Betway is big scam they do whatever they want it’s been 2 years they blocked my account but still they don’t unlock don’t play betway they collect your all information and sell to third party betway is not good don’t play (scam betway are service)Just make a useless reason and locked your account if you win big money they blocked your accountI’m really unhappy with this betway better app is bet365 2 scores early payout but betway not scam crazy time scam monopoly scam I saw many videos they scam us. Avoid. There is literally no customer service team so, if anything goes wrong, there is absolutely nobody there to resolve your issues. I failed to receive my welcome bonus bets and tried to contact them through the following methods:- Live chat – it’s just a robot with no way to talk to a person- Phone – they’ve disconnected the number- email – they ‘don’t monitor the inbox’- Twitter – an automated tweet tells you to DM them but it’s literally impossible to DM them as it fails every timeThey’ve clearly sacked the whole team and so I see no reason to use them.

I signed up to Betway on the 18/01/23, my account was verified on the 19thI placed a few bets that won small money. My withdrawal was not processed and I asked for more verification. I sent this promptly and have been ignored so far. This is breaking UKGC regulation 17.1.2.I am warning other gamblers to be careful with this company. I will try to update my dispute resolution and proposed compensation.

I’ve been issues cashing out my bets (withdrawals) Watch out guys this bet platform won’t pay your wins. Worst experience ever with these guys. Ive made a withdrawal request but never send me the password to accept it. After a few tries I’ve asked multiple times to give me the password or to resend it to me but they say they just can’t to anything for me. All they say they can do is to contact payment département to ask them à new transfer… but as long as I don’t receive the password I’ll never be eable to accept my deposit. as result my deposits are now expired and can’t do anything. Update on my withdrawal that Betway have still not given me! Finally had a email and I not aloud my money unless my bank send them a letter to prove I not received it, I have my statements to show this but won’t accept it and my bank can’t do such thing, betway have admitted it failed the first time so surly it’s there mistake! My bank telling me to tell betway that the ARN no. I given them from betway is saying it never got sent and to ask betway to reinstate it and do again, clearly I can prove I have not got it, but I’m stuck now as my back won’t help write a letter and betway been so hard to speak to, my withdrawal was the 3rd of Feb! It’s an absolute joke, and nothing is getting solved, and betway you really need to sort your customer’s service out its shocking, I won’t here from you now for another week by email, I not giving up and I will get my money!!!!!!!!

This is my 3rd worst experience with betway. Their support and banking team are really worst. I have multiple deposits which are stuck for more than weeks or even months. They provide the same update everytime when I ask about the resolution. Really frustrated with their services and still I do.

I liked some of the games a lot…but then they locked my account and insisted I speak to a responsible gambling customer service person. This is ridiculous! It’s pretty much impossible to get a hold of someone over there when you want to but they sure find a way to contact you when they want. I was absolutely insulted. Rang them and got an automated message saying they don’t answer the phone anymore due to COVID-19 (this was February!!). Hello I would like to make a complaint because I still have not received my withdrawal money it’s very fustrating as the only contact you have is email. It nearly been a week now and no money plus it’s coming up weekend, so it’s going to take even longer to be in my account. I hope you can try resolve this today for me. All you trying to make some extra money on gambling, Betway isn’t thee platform. Never play any slot game on betway because they are all rigged. Trust me when I say that no one has ever won big or even something close to decent on betway. The so called 10 million recent winner is not real, just a hoax to draw desperate people. Zero customer support. i made an account deposited money, and when i come back to the app my password does not work no matter how many times i reset it. when i contact customer service to refund my 200$ i get no response to my emails. there is no phone number, if you want a betting app use bet 365 as i do now, they have a customer support number online.

I don’t know why is my account locked, they gambling team called me and asked some verification questions and the call got disconnected, Since then I have mailed them 4 times, I used the chat support 6 times and gave the 6 time frames. They said it’s been escalated and you’ll be contacted immediately. I don’t think so it’s helpful at all, bet365 is the best one I have seen so far, their customer service is on point. I have enough with the betway, i know they won’t call me, I think that’s some of their tactics. I am really really disappointed with their support and chat system. Everytime I go to chat they say it’s been escalated and it will be looked up in ASAP but none of that is true. It simply a waste of time. You can do a lot better @betway

Betway has suspended my account and locked me out of my account. It is quite the coincidence that this happens when I go up to $5250 from depositing $425. This company has been great to me until today. I was told by live chat that they would call me however this has not happened.

Betway is a OBVIOUS sham/scam/rigged/ whatever you want to call it. the prize wheel has 8 sections, I don’t think I ever won. I made my account last year, and went on everyday to see if i could win a “free prize”, never have won any prize, wheel spin represents their site, everything is fixed. and also, takes 2 minutes to deposit, and week+ to withdraw, this site has fed flags all over it, the gambling commission needs to investigate this site, or are they are getting a piece of the pie so they stay quiet? this site is a joke. They say they have live chat and when you navigate to it they say they will connect with you soon but after 1 hour still nobody. I also communicated with them about my withdrawal and after I updated my withdrawal method they still didn’t send me the withdrawal. I then sent another email and didn’t even get a reply!!! (This review is 16 days after I sent the last email!). Today I send another email and I get an automated reply that the email support@betway is not monitored anymore??? How am I even supposed to contact support now?

Deposited around £2000 over a week. Ended up with a balance of £2,600. Withdrew it via bank transfer as my card doesn’t accept withdrawals. Account gets locked. Withdrawal not processed nearly a week later. No answers. Want to close account for good and just have my money bank transferred to me, but can’t speak to anyone. Complete joke.
