they said we are releasing the amount on your potm AstroPay but again I did not got the funds and they are saying they are unable to clear funds on that account . So cheap and fraud company . Government should ban these app in India .

Ok, this page had me worried because my withdrawal was not nearly instantaneous like all the other major betting sites. Although they do take longer than others, (weekend are not instant transfers like other sites) once it was seen on Monday my withdrawal came straight through my original payment method.About the site, well its like all the other sites, (win/loose is random, ruthless and lucky) although they don’t have as much roulette choice as other sites. And I get that stupid warning about playing time in the middle of a game or glitches when I’m winning when I think im winning.On another note, I would never advise anyone to gamble, not even for so called “fun” lol

Signed up to Betway today thought I’d give them a try deposited £60 and I’ve get two pending withdrawals from the horse racing and games totalling £610. I like the lay out, love casino and range of games but the only bad thing about this casino is the withdrawal process. Most casinos do instant withdrawals these days but with Betway it is still 2-5 working days which is behind the times. Overall positive experience.

honesly i was happy when i open account in betway i gave good review,but know people please think where you spend your money,because i deposited 2 times last week and they didnt credited money to betway account.they took it from my bank account but didnt credited to beting accout.i think thats criminal...i lost my 70 pounds but i just want when other people dont make it same mistake..this site are fake scam .think before you make a deposit

Please read my previous review to understand why you should not under any circumstances trust this company . No customer services - can’t contact them and when you raise an issue with Resolver they cancel your account . By doing this they prevent you from being able to use the online complaint service or allow you to withdraw your funds. How are they allowed to sponsor West Ham and races at Cheltenham but behave like back street bully boys ?DONOT SIGN UP- they will treat you with utter contempt . Again I urge you to read my previous review for details

For months I've been having problems.with Betway, now it has just gotten worse.I love playing the Aviator game but it is so rigged its notnright. When.you are about to win they kick you out, whe. You win and cash out, they don't give your money they say its "Stage time out". They also have a big habit of slowing down the system which will say "slow network" which of course only happens as you are about to win.I played for an hour today on Auto Cashout and lost continuously, just as I was about to win, suddenly "Network was jammed" and guess what, my bet didn't go through. Immediately and I lost the win.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Betway you are a joke. I have my account blocked for more than a month with an amount of $700 and also a $100 that I had deposited in the account but I never received it but my bank sent it. Your Chat is controlled by children or what. Live chat with more than 7 hours of waiting and still no answer your support email is useless because no one answers us in return. At first I thought I was the only one but the reviews say otherwise.

This company offers incredibly poor customer service. It is literally impossible to phone or email them; they insist on using their chat, but the delay is immeasurable. I have twice had the chat on for close to two hours with no response. It is extremely irresponsible, particularly when someone with a gambling disorder would need to self-exclude from the stie.

They received £95 directly from my bank to there's at 1am Friday morning and I am still without the money in my account. I have spoken to them every single day and get told to wait it is under review. I have proven without doubt that they indeed have received the funds. What they are commiting is fraud on an emmen scale look how many people they are doing this to, they are clearly using other peoples money to pay there massive debts. I urge any one at all to email me with there complaint as I am currently building a case against them with the gambling commission and ombudsman what they are doing is illegal.

Betway terrible customer service, 3h in wait and still nobody to ask to put the lines back up. Most of the time the lines are suspended as soon as an injury update touches the report or just cause the traders are don't know how to price odds or they don't want you to get your plays off in an simple parlay. will wait 3 hours for lines to be the same before the were suspended

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. I naively assumed this was a professional company but I’m left feeling like a victim of a scam!I had requested a withdrawal of $500 CAD (I originally deposited $700) and it’s since been 15 days since that request. My withdrawal has been withheld indefinitely with next to zero support. They sent me an email asking to verify my address (funny how they ask that after I’ve used their website, deposited funds, and now requested a withdrawal) - I sent proof of address with a utility bill 9 days ago and since then it’s been radio silence. Any time I contact support they just say they can’t provide me with any other information other than it’s with the operations department.At this point I don’t know whether I’ll ever see my $500. I would strongly suggest to read other reviews of Betway and avoid at all cost.

The "support" email just receives an auto-reply saying this email address is not actively monitored. I'm sorry, what? A support email address that staff don't check - what is the point?3. You cannot speak to an agent on their online chat no matter how long you wait - I tried twice today. Both times I was placed in a queue for 2 hours before being disconnected by their chat. This is before interacting with a useless bot and going around in circles.4.
