Please it’s a humble request to the team ; to reverse my successfully deposited money.I made a successful deposit of 15000 INR to my betway account ; freedom_tracks99 on 2nd Dec ‘ 22.In a revert from the team via mail; they told me that it’s a successful deposit like months ago ; but from them till now ; they literally got no serious intention to talk about the fact ; and reverse the money back to my bank accountI made 15000 INR to my account freedom_tracks99 ; now it’s self – excluded unnecessary.How can I even opt from withdrawal when they blocked my account right after successfully depositing the amount.Please it’s a humble request atleast talk about this matter.I somehow believe you guys will surely reverse the amount back ;

Every day for 7 or 8 weeks I have spun the prize wheel on this site. Not once has it been a winner. Bare in mind one of the prizes is three 10p spins on a slot. Total greed and nothing else. If the prize wheel with mostly terrible prizes is as rigged as that; I can assure you I won’t spend another penny on Betway. My money is spent in other Casino’s that don’t rig their bonuses or prize wheels. I’m going to keep on trying to see how long this lasts. I can assure Betway they will never receive another deposit from me until this is changed. I’d advise anybody reading my review to never deposit a penny onto this site. Spin the free to play prize wheel for Months and I can assure you that you will come to notice how rigged and corrupt Betway is/ can be. For the sake of 3 or 5 10p spins lol. I’ve lost hundreds. My withdrawal of Rs12000 is showing funds released for 6 days but the money has not been credited to my account. I submitted a withdrawal request on the 31st of December which means a total of 9 days have passed by.The chat support does not work – it crashes. i have sent an email to support & manager@ but no resolution is in sight.Why you are harassing your own customer

After over 6 months of using their platform and with over 8.000$ deposited, I just got a call yesterday from the “beloved” betway responsible gambling team and they told me that because I gambled too much lately (net position -500$) they have decided to suspend me for 6 months…. I have been betting my whole life and used services in multiple countries, nothing like this ever happened to me before.who are you to determine if someone is “betting too much”????? every individual has it’s own income, maybe not everyone is making 2k/month like the moron who froze my account…. This company is so crooked that you cannot pay out because they will take you nowhere, if I had to condemn it. Spending money on them is a waste of money. Your money cannot be retrieved once it has been invested. Don’t even consider them. With For?Tune Group LLC, you should invest the entire sum. They are the greatest, therefore working with them will certainly be helpful.

Betway manipulate the slots so you will lose. This is illegal but thete is no way to stop it. I have posted some videos on YouTube to show how they rig the slots. Search Betway rigged slots. This company is corrupt and should be closed down. So WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THESE CORRUPT SITES…

Its been 3 weeks i didn’t get my withdrawal. I deposited some money from my husband’s account and sent all the statements. They owe me 4100$ out which 2760$ is my own money. Everytime i talk to support team they ask me to allow some time. If not full amount you guys can keep the winnings which is 1340$ and send me my money 2760$.

Betway is not paying out my withdrawl of $3300. They paid my withdrwl of 400 which was requeted after 3300. It was requested on 26/12/2022 , its been 10 days , everytime customer service make me wait 2 hours to give a standard answer to wait only. Looks like a scam to me now. my username is dchawla3

They deposited the money only. In case you win and go for withdrawal they stuck the money and there is no way we can reach to their customer support. Every where automated computerised message. They are the worst betting company if you want to take your money back. My account Id garvit2112 and my withdrawal is stuck from last December and tried reaching to their support also no response.

The deposits are quick but when it comes to payout they are behaving on borderline scammers. I am waiting since long for my payout and haven’t seen them paying it out though they have processed it. Seems like they are waiting for more people to pay in so that they can pay some of it out. And my money is with them.

Disorganised bunch of clowns, can’t even credit a bonus over 3 weeks after I qualified for it. I have an active complaint with them on AskGamblers.com where they are just constantly stalling while they ‘investigate’! Their responsible gambling team called me after midnight while I was in the middle of playing, I didn’t know who was calling me and trying to reject the call made me misclick and lose a game I should have won. This company is a disgrace and I won’t be using them again even if they pay me out after seeing all the complaints here. I have seen 1 5 star review from a guy who won! Didn’t receive my welcome offer after my first accumulator didn’t win. Tried to reach out on live chat but it’s just an automated bot that parrots info available on their website. I had to contact them through Twitter which is a bad start.Customer service agreed that I should have received the offer, they have no idea why I haven’t. After a few days of back and fore and no resolution despite them agreeing that I have satisfied all conditions I’m ready to chalk them up as a bad bookie and move on. If they aren’t willing to honour their own offers you know to walk away, only trouble ahead continuing to bet with them.Plenty of reputable bookmakers out there, no need to bother yourself with the poor ones like this lot.

I cashed out £320 but only received £20…I cashed out £320 but only received £20 the reason Betway gave me was that I did not use my card, I used my mother’s card if that is the case than they can refund all the deposits I did on my Betway account as I was using my mothers card with her approval I used her card and slso bank tranfer like u said in your email u couldn’t pay my winnings as it wasn’t my card well u can now refund the whole of the deposits on my Betway account apart from £10 which was my card that I used u can get your management department to check the bank tranfer is in my mum name. Betway finds excuses not to pay out money. Going yo forward you my mothers bank statements showing the deposit was from her bank by email

If I could give negative stars I would. My favourite game to play is African Quest. On November 20th, 2022 I submitted an email with screenshots of the game not honouring paying lines. Several screenshots. I followed up via chat on weekly basis being told that they are escalating the matter higher up and I will receive an email with the credit and or resolution. Needless to say I gave up waiting in chat for someone to tell me the same thing over and over. Assuming they would at least pull the game or fix it I played last night again. Yup, the game still cheats! Is there a way to report the casino to some sort of commission? Are they regulated by some higher entity? If this happens to people all over the world how much money are they actually stealing?

However when I went to view the withdrawal status now I cannot see the withdrawal transaction in my transaction history. I don’t know if it’s a tech issue or a scam. Pathetic experience with Betway. Placed a free bet which ended up as a tie on moneyline. Instead of returning the bet as per their regulations they credit some random small amount into my account. Their live chat takes at least 2 hours to connect and there is no email facility. Dont bet on Betway.EDIT: Now live chat isn’t connecting at all. There is officially no way to contact them. Worst site ever.

Prize wheel on betway…well what can I say except that it’s proper fixed. So you spin the wheel, you’ve got 7 chances out of 8 to win something and 1 chance to fall on “lose”. Signed up on 21st Nov and deposited 2000 INR through UPI, but the money did not credit my player acc but has gone out of my bank.Live Chat – confirmed that the payment was pending at their end and asked me to email a screen shot which I did, since then I have not had a reply and Live Chat defaults to their annoying pointless robot assistant.
