Betway contacted via email directing me to the same link which hasn’t provided a password to complete my e-transfer. Save you texts with betway as you’ll need them in court . Betway is obviously not a transparent company , absolutely no reason for holding back the password and continues to waste peoples time which is causing frustration, anxiety, anger with ongoing excuses. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I made a withdrawal 11 days ago and still haven't received my funds. Betway claims they paid the funds to instadebit. Instadebit however definetly did not receive the funds. I've sent proof the funds were not received from my instadebit statement. Seems like a easy investigation to solve. I shouldn't have to wait weeks to get my funds. The idea of online betting is the convenience and speed . Which is non existent with betway if you ever encounter a problem. Think about the amount of people in the past 10 days going thru the exact same thing as I'm going thru. Seems like a deliberate scam. Betway as of April 2021 went public, could they be robbing a certain percentage of their players to increase their stock value . I've emailed support, I've emailed the managers, I've been in the chat room every day for the past 9 days. Zero urgency on betways part, they simply don't care. Chat support is a waste of time. Betway has no phone number. Can't believe I didn't the signs earlier. Don't wait for something to happen. Find another sportsbook. The owner of Betway is some secret gangster. Google the owner of Betway. No one know who he is lmaooo

Been a on and off customer of betway for the last 2 years, and now im having withdrawl issues… these guys have $4900 on hold for me for the last 2 months. And there is no absolutely no customer support or any emails I can contact…absolutely rediculous. I wouldnt recommend betway to anyone, youre better off going to bet365, havent had any withdrawl issues so far and support actually contacts you back. Now you guys lost my business lol.

I deleted the comment the previous day and re-entered the system so that Betway company can see it again!

Dear friends they said to me we will call you, they did not! Of course they did not! 1 full day has passed, even their previous message was 1 month ago, they haven't called since then, also they haven't even given me my game reports since April 2! They hide my RTP rates, they hide my win/loss rates, they don't give spin counts!

Let them keep doing this, let's see what they answer in court. In the meantime, as they continue to not solve my problems, I will do my best and let's see how they will answer what I just experienced in the Genie Wishmaker game! Hundreds of spins lost 1 and 2 stakes, I reduced it to 0.20, instantly, in the first spin the bonus game came and the game was locked, the application exited the game! There are problems with games regularly and let them prove to me that these crashes are not a problem in games! Let them show where they specify in the terms of use and privacy!

Sorry for commenting too much, but I wanted to follow this way rather than updating my old comment.

Today they said that after they have not returned for 3.5 months, they are still investigating my case, please give your information and we will contact you! The last time they said this was 1 month ago, no one called me! Now I'm writing notes here, let's see when they call!
Also I played a 75+%75 bonus deposit game today to record and put it in the legal case file. There were 80-82 losses out of every 100 spins! I've never been become 1 pound more than I deposit, even once! I even connected to live chat today and asked for a report, guess what they said? We are currently working on the subject you requested before, we cannot give the report, but we will add today also to the report!

I swear this company is making fun of us!
A very big problem is the attitude of this company to its customers…

Seems like Betway is definitely a scam when it comes to withdrawals. They will send you a e-transfer but hold back your sms text to complete your transaction. Why??!! All agents are useless and keep telling you that they have escalated your request. Why would you send a e-transfer and not the sms text to complete? Absolutely a scam for you to put your money back in play .

I signed up for BetWay a week ago. After placing 2 bets in my first 2 days (both which happened to win), they immediately limited my bets to $7. Since I have no interest in placing a bunch of small bets, I tried to withdraw my money, only to find that I am not allowed to withdraw my full balance ($200 of which was a bonus) unless I roll it over enough times. Now I'm forced to either give up $600 in my balance if I withdraw or I'm forced to make a bunch of $7 bets to meet the rollover requirements (all because I won 2 bets). I would recommend any other sportsbook you can find over this company.

Hello everyone. I still haven't received my money that I withdrew over a week ago. I received an email from betway as a result of my review I wrote here. According to betway they are now investigating my account. Lol. Not sure what's to investigate. I've sent them all the proof needed to verify I never received anything. Betway believes having customers wait days and weeks without their money is acceptable. Hopefully now that they are investigating my account I can have this resolved today. What really got me going was Betways customer support rep saying me not receiving my cash "is not betways fault'. That really pissed me off. Whos fault is it mine lol . If you have issues or don't get paid of what not , betway is not equipped to handle these problems. Another thing these guys don't care about their customers. How can customers wait weeks with out their money , we all have bills to pay. Any other business will issue complimentary credits in the mean especially if betway screwed up. When I inquired with their chat customer support about a credit they disconnected from the chat. I'll write a review tomorrow, hopefully they resolve this by then. I'll let yall know tomorrow. I have a feeling with betway going public in April, they could be withholding people's legit payout to somehow manipulate their stock value. If they have a bad week , they can withhold some payments.

After requesting a phone or email conversation with a representative from Betway on many different occassions, on different platforms and at different levels, I am still waiting on a reply from someone to find a solution to my problem. This is a fake app …don’t waste your time and money.

I deposited 20,000 on April 1 and 12,000 on May 8. But this amount not yet credit to my betway account. But they debited from my bank account. I sent more than 20 mail with my bank statement but they are not responding. I chat with their customer care lot of time, but their are not responding properly. Rapid withdrawals. No issues with the app. Prize wheel is poor mind. Sometimes the super prize wheel is down but the majority of time the free prize wheel spins a loss 5/7 days not won and the super prize wheel gives you free spins which you have to wager £250 to covert to cash. Other sites actual give it to you I cash so Betway could learn a lesson from them.

Their email support only responds to increasing limits only but they do not respond to any other query emails.
So be careful with them if you encounter any issue. Try other trustworthy sites.

Please Think Twice before you are doing any depostion in betway website, i am sharing you my personal experience, on date 23rd of May 2021 i have deposited 3000 Rupees and on date 18th of june 2021 i have deposited 9000 Rupees, but Both Deposits are not initiated till date, several of times i have drafted an email along with my bank statement but no buddy answering my emails, also one more thing i want to tell, there is an option of live chat also, but if you have time of 3 to 4 hours for waiting in Que than you should go for live chat, i have tried for live chat also, my number was 96th, i wait for 3 hours in Que, Live chat was connected with their customer care but again they are not going to give any kind of services, they just available for making fools to the customers, So Read this Review before you are doing any depostion in betway

I have been using this website for more than one year, and I was always happy to use it until today. This is a very serious matter, that I should take legal actions against. With my highest surprise and deepest disappointments, I have been literally robbed of my funds. I have been "awarded" of a fraud bonus which I have never requested, that has a wagering of something of at least 1000 €. My account has been transformed in a 58% cash and 42% bonus balance. Unless I wager 1000 €, the account will stay like this I don't know for how long, and no matter if I win, deposit money or anything I do, I will always own 58% of the total funds in my account and they keep 42%. In practical example, I deposited and placed a bet of 19€, and after winning the bet, I can only withdraw 58% of it, and if I do it, they will take the rest 42%! This is absolutely unbelievable, it is like they are taking an interest of a 42% of my deposits and of my winnings!!! I could understand wagering requirements if you are using bonus funds, but for what a hell of reason, are they holding 42% of my winning and deposit of real money that I spent??? How can a company take a percentage of your real money, of almost half of your wallet???
After many years of betting, using several websites, what happened here is something I have never been experienced before. I will be forced to not use this website any longer, and highly warn other users to be careful to use this website, since it is not safe.

So I still haven't had a resolution on my matter. I requested a $330.00 withdrawal. Wasted about a week of my life with chat support. Who claim they have paid the amount to my instadebit account. Ive sent them statements verifying I didn't receive the funds. I also sent them a screen shot with a instadebit chat customer support which also verifies funds were not received. Worst customer support and seems like a couple people here have the exact same issue around the exact same time. Betway system saying it's paid but funds never received. I've sent the. Statements and all the proof they need to confirm I didn't get the funds . They can also reach out instadebit who will verify funds were never sent to them. Let's see how long this takes to fix. I'll post another update Monday.

This company commits a big problem, this is the last time I'm writing and don't lose your money here!

It says that firstly I must deposit with that, but all my deposits was via AstroPay Only!!! And there is no proper support to solve this issue!!! Don't bet with this company total ripoff.

I joined on Thursday and deposited a £100 and lost it. Decided to give it another go on the same day and deposited another £100. Started playing and when my balance hit £97 a screen popped up saying my account has been closed. No advance warning or any mail from them, just totally blocked me. Can't access my account to see if my money has been refunded or anything. Contacted customer support to find out what's happening with my money, but they just say that my enquiry has been forwarded to operations and that I should monitor my email???? I don’t usually write reviews but I think the reviews on here are shocking. I opened an account just a few days ago and I stupidly deposited money without reading reviews, I only deposited a small amount and won £100, I wanted to test the water and withdraw to see the payout times ect. I then started to read reviews and probably the same as everyone else started to panic. If I had read reviews before I made an account I can guarantee I wouldn’t have made the account let alone deposited money. Anyways, my account was instantly verified I received an email straight away to confirm, the site is fantastic it is so straight forward and easy to navigate, I withdrew £100 at 6pm and the money was in my bank account by midnight the same day. You can check the withdrawal process the whole time from selecting withdraw to the money being in your bank account. I think a lot of the reviews on here are from people who have set up accounts won, but have not verified their account so obviously they will struggle to receive a payout. For me, excellent service.

Hello, I have contacted my Local bank and the transaction has been declined on my prepaid card. I would appreciate instead of 'visa direct', you could send the money via a cash voucher on another card or provide to me an alternative for my withdrawal.
