I have made a withdrawal of INR2000 and the app is showing it's already paid on 19th October but i haven't received it till date. Please don't trust this app as the customer support is even worst, you will be put in queue and they will never connect to you.

UPDATE: I got a reply from Betway which are now telling me that their "traders" are looking into the match and will settle it once they receive "an official result" of my bet. Bare in mind this match happened 3 MONTHS ago right.

I, myself, went on hltv (which is a page who covers all the matches) and linked it to them (both on livechat and email which I was sent) the full proof of the match and the score, which in this case should settle the bet, but they are STILL saying "our traders are looking into and we have no official result"

I'm not sure if they are trolling me right now or if their support or whatever it might be has no clue what they're doing or whether they're communicating to their traders or not but one thing I WILL tell you is to avoid using Betway, there are many other great bookmakers out there which provide great odds and work much better. I've waited 3 months to get my money from a CSGO bet and have still not received them, and they come up with stupid excuses to not pay up.

Again, do NOT use Betway. Thanks.

I have been trying to withdraw since May 8th and they are waiting me around.
First, they wanted me to send A month-to-month Utility Statement. I told them that my landlord have the utilities on his name. And they asked for bank statements. I sent the bank statements.
They e-mailed me saying they still need the utility. They are a joke.

One of the worst site to play , I have done the withdrawal and it got approved in a day but I am yet to receive the amount to the selected withdrawal method. It has been more than 7 days. When I try to contact them using live chat it failed and keep on loading , I tried it more than 10 times using different devices . Support system sucks , no email / phone number .. live chat broken . Well, compare to other providers like tipico, etc. I noticed the following things:
1. betway has poor UX-Design, the size of the site doesn't adjust to the window you create on your monitor.
2. too little and too few basketball ods.
Developers please do your homework and increase the user-friendliness of your website.

I recently placed a bet on Baskonia vs Barcelona when Baskonia had a listed score of 72 and Barcelona had 61. However, a few seconds after I placed the bet, the score of Baskonia was downgraded to 71. I have checked multiple sources and it was not in fact a 3 pointer being downgraded, it was simply the bookie, Betway, giving the wrong score. My odds were 1.02 and I was looking for something of a small return since my bet size was pretty big. I doubt I would have taken the bet knowing their lead was 10 and not 11. Anyways, the game ended at 72-71 with Barcelona winning. I contacted Betway to get the bet voided because of this point:
Palpable Error Rule: All odds, lines and handicaps are subject to fluctuation and become fixed only at the time of bet acceptance. Where a palpable error or system failure results in an incorrect price, line or handicap taken in a bet – the bet, or part of the bet if it is a multiple /parlay will be void. If the error is noticed in time Betway will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to allow the choice of placing another bet at the correct odds/line/handicap.
Clearly my odds were wrong, since the score listed on their site was wrong. I was also inducted into error because of a mistake on their site.
Initially Betway told me it was most likely palpable error and that the bet would be voided, but after I reached out to get an update from them, they told me the bet stands on the following grounds.
"Betway is not responsible for any errors in regards to the announcing, publishing, times, results or venues displayed on the site"

I believe this to be unfair and have seen the majority of other betting sites rule in favour of the user in these situations (Unibet).
What should I do next? All help is truly appreciated.

And from my side the payment was done successfully and the mistake was from your side not yet credited into betway account and saying silly answers as we are not responsible. There are a lot of bad review about this site Betway. I need to write this review because I am starting to worry but I don't have any problem so far.
I signed on to this site back in 2019 to gamble on NFL. First I tested this site out by only limiting myself to a max 400 to 500 deposit and tested out the withdraw once I started to win. No problem just a three days wait and the money is in the bank account. No problem in 2019.
As of right now 28/10/2020 NFL season my limit is increased to 5000 deposit a week. I am having no problem with the withdraw. I just withdraw 2500 and it was a three day wait and boom! money is in the bank account.
I am not using the phone app. I login on my PC. I have the phone app to check only. Gamble on NFL only. So far so good I will keep going and if you are gambling on sport use Betway. If things change I will update the review.

So basically I bet a lot on esports (mainly csgo) I placed a bet on a game which had @5.00 odds and got lucky and won. Later then I'm waiting for my money to arrive (just like everyone else would), and see that it hasn't. I wait a day, two days, three days, still nothing. Now it has been 3 MONTHS, I repeat 3 M O N T H S, and I am STILL NOT paid. I go to live chat and they're telling me that the match is "under investigation by a 3rd party". For instance I see no reason as to why a random match would be under investigation considering other bookies have paid out on this. I then ask for a timeframe or something and they keep telling me "I don't know". This is the last time I am using this bookie and I advice you all that are reading this to not use Betway at all, if they feel like they lose money on a specific bet they'll find "legal reasons" to hold your money, stay away from them and don't bet over there, is my advice.

Well, I have two problems with the website. I think those ones will be enough to discontinue using its services as I have contacted your chat support multiple times; each and every time I had been disconnected without the mutual consent!! However, my issues still persist!

1st issue: I tried to make a deposit on 15th oct via google pay by using its payment processor. Although, the transaction got success from my end, it never got credited in the account. UPI transaction is: 028916072225. Their chat representatives kept sending me the curated message on the chat, which advised me to wait. It's been more than 13 days since I never heard back from them about that transaction.

Second issue: I made a withdrawal of 2500 in on 23rd oct 2020, they finished the process beautifully from their end on the app, showing me that it had been completed, and the funds had been released. But when it comes to sending money actually in my bank account, I am still at the position where I was; still waiting.
Funny part: All they want me to wait for up to 5 days and according to them, they have sent the withdrawal amount in my bank account. When I humbly asked to provide me the transaction number, if the money seriously sent, they replied: we are unable to give you! They disconnect the chat by themselves, if I asked the same question again politely. pathetic customer service, how rude they are!!

Bottomline: Never ever try to open your account on this website since your money will never get credited back!!

I had no problems with betway and their service… couple of withdrawals worked absolutely great no questions asked and were processed in due time accordingly… recently I placed in a request for a withdrawal for a high figure close to INR 62000 and the status reflected as pending for couple of days so I thought of contacting the chat line and where I was informed that I need to submit some address proofs or possibly a bank statement which I did and still awaiting a response for the current address to be updated and so a withdrawal can be processed for a smooth transaction for future.

My only question for betway is which no one responds is : while depositing thousands of dollars let it be any currency betway has no problems but while outgoing withdrawals are requested there are a lot of questions that comes in from their team. WHY?

The service has always been great from betway in my opinion but why so much of fuss about the withdrawals.
