Hi, I transferred Rs 1000 through bank transfer three days ago. But it’s yet to be credited in my betway account. They have closed that support email ID as well , while on live chat they are so much waiting, I chatted with 7-8 of their representatives but no satisfactory answer. So I’ve been playing SMALL amounts lately on here my limit is £20 per day/ £40 per week had a tiny win £20 win week in the run up to this incident, which they honoured. Went on yesterday morning and deposited £20 played through about £9 in minutes (20p spins) only for my account to be suspended mid way through a game. Email stated I’m a risk, I’m hardly a risk putting 20 in a time and I earn in excess of 40k a year. Why let me deposit first before suspending?! I now have £11.81 in my account which I can’t access as I can’t sign in, customer service is non existent, the only form of contact is live mail, absolute joke and I’m still yet to receive my money back!!! I’ve spoken to live chat 3 times in the last 24hrs and all same replies, it’s been escalated to our payments team, yet, my £20 withdrawal in the week was in wishing the same day. I’d like the full £20 back as you were happy enough to take it, before, then suspending my account! And if you are that ‘worried’ I am a risk how about giving me my life time deposits back? Which actually isn’t high at all. Don’t expect your emails to be replied to or even read for that matter! Was on black jack today, lost 11/13 hands including my last hand which I had a 19. The dealer had a 15 then hit a 20 to clean me out. Using my bet increments to my advantage doubling down when need to. And it hit banker 13/15 times. Not listening to my friends advice never to go on live chat with this lot, I got through to the most arrogant individual called DANE who did everything he could to delay answering my query, before cutting off the live chat after getting no where for 30 minutes - just being told, 'near with me, I am still reviewing your account'. A day later, an email informing me I'm banned from any promotions. Never will use even for good odds.

My account was confirmed to be verified and i used to withdraw without any hassle. But my last few withdrawls have been withheld. I recently started with Betway and was very happy to deal with for initial days, which continued with a verification process, respecting to the policies have shared all required documents and finally after a follow up of 2-3 days the account got activated but the *Balance available(1000+) during this process got vanished and there is no response from Betway to my emails. Very much disappointed there's no one to take ownership to resolve the issue

Made withdrawal on 30.09.2020 and received two days later request only for electric or water bill for proof of address on 02.10.2020 not offering any other common options as utility bill or bank statement. Forwarded immediately my bank statement but still no reply and obviously my withdrawal is not confirmed. Therefore I’m concerned since I’ve seen this trend many times before and my account is verified several months ago.

This app is 100% a Scam, don't download, don't send/spend any money. You will never see a penny win or earned. I send money to join and registered, it wasn't an issue until I tried to withdraw some money. Account couldn't be verified, upload site doesn't exist. Total SCAM..Scam alert.!

MY account has been locked and there is no communication from Betway on the unlock process & the support mail bounces back. There is no Live Chat option...How do i fix this...Pathetic customer service...I need my account back as have my money lying there...Help fix this ASAP

Hi there Username vkhatana. I have deposited Rs 1000 on 9th oct but still waiting for the amount to be reflected in my account. Customer service is rubbish. Absolute shambles.
