This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced I have been trying for 3 days now to get in contact with someone as to why my funds weren't added back into my account when a single bet I made was voided. You try calling the phone number, and it says it's no longer in service. How the hell do you put a phone number on your site but not have it in service. Every time I go into live chat trying to speak with someone I get put into a queue and I've sat in it for over 12hrs. I've manage to get down to number 1 but I have never been able to actually speak to someone. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They're nothing but a bunch of crooks that like to take your money but don't give any help when you have issues with their site. Absolute worst gambling site I have ever used.

The contact phone number is no longer in service and the live chat has a wait of over one hour and then you get disconnected without speaking to an agent. You cannot get anything resolved and your bonus bet tokens for Sports will never load. This site is a sham I do not recommend it

Signed up on 21st Dec and deposited £100 through Paypal the money did not credit my player acc but has gone out of my bank.Live Chat - confirmed that the payment was pending at their end and asked me to email a screen shot which I did, since then I have not had a reply and Live Chat defaults to their annoying pointless robot assistant. I have asked the bank to investigate !!! Sort it out Betway !!

Well I go into day 8 still waiting to be refunded my deposit which I was told was unsuccessful. Been taken from my bank tho and guess what not been refunded. Get told there finance team are working around the clock to solve the issue and to wait for feedback 8 DAYS! 8 DAYS AND THE ONLY TIME I GET FEEDBACK IS WHEN I MYSELF GET BACK IN TOUCH FOR ANSWERS Betway this is a disgrace

On Dec 23,2022 I had 3 separate withdrawl requests totalling 370.00. I was gaming on betway.com while visiting family in another province..that is I live in ontario canada but visiting nova scotia Canada. I recieved email stating there were issues with withdraw request even though times prior I always used interac e transfer and none of my info has changed interns of mail or bank acct. Following this and way too many times waiting on live chat as my account is now locked and after speaking to several chat agents I get the response they are escalating the query. My account remains locked and they don't have any alternate contacts as emailing them is useless. I want my cash!

They have the worse automated live-chat known to man! I ask it a question, it gives me a random answer and then it just asks was this helpful "Yes" or "Go back". You've just given me incorrect information. Ofcourse it was not helpful. You cannot talk to a real person anywhere

Betway is a scam . Please avoid them. I won a total of $400, withdrew $300 while leaving $100 to rebet. The withdrawal eventually came into my account but missing $100. I spoke to a rep named Ricardo who is suggesting that I owe Betway a debt due to cancelled transactions. Why on earth will i cancel a transaction intended to be withdrawn into my account . There is no proof of that and this was the message on the app with withdrawal ID number and date 27 Dec 2022 05:12273363527There is no physical way to cancel a pending transaction with any bank app and they know this. Why did I receive only $200 of $300?

Well I played about a hundred times and guess what? I always "lose". What a joke hahaha ? what are the probabilities if it's not fixed? Complete cwap company.

Last night I won a sports bet for £758.35 and promptly withdrew £600.When I checked the status of this today the withdrawal is not even showing on my transaction history. It has completely disappeared and the money has gone from my betting account. As this company is still claiming covid 19 is preventing it having a customer service phone line (what a joke that is!) there is only an automated live chat that does not help me at all! I am supposedly a ‘priority’ customer for Betway but I can’t even speak to anyone to get this resolved. Very disappointed!

It's a Very Fake App , I have A Deposite Of INR 1600 Rs But Money Not Added To Wallet it's taken More Then 42 Days deposit Date 10.11.2022 I Will Contact Coustomer Service more Then 50 Times but No Solution and Mail More Then 50 Time There Is No Solution Very Fake Application this is .

Had no problems until I had to reopen my account due to having to show income regarding deposit limitations. Since then any deposit I make won’t go straight into my account last one took a week to finally show up. My recent one I’ve been told has been rejected and should be returned to my bank in 2-3 days so guess I have to wait not knowing why this happened as live chat don’t know. The money as it stands has been taken pending from my bank awaiting Betway to accept. Let’s see how long this takes to either be paid in or returned what a joke ?

Am Peter, I registered account with betway after which i fund the account with 40000 Naira, after placing a bet I try to withdraw it bounce back so I chatted with an agent and they ask me to forward my payment slip and my account details, after forward my details I login into the account and the account was locked, so I chatted with an agent and they said they have approved my details so they review my account after the review is complete my account will be unlocked since December 14 no feedback so want account unlock so that I can withdraw my money.

As others pointed out, good luck with getting your withdrawals. It's been almost a week that all my withdrawal options have been rejected one by one for reasons that I never encountered with any other company. It seems a very shady business, and I would stay away. If I don't get my withdrawal soon after my 3rd and final attempt, I'll talk to my lawyer.

Don’t trust this company. And they will reply to your review claiming they have messaged you privately like they have and they care? Stay away, don’t use this betting agency. They will take your money and say you haven’t placed any bets. They make up an excuse to why money can’t be withdrawn.

Joined this Casino two days ago. Worse decision of my life. These are the worse slots I've ever had the misfortune to play on. The RTP is disgusting. Half the games don't even display an RTP so you know they're just doing their own this. It's impossible to bonus most of the games. I had 12 respin bonus chances on big bass. Not one landed. Tener cuidado, nunca me habian estafado en mi cara, no hay nadie que los regule, te bloquean la cuenta para no pagarte, habia enviado mi documentacion, todos los documentos fueron aprobados por soporte, solo estaba pendiente el retiro por parte del area de pagos, pasaron 6 dias y nunca me pagaron, y hoy me bloquearon la cuenta sin ninguna razon solo para no pagarte. Hi lost 15 day I have lot of problems why are u doing like that ill deposit 1000are 2000 no issue going to smooth but above 5k I'll deposit ther is lit and lot of issue list 16 days before I'll deposit 5k but till not added otherwise 5 days before withdrawal issues now login issues why are u doing like already I'll lose 5lak above not try to get dome money nis ur are doing very bad please rectify my all problems right now otherwise iam going all world websites given reviews sorry please help me

Was asked too send passport and proof of address which were both accepted. Im still waiting on my withdrawal because there is still a review of my account which is ridiculous after doing everything they said. Withdrawal takes no more than 4-12 hours and im now on day 8. They are an absolute joke and i would recommend everyone avoid this bookmaker.

I won £70 on the 25th dec decided to withdraw it, and that’s where problem lies. I knew it took a couple of days to go through so waited until the 27 went on to the automated question site and all you get is “is this working for you!!” No it doesn’t because nobody ever gets back to you.
