I wouldn’t use Betway. Did a withdrawal on 16th September for £40 and still waiting. Sent bank statements as requested to show I hadn’t received this. 12 days later and still no sign of my money. Avoid at all costs, they take it easy enough but won’t give you it back. The worst betting site I know, their customer service is non existent and Betway support on twitter just make excuse after excuse.

I have played on many sites, but this is by far the worst customer service. I had a bonus which was not added to balance. Tried to contact support couldn’t get through to live agent until i clicked issues depositing. Been in a que for 1 hour 15 minutes. Que was apparently 6 long. Got to next in que and the supposed person they are dealing with has been ongoing for 25 minutes. Ive just connected whilst writing this after 1 hour 18 mins. I spoke to agent Kerenza, they are trying to say they can’t see the promotion on my account. It has been emailed to me and also on my promotion page. They have now agreed to credit the bonus funds after 15 minutes. All resolved after over 2 hours of trying.

I was using betway since 2 years and it has worked absolutely fine until 12th September 2022. Whenever I won, i got the withdrawal paid and when i lose same has been debited. Post September 12 my all 3 withdrawal are showing processing complete since then but no payout still.. My account is not blocked yet but it can be since betway has to pay money this time.. Chat service has stopped working or it may have been decommissioned for my user account. I would humbly request to pay my withdrawal. Username –

I’m facing the same experience like others,I have submitted my withdrawal on 22nd sep,From past 8 days it’s stuck in the status of ‘processing completed’And the amount Is 10030…Customer service are useless… Since thy don’t have any answer..This is really bad……

Everyone’s withdrawal is pending for more than 15 days.Read betway terms and conditions clearly they report to Indian authorities on players activity.in short time every one will receive IT notices.All withdrawal are pending because of IT raids and ED raids conducted in India.

On 22nd September withdrawal request submitted. Process completed but not paid. Why so much delay?? Looks like this is cheating and betway don’t want to give in return. You guys are loosing reputation and might be out from this market. Tried reaching customer support but hours of queue then live chat window will close due to time out. I wrote a review here in truspilot about not attending my withdrawal request and came back to me as a reply. Since then, nothing happens. Even after submitting all their requested documents, they don’t bother responding back. Gambling commission should do a thorough check or maybe they get something from them as betway is a giant profiting establishment who randomly cheated on people’s money. Unluckily, I’m one of them. Should I just leave my withdrawal request of £600 as donation after losing a lot? It’s a joke. I won’t stop contacting the UK gambling association for this until you betway people don’t give me my money. It’s mine, my losses are all yours. Why not give my win which was also my money?

I have kept the withdrawal of 15500 INR 9days back they haven’t processed my withdrawal and when I contacted them one agent will say amount has been paid and when I again contacted them they say due internal delay of payments withdrawal is still not processed.They will not say appropriate time frame for withdrawal and they don’t even care of customer withdrawals.

If I could give zero stars I would. They took £25 from my account and didn’t credit it. I’ve had this happen with others sites and it gets held (shows as pending) and eventually gets returned so I wasn’t worried. Deposited £25 again, this time successfully. But- the money is not pending from my bank anymore- it’s actually been taken and betway are being awful about it. I’ve sent screenshots showing it’s left my account but apparently there’s not enough detail- that’s all I’ve got. They STOLE my money and now won’t give it back. Not the first time they’ve tricked me but will be the last- will be closing my account. STAY AWAY FROM BETWAY!!!

I have been using betway for more than 2 years and this time I won 44500/- INR and I withdraw this amount but after few days, I found that the status is same and amount is not credited to my bank account. I tried to contact the live agent multiple times and for that I have to wait for more than 2 hours daily. Luckily, I got the chance to talk with live agent and once I provide my details as per their requirements, they checked my details and suddenly block my verified account without any notice.This is really worst thing I faced in my life. Don’t waste your time playing in this website. I only want your money, they will not give your money back whatever you will win. They are cheated on everyone. I read all their reviews in the last 2-3 days and found that many people having the same problem as me. Feel very nervous because they blocked 44500/- INR. This is a very big amount for me.I have proof of my chat with support team as well.

I put a bet on a 4th quarter spread and it says nothing on the bet slip if it goes to overtime it includes it also. The sent me something back we’re it says it in small print after you click on there policies. No other site does it include overtime.There unethical cheaters. Colorado gaming department should shut them for unethical practices. They void a bet out once an hour after the game was over because they put the wrong home team on the wrong side if the bet slip. I won on that also and chose the team I want. Complete absolute cheaters with no one to regulate them. Colorado department of gaming needs to step up and shut these crooks down for unethical behavior.

My answer is No , it’s a fraud. If you are losing money you are a valuable customer otherwise they will close your account or put the limit on your betting stake amount on a match. If you are withdrawing small amount like 1000 then you can play long but overall you can withdraw upto 50k after that they will block.If you playing loosing money ,you are their good customer.if you won huge amount like 10 k , 50 k ,one lakh .they simply locked your account .fraud betway . Fraud owner. And worker .too many dady owner .stolen my money .

Would be zero stars, withdrawal request using faster visa ( which I’ve used multiple times with other companies) betway advertise as being 12 hours, withdrawal not processed and won’t be processed over the weekend and according to customer service chat ( easier getting into Fort Knox) will take days.Also made a deposit that left my bank but never arrived , I now have email my bank statement and prove it even though it’s on their system so will be waiting days for that as well.Overall I would not recommend to anyone.

I started using betway 2 weeks ago and everything was going well. Deposits came instantly and i was betting here and there while losing. But my luck changed one day and won quite a bit. So i withdrew my winnings and patiently waiting for the money to deposit in my account. It’s been 6 days now and it’s still processing. From reading all the reviews just now, it has occurred to me that betway is actually a scam and advice people from using it. I myself have switched to bet365 which is much better.

Betway has taken my money and not credited my account following a deposit. It’s deposit feature froze during deposit, so I completed it twice more expecting it to be a glitch. I have done this 3 times x £25 and my account does not show any money is deposited. then I check online banking, and It has shown as pending transactions out of my debit account. I am shocked at how bad Betway are to allow this to happen.The live chat is not helpful and just robotic, i can’t speak to a real person. Secondly, it hasn’t replied to any of my Twitter DM’s or tweets about this issue.Wish I read the reviews on trust pilot first.

My experience is that after logging in and making a few deposits, it appears that one of those deposits doesnt load up and goes missing for 4/5 days then appears back in your account. This doesnt show on your betway transactions but that payment has been taken by betway from your bank account. Getting sick of it now and coming away from them. You just cannot contact these people.

Regret signing up to Betway. I deposited with them was playing a slot and they kicked me out blocked my account and requested documentation, so I sent them what they requested and I am still waiting 24 hrs later and still locked out of my account with funds in it. I contacted support and waiting over 30 mins for them to talk to me and still nothing resolved

Never fail to disappoint. One thing after another. Long term customer, going to move elsewhere. Made a deposit of £50, taken the funds from my bank and not applied it to my account. Was told it was a failed deposit and would bounce back in 24 hours. 72 hours later still not received. Customer support is useless, no one helps on live chat, get told a different story every time. Then receive a text today, apologising for the delay with my deposit. What’s going on, I thought the deposit failed and would be coming back into my bank? Utterly useless

Normally Betway has been alright but today i deposited two amounts ( one of £11 and another of £10 ) both have been taken out of my bank account yet not even in my betway account. Tried to get his sorted but the bloke on live chat was an absolute melt, i may as well have been talking to a chimp in all honesty. Sacking Betway off now they’ve changed their payment system as i can see others have had the same problem. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE.
