Wow I'm having the most difficult time with betway. So I withdrew 330.00 from their site on Saturday. On Monday they said they paid the money to my instadebit account. Btw bet365 sent me money in that time no problem whatsoever. I've been speaking with their chat support since Tuesday. Usually instadebit will get 1-2 after bet pays the amount. This isn't my first withdrawal from betway , have done many. On Tuesday I let them know nothing is received. I was told to wait it out another day . Nothing to there. It's Friday now and nothing is received. The chat rep claims it's not betways fault. I was told to send proof w statement showing the date ranges from Monday until Today (Friday) I emailed to support at betway.com. I received an immediate email back saying this email isn't used anymore. Spent at least 2 hrs this week in betways chatroom , what I've learned from my experience unlike say bet365 where the reps can do things for you, betway chat support have zero authority to do anything . This week I learned as I wait in the queue for over a half an hr that at any point you reach chat support you will see 20 plus people waiting to speak with chat support. Alot of people have issues here on a daily basis. Now where my money is only God knows. Instadebit never received it. And betways rep says its not betways fault lol. And in that time I requested my money from betway I requested another 150 but from bet365. I received bet365 money in my instadebit account in less than a day.

Honestly alot of good books out there. Betway isn't one of them.

Maybe it's a sign lol. Blessing in disguise this experience has the feeling that I'm dealing some Street bookies under a bridge. Probably a sign to quit gaming.

I have been with Betway for 5 months without any problems. When you withdraw smaller amounts it is fine but when u win big and try to withdraw funds, it’s a nightmare. It will ask you to reverify your address proof which was already done when i created the account. When you provide the address proof, they say that it is not matching the address provided at the time of account creation. I then provided other address proofs and ID proofs but no response from them. They will try a lot to withhold your winnings. Your betway status says as paid but you will not get your money into your account even after 7 days. Their customer care is so dumb and fraud. They finally stopped responding on mails and live chat is pathetic. Beware of them. I don’t know how they get to sponsor big teams in sports.

I am giving one start because there is no option for less. They are quick to take your money from your credit card but support takes weeks. They closed my account and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a solution, no account, no money.

Betway is biggest fraud betting application, scaming application, they don't have proper customercare, only Iive chat for 1hr waiting,no proper response, they don't give any proof for refund, if your money deducted, you don't get a refund, Withdrawal scam, everything….

I paid 2500, via gpay, amount deducted, but not arrived in Betway account, I contact with customer care, they don't have Phone number, go to live chat, sending bank statements 15times more, still they said wait wait wait, but money not come,
I have a proof, and payment merchant also confirm my payment, they said your amount settle to betway, they give settlement id, I send this proof also, but no response,
I assured this is biggest fradulant company,
Dear Indians don't add money in this app, if money deducted till your death your not getting any refund, odds also not accuret, both odds are 1.83, if your lost 1000, then you win , and also your losing 270 rupees, pls go with other applications

Money deduct my account but not updated in Betway account.i sent last 45 days two times of bank statements but my money not come back from betway.And cus care same answer it is processed. My betway username :samirrayli. On 22 may i made deposit in my betway account of 1500 INR through UPI but never get added in my wallet and my money has been already deducted from my account. Its been more than 24 days. Everytime I come to live chat they say we need 48 hr to check. Every 2 days they want 48 hr. Is this some kind of joke. We are not here to wait everytime. We are not fools here to wait for our own money.

I have had the same problem and experience as many of the below comments. On 13/06/2021 at 20:11pm I deposited £100 and the deposit never arrived in my betway account nor has it been returned to my bank. I’ve been told 3 different stories saying the banking team are looking at it, also told I will get the money returned within 2-3 days and someone else told me 1-2 days. The live chat hosts are useless the deposit methods were working fine before the weekend.
The customer service is awful and they are giving me the run around.
I recommend you don’t use betway there are loads of better gambling apps. They also randomly blocked my account which they wanted to check my activity and safety I got them to reopen it. Until I can sort this missing deposit. DO NOT USE BETWAY

It's been more than 40 days, didn't receive my money. As per betway it takes 14 business days. But once your money is deducted from your account no one taking responsibility for it, if it is not reflected in betway account. 6 may 2021 deposit ₹1700 transaction successfull but not reflected in betway account, wasted hours n hours on chat but no response. Today waited 1 hour in queue and when it was 4 in queue the feedback page open asking for the feedback of chat without even chat been initiated. 30 may ₹500 declined transaction and as per support team 3-4 days money will come back…. Not received any amount yet….

Pdf proof submitted, for chat wait for atleast 1-2 hour in queue and if you send email you will receive email back stating that "we are currently not monitoring this inbox". Wow making fool of customers.

Contacted by betway to say I had recieved 20 free spins as way of sorry for a data breach involving my details.
Now the second week with out a reply demanding to know the seriousness of the data breach.

Withdrawal was a big concern with betway and Indians better don't use betway.Rather go for local apps which was trusted.
Withdrawal status was paid in betway but it didn't reached to bank account.
My deposits were more than 12lakhs and if it happened to me then not sure about normal users.

I have a worst experience in withdrawal.No problem with smaller amounts but if it's a big amount it will be nightmare for us. Reaching out to support took ages and they says it will be passed to concern team and you need to wait for there reply.

Overall experience with betway was good and if withdrawal was transparent then we can trust it.
I will update about the final status of my withdrawal once I receive.

Not happy…. I recently joined betway with a small deposit and received my welcome bonus without any problems and got verified etc without any hassle. I had recently lost a small fortune on my previous casino, so was just gonna take it easy before I started to make proper deposits….
A few days later, I received an email informing me that my personal information had been exposed to a small number of employees and that I should take the necessary steps to secure and change any login details etc that could be the same on any other website and apps etc…. while betway blocked my new account until I changed my login details….
As a way to apologise, they would credit me 20 free spins on a particular slot of their choice once this was done.
Sounds easy, but trying to submit a new password while following the links is annoying when the site dont work properly on both website and app and any customer support emails you ask to help gets a return message warning that emails are not monitored, really starts to wind me up!
I have a brain injury and as a result suffer with schizophrenia, although I take medication, the thought of my personal information being available to see is quite a big deal to me and it will keep eating away at me. Im a private person with no social media etc and value my privacy… only my family and close friends should know my name, dob, full address, telephone number, email etc etc!!
I was reassured that it was a small amount of staff that could have seen it and that it would be ok because they are a friendly team….
I am quite angry that a breach of trust with a big organisation can be so weak in its customers security and then be told not to worry about it Hahaha.

Now, just for an extra kick in the teeth… after finally changing my log in details, there were no spins waiting for me, no apology, no putting my mind at rest… so I went onto live chat to see if there was any kind of goodwill or reassurance…. the lad I was speaking to was as helpful and pleasant as far as it goes and didnt think it was fair to take it out on him so was quite polite and patient while waiting for over half hour for 20 spins to be authorised by whoever makes the decision…. in the end, he said he would give me 20 free spins on a slot manually instead of making me wait longer…. turns out, no spins added and customer service shuts at 12 which is when this conversation ended lol!!
I feel proper fukced over and want to have this out with someone in charge of data security, and find out why this happened and also if it has happened to other people.
Screenshots have been taken and i will be making a formal complaint to the relevant governing bodies… 20 free spins is laughable and a p*so take when so much confidential info has been left open, in a time where so much identity fraud and scams are so common… how would you feel if it was vice versa?!!

My Win/Loss rates, last 3 months spin count, and RTP rate application that I requested from them have not been returned since April 2nd. I got an email today! It's really unbelievable! They sent me the details of the game I played for a while, but there is no explanation, no RTP rates, no win/loss rates, nor how many spins have been made! They sent a completely incomprehensible report that even they themselves would not understand. It can't be like that!

Tomorrow, I will start a social responsibility project about this company on change.org and petition.parliament.uk, and I will do my best to seek my legal rights! I really wonder if the legal authorities are aware of what happened, is it just to collect taxes for them, are there any value in the thousands, tens of thousands of problems that customers have?
Under normal circumstances, such a company should not be allowed to operate!

By the way, they still haven't detailed commented on my closed games, they still couldn't prove my mistake in the jackpots I missed!

Finally, they said we will call you! Weeks passed and there is no one called me! Even that is a big mistake, a huge management deficit!

If you win Money, they will close your account. I started to win money consistently in May. And Betway closed my account and have still not sent me my winnings, or any explanation as to why for 2 weeks. Betway is a scam.

Don't trust on this company, I deposited 2000/- and amount deduct but didn't come in betway account. Customer support agent asked me to send bank statement but mail id and even I tried so many time but this is wrong mail id provided by them. Now it's been more than 2 week but didn't receive yet. Really disappoint. Please do contact me before deposit any amount in betway and I will let u know more about it.

I have deposits INR 2000 on 20th April in my Betway account .. and this amount left from my bank account but not deposit to my Betway account .

After that I have many times to talk her customer care and also share my bank statements but thay said your money back with in 7 days..

Terrible. The odds are not accurate and projected to lose customers money. Euro 2020 predictions/odds well off anything accurate. Avoid and save your money on a better betting site.

Well . I am giving 3 stars here because I got my money refunded into Betway account after 11 days.
Though Betway did not help me at all. It was me who chased down the payment processor I.e. AirPay and got a confirmation mail that my UPI transaction was successful and the money is already settled to Betway. So I provided the settlement ID to Betway, then only I got my money back in my Betway account.
It was really a tremendous hard work by me.
I have given a 3 star here because at least Betway did not embezzle my funds.
But honestly never deposit again via UPI.

I got an email saying they had a data breach and my personal details had been compromised. OK it happens i figured, so i changed my password and they offered me 20 free spins.

I don't go on slots so i clicked through and started playing – before realising my funds had dropped by £3. So i contacted the customer service and they added my spins as they hadnt been added automatically. I asked for my £3 back and they said it was my fault because i hadnt checked for a popup before playing (it actually said i was playing with bonus spins). I don't play slots so how would i know. Anyway weren't interested.

So their data breach is obviously a good money spinner.

Sad because the sports part of the site it pretty good. I wont be touching any of their casino games again.

They wont give out reference numbers for missing payments. withdrew a some of money. They sent me an email saying I have been paid but to wait a few days. waited 7 days not deposited in my account. spoke to them (only by live chat ) referred my compliant to payments team. No proof or reference given. Told me to email bank statements to prove (i did so) email address provided not monitored. went on live chat again. they said they have forwarded my docs (no proof again) was told 48 hours for a response its now been 3 days. NO TELEPHONE SYSTEM,NO COMPLAINT NUMBERS, DONT MAN THEIR EMAILS. AND THEY DONT RESPOND.

3 months of BETWAY hell
This year I opened an account with €500 with BETWAY for Cheltenham, Aintree and the upcoming golf season. On March 21st I withdrew 255 euro and left a similar amount in. For some reason they refuse to pay and won't say why –
Since then it has been almost 3 months of torture from BETWAY for 255 quid
No customer service is actually available about your query – the chat support team refers to other teams all the time – documents, verification, operations, payment teams but you cannot contact directly so you ALWAYS end up with no information.
You quickly realise you are being given the run-around judging by the non committal answers / sarcasm on the BETWAY chat feature they provide.
While looking for my withdrawal payment and asking about it they have suspended my account, reinstated it, and have requested from me on 7 occasions ( yes SEVEN) , ID, utility bill etc to verify my account – which I always provided.
Over the 10 weeks they said they successfully received my ID but 2 days later they would say they did not. They say they were reviewing my account multiple times.
At various times their chat team said things like – 'I wish I knew why you have not got' paid'; 'it is very strange, I will escalate this'; 'you should get paid in a day or two.' – Endless promises but nothing!
At no time have I received any communication from a member of BETWAY regarding my chats or emails sent to their ''support'' address – SILENCE
BETWAY do not offer telephone support.
This pattern continues today – It is obvious they do not want to pay someone if they are successful immediately which I get but when they refuse to communicate with you it makes you wonder if they ever intend making payments to their online customers?
The only reason I am posting here is because it seems to be the only place to get their attention.
Now almost 3 months later and endless hours wasted chatting BETWAY remain elusive, slippery and non committal as to why they refuse to pay people their winnings?????
