I had to delete the comment I wrote before, I can't edit it as I want because there is a limitation. But since a lot of people have read it, I'll just summarize and tell you my last experience.

The most important thing I want to say is do not become a member here, even if you are a member, do not play games here. I've played on the biggest 3-4 sites in Europe and UK, they had big problems, but believe me, I have never seen a company that focuses on the money in your pocket, trying to get the money in your pocket.

My biggest problem was over 2 months ago while playing 2 times Jackpot, my game was closed and when I came back, Jackpot was given. I asked them for answers many times, I asked for a report, I asked for RTP, they said they will get back to me, they didn't! All they do is gain time. I've been emailing them for weeks and they don't get back to them either! Imagine what a company!

My lawyers have made the necessary applications and we will file a complaint against them at the highest level of court. No one has the right to treat customers this way! If they are right, they need to prove it, but they can't do it either!

Anyway, there is a lot to write, I got the recordings of all the games. Unbelievable things are happening at Betway!

Let me briefly explain today.
I deposited 100 pounds and got 80 bonus. It wouldn't have given! I wagered over 2400 pounds and was able to withdraw 152 pounds almost 7 hours after the bonus came! Imagine how they planned your budget! They give 10, they get 20. Then they give 15 and get 25, they make you spend time like this. Anyway, I dropped from 152 to 40 with the Mystery Wheel game, then I went up to 60 and started playing with 0.10-0.20-0.40-0.60 and at most 0.80 as it is today. It's impossible to play with 1-2-4-5 anyway, your account will be 0 instantly, it doesn't come in any way. Anyway, you lose even on the smallest spin, so don't say yourself I will play small!

And Dragon's Fire game from Red Tiger games. (Stay away from this game)
There are 3 jackpots in this game maybe you know. Daily, Hourly and Super. Look, I've done more than tens of thousands of spins here, I can prove it, not once I won the Hourly Jackpot ever, please remember that.
If you deposit a small amount and play small, it's like impossible to get out. Anyone out there for Super Drop and Daily? Has it happened to anyone in your circle? I have never heard at all.

Anyway, while I was playing the RTP rate is unbelievably bad like everyday, free spins come and go regularly. By the way, there is a time of 35+ or even 50 free spins in this game. Since I've been a member here, I've only had 35 spins once, and then I've won 50 or 60 pounds with 0.60. I have already noted that free spins are almost nothing, more than half of them are empty.

Also, can I tell you something strange?
I chose the middle free spins at least 40 times. Only 1 of the others had the largest number of free spins, 33 of them always got the least number, in the remaining 6 it was always the 2nd number. Then one time I want to change after my 40 free and what happened? This time it gave the biggest free spins in the middle, the right one I chose gave the fewest free spins! 🙂 I'm laughing, but now I'm laughing nervously!

Let me tell you one more? I played twice during the super drop jackpot era. But I wasn't playing for a short time, I was playing for at least 1 hour. The free spins came 30-45 seconds before the two super drops were given and took me to the free spins area! Can you imagine that one was in the daytime and one was in the evening!! Jackpot awarded when I play Free Spins! How lucky am I?
Also right after that, at 2449.49 pounds, the hourly drop again got me into Free spins with 26 seconds left. Jackpot was awarded while I was in the free spins!

I have no more words! This is not fair what they are doing, what they are doing is not right! I can only comment and warn you about games, I can't take a legal action for them, but I will protect my right to the end for what I experienced 2 months ago! By the way, don't believe if they message you or something, they are not helping! So at least they didn't call me! They asked for my number 2 weeks ago, I wrote, no one called me, 7-8 days ago they wrote again, I wrote again, no one called me!

They are very, very bad in every way. There is so much more to write, but it would not fit here to write.
By the way, don't believe the games description says you will win 10000x, win 5000x! At least, as someone who spins a lot, I can say that if you win 500 or more, close your account and exit the membership!

It was the last thing that they made me wait for 30 days and wrote down my deposit amount to report it on a blank paper, but I still did not lose my goodwill. But believe me friends, even if you don't lose your goodwill, they will never be like you! Therefore, if you think your right has been defeated, seek your right. Only in this way we can change things…

My money has been stuck for approx 20 days .I have been a customer of Betway on 23rdApril 2021, I did a deposit of 2000 INR via UPI, and it did not get credited due to an error. But the money was deducted from my account. Since then, I have contacted customer support about 30 times and they have not resolved the issue still. Absolute shambles of a company. I signed up, deposited with no problems, then placed some bets and withdrew my money, which was very quick. Placed some more bets, no problems depositing, then I withdraw and now the problems start. I got sent an email asking me why have I deposited money and not placed many bets and withdrew my money? Didn’t think anything of it and waited for my money. Now been waiting over 7 days so contacted customer support which is a nightmare to get hold of a live agent! When I finally get though, I’m told you withdrawals are on hold because you didn’t reply to the email sent to you!! No where in the email did it mention if you don’t reply your account goes on hold! Hello everyone. I need to tell everyone how this site works. I had deposit around 90 euro's here. I have a verified account here and given my documents over. I won 684 euro's on the 02.06.2021.

I decided to withdrawal it right away back to my credit card. I talked before to a guy in the costumer service named Ryan to check how long I would have to wait for my money transfer, and just if everything was good overall and avoiding issues.

He said: "Yes, everything is fine, you don't need to worry at all". And stated this is the best betting site in the world. The money should arrive on Friday or at least next monday.

Sunday I get an email there is a mismatch in my name (account name) and my credit card. Please talk to the costumer service and provide documents. The so called mismatch was that my father name wasn't included in my account. I quickly provided the documents for them to show that, a picture of my visa card (front side and back side) and a bank statement of the usage of the card.

I send that docs on monday morning. Then I was told that I should wait max 48 hours for a review of the documents. Let's make that clear that I am the only one in the world who has this name, and that is both with your two first names and my father name. So the so called mismatch case was never a case. Just a tactic they use to hold your money. Now it's been more then 55 hours and the bank team haven't done anything. The time frame they tell everyone to respect is not even respected!

I have never seen as bad costumer service all my life, and reading over the complaints here show you exactly how they work here. I feel like there must be something done here, because as I see here the complaints here are real and it seems to me this site must be investigated. Bare in mind that this is on of the sponsors of West Ham and other big teams in Europe.

I see people need to use other websites or even lawyers to get their money back here. The costumer service does nothing at all, and can't even reach out to the bank member team! All they say is, we are sorry for your experience and have a nice day.

This is the last day I will be patient here, and luckily I have all the conversations screenshot, and the proofs to follow through my case. Every advice you can give me, I will take a look. But it's clear to me that this site needs to be investigated.

It's not the first time that they have been founded guilty here and probably not the last time.

As an Indian customer, I do not recommend Betway because of the poor customer support in case your money gets stuck, even tho the betting platform itself is good.

I have been a customer of Betway for few months and everything was working fine, but on 11th April 2021, I did a deposit of 11,500 INR via UPI, and it did not get credited due to an error. But the money was deducted from my account. Since then, I have contacted customer support about 30 times and they have not resolved the issue still. I have sent all details, including UPI transaction ID, bank statement and other details. They keep escalating it to their team and keep telling you to wait. Once the wait period is over, they tell you to wait more.

Plus, I have no idea why Betway doesn't understand the way UPI payment system works. If you deposit via UPI and payment gets stuck, chances are it's lost forever. Betway doesn't know that you can't directly refund it, it has to be done manually. They think UPI is similar to net banking, which is wrong.

It has now been over 2 months, and they keep telling me to wait. It's really not that hard to check my account and bank statement, and either return the money or credit it into my betway account. But they do neither. Betway doesn't deserve any of your hard-earned money, there are way better betting alternatives. They do not care about your money and are quite a lazy company that won't go the extra steps to help out a customer in a desperate situation. They have lost me as a customer now and I will not be making any more deposits here. The customer support is useless and does not have power to do anything, they keep saying they'll esclatae it, that's it.

Steer well clear. I've been waiting nearly two weeks for a regular withdrawal of funds. They claim to have emailed me asking for documents, however, no emails received and I've had to chase on their automated live chat every day to find out an update.

They have been asking for statements, proof of income (?! for a withdrawal), address confirmations, etc. All things I've supplied before when signing up to the site. Never the less, I sent back across statements, driving licences, council tax bills and numerous utility bills. Nearly two weeks and the documents are "under review" still. To top it all off, they have no customer service phone number, all of their chat is automated and even when you get a human being, their English is poor and they have no power to chase progress.

I think they might be in financial difficulty and are purposely delaying legitimate payments. They are a complete scam, steer well clear and go with a legitimate betting company with a customer service function.

But after I read every review I feel that everyone have same problem about withdrawal. Worst Bookmaker ever!

I was banned from there site after playing hundreds of pounds!!!

Anytime I placed bets and qualified for a potential free bet I had to contact their customer service taking precious time!!

The worst of all that when I wagered £20 to qualified the super free spin I was advised that I can forget it as I'm not eligible!!!

After several weeks of emailing and contacting their chat service they have finally refunded only £10 out of the £20!!!

Ridiculous company!!!!

Unsure how football teams wear their shameful logo!!!!

I have always enjoyed betting on betway site, but recent dealings with betway has left me thinking are they really so bothered about there customers. I have been waiting for four withdrawals from betway totalling £1250, since the 22/05/2020. i have had 12 live chats with their agents, and sent in my documents in five times so my details can be verified, but cannot get them to pay my withdrawals, or unlock my account. I need to update my method of payment. They keep saying the want me to send in documents for them to verify my details. but i still cannot get them to reinstate my account or receive any correspondence from them regarding my account, they just chose to ignore my requests.
I have spent hundreds of pounds on this site, and this is how they treat there customers. customer support is hard to contact, they do not listen to the customers problems. The website is not easy to navigate and they take ages to put your withdrawals in your account, this site needs a radical update.
Without punters like us gambling on their sites these guys wouldn't be in a job.
So once again i plea betway please pay me my money, that i am owed. Here are set out below details of the documents you have requested and received, and a copies of all the verification numbers, and copies of what the funds i am owed. If i dont get a decision from betway within 24hrs i will contact IBAS to ask them to help me get my funds back.

Is there anyone who has got money back who deposited through UPI ?
My suggestion for all will be to deposit through netbanking all the time because you will get refund for fail deposits only if you do it through netbanking .
Failed UPI deposits are never refunded even after continuous chats and emails .

Just wanted everyone to know to avoid this company, have tried this for over a year now and have found so many glitches, lost count of how many times I was unable to cash out when betting on football especially. They deliberately disable the cash out function on the app especially when you are waiting on only one team to win. I’ll keep my money in the bank instead of throwing it away to these people.

The customer service is painfully slow and dim-witted, repeating questions and not listening to my problem effectively. They take ages to withdraw your money and put it into your account. There is no "My account" page on the website to manage account settings which is very strange and the website in general is difficult to navigate.

I won some bets during March and I have made a request for a withdrawal from the 10th of March. Today 7/6/2021 has still not been proceed. Being a customer of Betway since last 3 years from India I have decided to share my experience.
Betting odds, platform, offers and colors are excellent. But the main issue is- Till we are wining small and cashing out in small amount, everything is charm. Once a large win or large withdrawal happens, a reverification occurs on Betway or it put on a hold on fund and account as well.
Never deposit via UPI. If UPI transaction doesn't get credited in Betway then 99% money will be lost. No returns and no credit, whatsoever we do to solve it. The customer support is Dummy. They do not have power to act. In most cases they will escalate the issue and again a long, never ending waiting period starts.
Now , Betway evergreen non existent support email never reply and just says this email address do not get monitored.
Well currently my money is stuck in Betway payment processor since 26th May. It is just 1400 Rs and my issue is on escalation by the support but no help yet. I have already asked about the transaction status from the Betway payment processor I.e. Airpay. AirPay confirmed the successful settlement of the funds in Merchant account but no help from Betway yet.
The FB page says- we have a backlog of issues, so, it is taking time.
So it is time to say Goodbye to Betway.

But amount not credited to betway account I was shocked.anf I immediately sent mail to betway support and manager they sent receipt and In mail they told they ll solve as we can soon..same time I raised complaint to sbi also . From bank side they told they will resolve in 10 days.. and I did live chat 2 times in betway they told that we will refund within 7 to15 days .I waited and I got refund at 6th working day..I'm happy that we can believe betway..thank you

I have tried to deposit an amount of Rs 500 into betway account on 28th May 2021 username: chayansharma. It has been so embarrassing that even after the transaction was successful from my end it didn't show up in my Betway account neither it got credited back into my account. I have sent them mail @support@betway no response yet. Everytime I try to chat they ask me same thing every time what happened and how & in the end the resolution is wait for 2-3 days , then wait for 5-7 days , wait for tonight after that it will get credited its like they try to get rid of me.

It's truly incredible! They don't respond, they don't answer my e-mails, they asked me for information from here to reach me, I forwarded them, they neither called nor sent an e-mail! They haven't been able to send a report for exactly 2 months, they don't answer the questions I asked and which I have a legal right to. They said we contacted the game company weeks ago, I said prove it to me, they didn't answer him either!

I was playing Jackpot game at the end of March – the beginning of April, my game was closed 2 times, the application logout and returned to the main screen. I immediately ran an internet speed test and asked my service provider for the speed report for that minute. My internet was not bad, it was very fast, I even took a screenshot. When I came back to the games, I saw the Jackpot given both 2 times. I said prove me this to Support, prove that I wouldn't win if I played. Not even one person answered. Let me tell you about the last situation I experienced while recording the spins for legal process!

Main problem:

I was playing Jackpot game at the end of March – the beginning of April, my game was closed 2 times, the application logout and returned to the main screen. I immediately ran an internet speed test and asked my service provider for the speed report for that minute. My internet was not bad, it was very fast, I even took a screenshot. When I came back to the games, I saw the Jackpot given both 2 times. I said prove me this to Support, prove that I wouldn't win if I played. Not even one person answered. Then I asked for a report, my RTP rates, and a detailed report of the 2 different games that I mentioned daily on April the first week. They said we will send you a report within 30 days. What do you think they sent at the end of 30 days? A white page, a blank page, on the bottom right, the total deposit amount I deposited until that day !!! Can you believe it? Inconceivable !!

On 29th May, I deposited 10k Rs around 10:50am from my SBI bank account. Transaction went through but it was not reflecting in my Betway account. Then I contacted them and they said that your money will be in your account in 7-10 days. I thought that it's fine and let's do another transaction.

Again I made a transaction of 20k Rs on same day around 12:27pm, again money deducted and not reflecting in my betway account.

Now I am not sure what to do as after seeing so many negative reviews about the same events happened to so many players. Chances of getting my money back seems slim with fake promises from Betway representatives.

I deposited INR 500 in my betway account Unmukh2403 through my upi money was debited from my account but not credited in betway account transaction done on 27/5/2021 at 8.15 pm transaction id 137647 I contacted airpay helpline and they said they have refunded my money to betway on 29/5/2021 still money is not credited I had very bad experience using betway and I want my refund from betway or I will not recommend anyone to use betway in future

First I gave them 5 stars, but now I feel so embarrassed that I gave them this nice review. The reason I give them one star it’s very simple. I have been playing last month with Betway and my account always has been on profit. And I believe that they don’t like someone’s account to be on profit, my account has been locked up. After I had a call from responsible gambling team and we get this one sorted. I have agreed monthly limit on £1500. So once I logged in to my account I try to deposit all my monthly limit which I have set it. What happened I couldn’t deposit more than £740 pounds become Betway care for my financial situation 😬😬😬😂😂😂. Hey really guys, don’t get me wrong but this one seems to me funny. Anaway… best of luck for them. Let then always be on profit as always.

It's been 9 business days yet I have not received my withdrawal to my account It's 100000INR and now they self excluded my account betway is like we can loose money how much we want but if we win they don't like us to withdraw our money this is how they do their service
