I have waited in the chat support queue today for 7 hours, Finally to get to 1 and to never get through and the website dropping me from the queue. I deposited money and then doubled it, only after I doubled it did the app put me to zero with an email saying my name didn’t match on the deposit method. I want my money back.

Please report this company to trading standards. They have the power to take them to court, essentially close them down. Please report to them go on trading standard website…Absolute joke. My withdrawal has been pending for 26days or more. Although additional info was requested here and I gave it, nothing was actually done to help me receive my payment. On multiple occasions I talked with live chat support who said “you will see the withdrawal in your bank in 24hrs…next 36hrs…next 36-48hrs” Yet I’m still waiting. I don’t understand.

My username is nitiny4891 and i made a withdrawal request of 34500 INR 8 days back. On asking customer support for the tentative time for the withdrawal amount to reflect in my bank account they tricked me and framed as if i am relying on betway money for my personal expenses and self excluded my account. Hi,I had a deposit of 20000 INR through UPI on 23rd Nov 2022. The deposit was neither credited to betway nor refunded to bank. From the first day i am following up they just update banking team is reviewing it..Being such a giant organisation they are verifying them so long.One day when i reached support they said we received feedback pls provide transid,amount and date you did it. After that they said it will be credited by eod. Again today they are saying it is under review. i see some conspiracy like to loot our money. I will update status here after 2days here.IF SOMETHING IS DONE THAN ITS GOOD FOR ALL. Withdrew money on Saturday but it hasn’t even appeared as pending , there is no status so looks like the withdrawal never even happened. I am starting to worry that it’s never going to appear never mind get to me before Christmas as I was hoping for. Spoke to someone on chat but they fobbed me off with “it’s the weekend so you’ll see progress on Monday”. Hoping they get it sorted soon, but looking at other reviews I’m not so sure!

I have tried to withdrawal my funds from my betway account for weeks. On the site, it clearly states up to 3 business days once payment is processed but I still have not received my withdrawal. It’s sad because it’s almost Christmas and i’m worried my money won’t arrive by then. The customer support system is really bad. From the day the worldcup tournament had started I knew Argentina was winning. I literally saved up my last cents for the finale match for Argentina ?? win. I couldn’t have chosen a fraud server like Betway to place my bet.Argentina won but Betway says it’s a draw selection because of the 90minutes BS, we all know that WC’s finals don’t end in a flipping draw. UThe biggest con of using this bookie is the customer support. I have only ever used trustpilot twice in my life and both times its for Betway bad experiences…….a withdrawal made on Tuesday at 6pm has still not been processed by them at 9am on Friday morning, reason given…..There isnt one. Look for people like me who bet on horses and sport and just want an easy time and to get their money after they make a withdrawal just use Betfair, Hills or Paddys its just so much less hassle and time out of your life. Betway recently raised their minimum withdrawal limit to 5000 in India. This used to be 1000, which was way more feasible for someone that bets low and withdraws low amount. Now it will take forever for people like me to withdraw something from betway and probably waste it here itselfEither way, this was a low move. SHAME that global brands like Betway can exploit consumers and get away with it.

Joined Betway Sunday night lots of games and things to do. What can I say about Betway.com that hasn’t been said on here already. Their customer support is horrendous, they only offer one form of contact and that is via live chat. No security questions when you contact them on chat, definitely a red flag.Wait for withdrawals with bated breath… It’s been well over a week now since my withdrawal was ‘processed’ but not paid out. No resolutions provided, no escalations to payment, no reasons as to why. The best they can do is tell you to wait. At times I doubt if I’m even talking to a real person. It’s a shame as the site is good but the lack of security and service is appalling. Gambling Commission should definitely look into this company.No private message??

My 100000 INR in 2 transactions 50k each are still pending on betway where i have produced all the required documents for my verification.The transaction are now as old as 10th and 11th November Repectively. I trusted betway as a friend recommended but never knew i would be stuck this bad.I have mailed them multiple times and each mail is reverted in a s long as 3-4 days.Now they aremt even considering Police verified documents which are provided to them.I will highly recommend you guys not to play on this site.I have a really big amount stuck with them. You guys need to figure out your withdrawal system, I’m not waiting 2 weeks because you can’t withdrawal my money into the account I deposited from, then Interac sends me the passwords for the withdrawals after being told to do Interac instead…. BOTH passwords were wrong. Now it’s gonna take a full week to put it back in the betway account and bring it back out .
