Scam. Have not payed me my money no way of getting in contact their email is suspended, live chat is an automated bot that cannot assist and no telephone number. What type of company is this?

Never faced any issue with the company but suddenly their payment is delayed and I am frustrated that they are not giving any response. Waited for 6 hours for a chat but was still unable to get in touch with an executive. I am switching.

I’ve been with betway a while now but hadn’t been on it in months I won only 49 pounds but it usually goes in within 12 hours its not gone in there is no way to communicate with them live chat is just a bot emails arnt monitored phone number just cuts you off my user name is dawnb123

I have been played multiple sports betting site experience.Compare to any other sports betting site, Betway is taking more time for withdraw.Minimum 1 week time.Also pure customer care service.

Do not use this company….I have been waiting over a week for a refund of a deposit I made by debit card…. they have received the money but absolutely no urgency in returning it to me…. their live chat is completely useless and just fob u off with no resolution…. nobody answers ur emails and it is impossible to talk to anybody there. I will be making a complaint to the Gambling commission about this company … they should not be allowed to operate as the service is just not acceptable.

Took a deposit off me and not put the money onto my account balance, it shows its left my bank but its not in my account. No way of contacting them, no email, no phone number and when you click live chat option its just automated and gets you nowhere. Fraud of a company! Avoid at all costs

I have also deposited £100 and it has not shown in my account, I have emailed 3 different emails which then I received a message saying they are not actively monitored, I called a telephone number which again cut me off saying the same. I cannot believe how a regulated company has NO customer support, making it virtually impossible to contact. A disgrace I’m now £100 down and can’t connect them.

Horrible gambling site. Avoid at all costs as they will cheat and steal your money from you. When you try to contact anyone they will avoid you and end the chat. Do not use betway, use any other site. It disgusts me how scummy and gross they are.

When I deposited I lost Rs 30000 then again I deposited I started wining,Later they stopped my account and withdrawals are pending total Rs 125000.There is no response on email or chat after waiting 4 hrs for chat the agent closed chat everytime.Total fraud looting people’s money fraudsters.

Been waiting 2 months to receive the money I withdrew. Sent all my details to validate account, which strangely they weren’t bothered about when I deposited. Keep getting emails saying there looking into it but still no money forthcoming. Absolute horrific company to deal with and worst of all you can not talk to a human being.

My 2 deposit got rejected on 19/09 and shared statement with the team.On 28th one got refunded and now they were asking for another statement for the refund of remaing one which made on same date.Actually they had it but they are not ready to escalate it.Also very much disappointing approach from the customer support too.They try to close the chat asap without a cosidering our 2 hour wait to reach there.I am not worried about refund now,but its too bad to treat a customer like this.

And judging by a lot of other recent posts, I’m not the only one.They also make it absolutely impossible for you to get in contact with them. No telephone contact number and just an automated live chat system, from which it is virtually impossible to speak to an actual human.I have now escalated this matter, as I would recommend everybody similarly affected do so. How any supposedly licensed betting company can get away with this behaviour is beyond me.

One of my top favorites! It’s not my #1 but they do have quick & easy withdrawals & deposits. They don’t just eat through your deposit, they give great back & fourth play. My favourite thing though is their promotions/bonuses. I love how you still get a percentage of a big win plus your deposit even though you didn’t meet the bonus playthrough requirement, which the requirements to turn bonus money into real cash that you can withdraw is so achievable anyways & not hard to meet like a lot of online casinos. Stole money and not cooperating. Be warned. Deposited £375. Bank confirmed payment went through and for 4 days balance has not updated. Betway useless and not doing anything saying just wait. Now have no option but to report as fraudulent transaction from Betway.

This company is impossible to contact. I have 5 deposits that betway took off me and appear on my bank statement but didnt appear has credit on my betway account.This has happened before and my online bank shown as pending payments to which i got back after 4/5 days however on this occasion they have taken the money and i just cannot contact them. Avoid taking the chance with these as i have read other reviews where people have had the same experience ?

Betway is doing fraud. I have been made a withdrawal of rs 4000 on 20th september, 2022 and rs 6050 withdrawal on 27th spetember, 2022 but till now no withdrawal is reflected into my account. When i tried to contact their customer support on twitter the reply from betway’s side was “Hello there. Our Payments Team have made us aware of a slight delay in the processing of withdrawals. We have our Team working on the matter to get this resolved as soon as possible. We do thank you for your patience and understanding during this time, and we can assure you that it will be resolved soon.” And after that they didn’t resolve my problem. Now they don’t even do a reply to my querries. Now i am getting a feeling that betway is doing scam with indian customers.

Betway is a big scam. Please be away to this company. You won’t face any issue while deposit the money but while doing withdrawal betway agents tell you that they are facing technical issues to disburse the amount and they don’t give your winning. Agents will say wait for next week, the same thing will continue again and again. It will take hardly 3 to 4 hours to reach betway contact support team as well. Betway is playing with the customers patience. They don’t respond to your urgency, If you convey your emergency as well. There are so many applications like 10croc and 1x bet. These applications will release the funds 2 to 24 hrs.

It would seem that it is becoming a very common issue . Betway take money however don’t pay out . Effectively leaving your status in proceeding . You try and get help but nothing happens . Most sites pay put within 2 hours . This has been over 72

Dear all I think we all should join or make WhatsApp group or make Telegram Channel. where we all can discuss and be ready with proof (e.g. Screenshots of Betway Account, Bank statement of Deposit).We all shall contribute and hire High Court or Supreme Court Lawyer.
