Please don’t use this Betway site. When u try to withdraw they will ask for verification of documents. I have send the documents more than 10 times. And mailed more than 25 emails but also they won’t verify and won’t allow for withdrawal. Customer support is worst amoung all don’t deposit into this site

Hi I’m writing this cause I’ve contacted the police and lawyers regarding betway, I made two withdrawals one for 12000.00 dollars and one for 1014.27 dollars and they have not paid my funds its been four days now, as soon as I withdrew over 10000 dollars they locked my account I had withdrawn from them before with no problems. But now they just keep telling be the operations team is reviewing my withdrawal. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever seen, betway does not want to pay large amounts.

This is an update of my previous review. I had been informed that my account would be reviewed by today, Sept. 5, 2022 and it has not been reviewed. My account is still locked even after my submitting all the documents requested from Betway. My contacting the live chat was useless, they have no idea what is going on. I am still owed my $200.00 deposit that I did not get to play because they conveniently locked my account after I made the deposit on August 21, 2022.I don’t recommend this website at all. They, for one, don’t keep their word, secondly, their customer service is useless. Overall, they are not a trustworthy outfit and I now regret spending my time and money on their online casino.

Twice in a month I’ve taken up an offer emailed to me, stake a certain amount and receive a free £5 bet and twice I’ve not received the free bet. Raised this on live chat first time round, been told it’s escalated etc and a month later shock horror not heard a peep or received my free bet. Took £928 out of my bank account without my permission I self excluded for life a couple of years ago but somehow they allowed someone to make 17 transactions out of my bank account totalling £928 which says betway my bank has a block on gambling so I don’t know how they got around it. They keep saying they will ring me or that it takes some time I’m sure there can’t be that many complaints to deal with if the where a legitimate company.

Hey guys avoid betway at all cost they are a scam I won 24k over one month ago and I only got 3000$ so far they keep on sending my withdrawal to the wrong email after I’ve told them several times that’s not my email. You want to know the funny part on august 19 they sent me 3000$ to the correct email and they last two week they sent my money to the wrong email figure that one out. I think betway should fire there employees in the payment department because clearly they must be all uneducated to keep sending my money the wrong email

Take it from me as someone who had to keep mailing them and asking for updates on live chat regarding my withdrawals, even after I made renewed deposits to “update my withdrawal method” and provided all the documents they needed for the payouts to come through – IT’S NOT WORTH IT. There’s still one more withdrawal that they said has been paid out 6 days ago and should be credited to my account in 2 to 3 days, but there’s no sign of it yet. And I’ve pretty much given up on it. There’s a bunch of Indians – notorious for their scamming practices – that work as customer support executives there. That should be the red flag. Don’t deposit, just stay away.

Absolutely shocking service and site! I signed up and deposited a small amount of money! And won £2k, I went to withdraw my money and immediately I knew what was going to happen!! Got a email saying they needed Utility bill and photographic ID which I provided and then I got another email asking for proof of deposit which I then provided via a PDF of my bank statements! I heard nothing back for a few days and then logged onto my account to try and speak to a agent on live chat to find out that my account has been closed down!!? And then I email them as there is no other way to contact them and they took 5 days to reply and I’ve since had 3 emails from them asking to upload a proof of purchase and everything single email has told me to send my documents to a completely different email address! Account still closed down and still no closer to receiving my payout! Absolutely shambles of a company! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!!!!

You will see until May 2022 , Betway got mostly good reviews, but reviews have changed hugely for the worse since then.In my case , all my 2022 transactions disappeared from my Betway account history sometime after May . This included 3 bets which should have been still open , settled bets , deposits and withdrawals . The 2021 transactions still show . The “Betway Team” is investigating & they say it will take a month . The sudden turn since May 2022 to clients leaving bad reviews about Betway tells me they may have a major management or financial problem . For this reason , I have complained to the Regulator , the Malta Gaming Authority . I had cause to complain to MGA a few years ago about Paddypower and they were successful in getting my money back .

Hi ,I was regularly playing in parimatch but one of the agent from betway connected through WhatsApp and informed me that he going to my account if I don’t deposit the money. So on 30/08/2022 I done the payment of 10000rs suddenly agent informed me that he going to send upi link from betway and I need to deposit the amount. over the past 4 to 5 months I’ve managed to deposit successfully on betway and been able to gamble, They have taken 3.9k in deposits, I actually won 3.3k and left a balance of 300 gbp in the balance, as soon as I requested my withdrawal my account was blocked, They’ve written to me to say they have confiscated my withdrawal and my remaining balance of 300 gbp and will not refund my deposits, That to me seems like fraud, There stating a reason that a duplicate account was opened which is very strange.. I’ve contacted them asking for this to be resolved and they are adamant they will not pay… I am going to have to raise a case to the UK Regulator

Roulette is a scam on Betway casino. Took screen recordings because it was out of control. Over 20 times consecutive color. Obviously not when I bet on that color. The amount of times this has happened it countless. And if you switch to that color it stops it’s pattern. Betting 1st and second tier over 10times in a row it lands on 3rd tier. Should be illegal to have sites like this. The smaller you bet the less it’s “NGR” is aggressive but the higher you bet it becomes blatantly obvious that there’s something not right. Please don’t do as I did and try and win some of ur losses back either. It’s just gets worse.

Have a small withdrawal of £17.50 . Told it failed due to incorrect bank details yet was able to deposit using same account . Told would have to provide a different withdrawal method . I deposited $700 into my betway account by etransfer and it didn’t show up on my gaming account. It was auto deposited by payper inc and the funds left my bank account. I have been contacting customer support for over one week and have not received my money back. My money is missing and I have sent several screenshots of evidence showing that the etransfer succesfully deposited. I spoke to their customer service agents by chat and received many difference responses saying they assured me my money would be returned in 2-3 business days. I have not received it. I don’t understand why there is no phone line for such a large site. I contacted my bank who advised me to involve the police for theft of funds. The bank stated that the vendor needs to transfer the money back. I asked several times on chat to speak to a manager and my request was ignored. Looking to take legal action at this point.

I opened a Betway account to compare to the betting website I normally use. Deposit £50, receive £50 bonus. After registering my details, including debit card, I tried to place my £50 first deposit but my bank refused to authorise. Strange, as I had a 4-figure sum in account (which I checked). I also checked the details were correct on Betway’s website. Tried a few more times with same result. I then used one of the other options of paying direct from my bank account which went through no problem. When I didn’t receive the £50 bonus, I contacted Customer Services only to be told that hidden away in the small print of the T&Cs, was the rule bonuses were only given if a debit card was used to make first deposit. I can’t believe such an important condition wasn’t clearly stated. A silly and unnecessary way to lose a new customer.

You then can’t get in touch with them, as they don’t monitor their support email or contact number, just an automated response saying read FAQ’s.
