Someting is fishy about this site. I lose 4K and worst thing is that, the odds where 95% in my favour. Last moment i just lose still wonder how that happens everytime. When i bet for less money like 20-50$ my win ratio is 70%. But when i bet around 500-1000$ win ratio is 5%.

Staff not well trained. Cannot even tell the difference between a broadband and mobile phone bill. Submitted a home broadband bill for account verification and they claim it cannot be accepted as it is a mobile phone statement. Not going to bother with them now.

signed up with company. Placed a $10 canadian in wagers. Within one hour my account was blocked, all funds could only be used in casino. When opened a chat, the claim was upper mgmt had taken a decision.

The company is an absolute joke, they make countless excuses to not send you your withdrawals, they closed there phone lines so all that’s available is chat, the employees on chat don’t care at all, are extremely slow and very unhelpful. They owe me $4000 and yet it’s been over 2 weeks of me chatting everyday and them giving nothing but excuses. Excuses like my utility bill to prove my address not having a logo, A LOGO. And to top it off there actually was a logo on the bill!

Betway is a very dishonest company. They will put your package on hold and make you pay them money to receive your package. They wanted me to pay them $1000 to deliver a package I already paid to have delivered. How does that work? Stay away from them

Total fraud!!!!! I have been waiting to receive my winnings if 2,500 since June this year. they claimed that I need to prove source of my income which is understandable but what i don't understand is why they don't ask for this when I was depositing funds and losing. soon as I won anything and wanted to withdraw, they want to know the details of all my finances, P60 forms, P55, bank statements, filed accounts. we should raise this with the gambling commission as they are clearly robbing people. they should be named and shamed.
