The first time in my life I won 1050 gbp and make an withdrawal for them and still they have more than 2 weeks that money aren’t on my account ? Is this company worth unable to pay me 1050 gbp ? Im gonna write to state entities about these case because this is not happening only on me and As these company knows how to protect their bussines also gamblers should be protected by the Law . I sware if they don’t bring money on myAccount im gonna spend money to harm these company in different ways .I sware they will have a bad review every single day from me . Give my money Betway . betway lock my account without any reason. they didn’t give my withdraw money.when i made withdraw they just hold my withdraw 20 days. after they locked my account. i sent all documents but they just took away my money. i just afraid

My boyfriend won money over a month ago and has still been waiting for his money, after continuously being told 24-48 to verify documents. Everything has been provided to them and they are refusing to pay money. This has to be one of the worst gambling sites we’ve ever dealt with.

If I had the choice they wouldn’t even get 1 star. I registered on the app 5 days ago and I deposited 20 pound I won 324 pound so I withdrawn 300 pound and I’m still waiting 5 days later, also there is no history of my deposited and no history of me withdrawing, Disgusting App/Site. Abysmal customer service, have been trying to withdraw my money for weeks, I have sent everything requested, ID,POA and a selfie. I have emailed their company multiple times and no response. They have now locked my account while holding my money. No other sportsbook had ever done this to me.

E-transfered money which was deposited and not reflected on my account – February 12, 2023 its now March 1st.I have sent proof and was given a 48-hour window for a resolution, I reached out then given another 24 hour window, and now there is no timeline for when my money will be returned or deposited. The response was “At this moment I am unable to advise you on a timeframe”

Withdrew money on 19/2/23 & again on 20/2/23. Betway said my money was paid to my bank but it has not shown on my account. I have visited the bank and they have no sign of transfer. I have contacted betway several times and keep getting told the same thing. It’s an absolute disgrace they are not paying their customers. I have lodged a formal complaint through resolver and will wait to see what happens. I would advise everyone not to use betway

Have been waiting for my winnings for a week now. Says its been paid on my betway account but it is not in my bank account. I keep trying to get in touch with online support but when I get down to “queue no.4” they knock me off and I’m back to the start again. I will never bet with this company again. They are so quick taking money off you but don’t want to pay out!!! Extremely disappointed!!!

The bookmaker is a fraud. My username – steiwemau. Advise you to avoid this lousy service. Consultants respond according to templates. They blocked my account, referring to some point of the rules. It’s a pity that I read the reviews after I started playing there. They have blocked my account and don’t even want to give back my deposit. I need help regarding my account, I’ve been using betway for over five years however I have had funds confiscated for over two years now, I sent proof of address, proof of bank card ownership, I even sent months worth of bank statements as requested.Even tho I have sent everything as requested many times over live chat keep telling me to send them again every single time.I want to withdraw my funds and close my account however they now say they need a new payment method to withdraw to, I gave them that too but no luck. i withdrew £900 on the 19th of February and its now the 27th and i still haven’t been paid my winnings, ive never had any problems with betway before and they usually pay my winnings asap, but this has been handled shockingly by them, support email is woeful and useless, and thats only if they get back to you, very unhappy with this, its sad because betway is my choice of casino

I have deposited 2000 and 5000 INR on 28-Jan-23, 5000 and 5000 on 31-Jan-23 and they still are not credited or refunded back to my account. I have sent out multiple emails and talked to support over live chat. They are not resolving or providing proper response at all. Its been over a month and they still have not resolved my issue. Withdrawal still ongoing 4 days later, documents were emailed over 3 days ago. Despite being told 24-48 hours, there is no sign of my withdraw hitting my bank. This is a lot of money won fairly as 100% cash, customer support just say the same thing – no timeframe can be given. Poor service never had this issue with another site.

i am a new member of betway.This is my frist account. Betway lock my account without any reason. They do not able to show me any reason. i had a pending withdraw. They also do not give my money. Frist they verified my id card and when i made a withdraw they again want me id and address proof and instant i give that all document. After they wait me 19 days. After they suddenly lock my account without send me any email. And they do not give my withdraw. My id card 100% real, i did not break any rules, only one account so where is the problem? IT’S A SCAM. I wanted to give it -10 but 1 star will suffice. 10 digit phone lines, live chat is a bot, false adverting, denial of deposits denial you qualify for promos you signed up for. In my opinion the Gambling Commission should also be looked into for allowing this company to operate and use its name to lull people into a false sense of security as it stamps it’s approval by having their name on the company site. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible services and no communication. Been waiting 12 days to get my withdrawal and still waiting. They refused to refund my funds back to the original method of deposit which legally is what they should and pushed me into choosing a different method. No surprise that I could not manually do it and asked support to change it for me and after sending all the relevant documentation no communication from their side to tell me its done or cannot be done. I had to chase them 4 times a day in the live chat so that I would get half an answer. 12 days later still going about it. They ask me to change the method of withdrawal and the website does not allow me to and its a never ending circle!

Do not use betway. There is NO customer support. Live chat is a bot – there is no telephone number and no email support – how are the gambling commision even allowing this? Shocking company, they have been ignoring me since I highlighted as issue with my withdrawal not being paid into my account. They owe me money and just will not respond. You can not talk to anyone – the support bot is only a automated response service and all phone lines in the uk have been closed. Disgraceful, avoid!
