Very poor service i requested for withdrawal first its was showing pending know nothing is there in there transaction history and still i have not received my money.

I opened an account with Betway and was lucky enough to get a few winners on a few different bets, they paid out on the bets and I even had bonus from the best odds guarantee. I withdrew some money and left money in the account to continue playing with. That is when the problems started, they were refusing what seemed like most bets saying the stake exceeded the maximum allowed. I asked why (over the chat option) and they explained that industry practises review accounts and decide which bets can and cannot be accepted. I would understand if they were huge stakes but they were only what I would normally place with other websites (nothing the industry would find alarming). They even refused a £40 win on a 9/2 shot but would allow me to place a £7.63 win or a similar amount.
I received an e mail stating –
We’ve recently reviewed your Betway account – and have taken the decision that you will no longer be eligible for any sports promotions.

This means that you’ll no longer be eligible for Free Bets, Bonuses, Best Odds Guaranteed or Betway Loyalty Points.

You can continue to bet with us as usual and any promotions you’ve already placed qualifying bets for or Free Bets recently used will not be affected.

Our decision is final and will not be overturned, but should you have any questions about any offers you have qualified for then please contact our support team.

HOWEVER – I am able to wager ANY amount on their slot machines or casino but my sports bets would be limited, they were extremely limited. I have closed my account and will transfer to elsewhere that will accept them.
The first withdrawal took 5 days to hit my account, keen to see how long the balance will take to be returned.
It would appear that they will give you anything to entice you and as long as you are losing money they are ok, if you win however it seems to upset them and they put restrictions on your account to limit your ability to win!!

I placed a bet on the San Diego Padres to win and after extra innings they did but o the winning selection part, after the match, it said I picked draw. Tried getting in contact with support but they kept telling me they di not see the bet and that it has been escalated. Kinda makes me regret not screenshotting the bet placed during the match because this isnt the first time.
I'm afraid my money is long gone and that future Betway customers have a look at reviews before they join. I'll definitely be calling out betway and hoping for a resolution before I start rightfully dragging their name through the mud as much as I can.

I just registered today after seeing 100% bonus offer upto Rs. 8000. I deposit through neybanking of 8000 Rs. same has been debited from my bank account but not received in my betway account. after contacting support team through online chat she said money not received to them and need to wait for min 45 minutes incase this will not received i will automatically get refunded to my account.
look like a scam.

Surprised by the negative reviews on here.. won a good sum on a sport bet twice within days (one win was from a bonus for joining). Absolutely no trouble withdrawing and the winnings were in my account via PayPal in less than 24 hours.

Customer service team have been really helpful twice and always get through to them really quickly, no long waiting periods.

For me Betway are on the way to being one of the best online casinos I have used so far.

Signed up via the dream team app promotion saying join now for £30 in free bets if you deposit £10 only to find out that the promotion was not yet even valid even though betway bet10get30en has the promotion on the banner with the join now button underneath. disgusting marketing by betway id strongly advise to avoid signing up with them!! i asked for the bet and deposit to be voided and to close the account but was told it was not possible even though i was on the live chat before the game on the supposed qualifying bet had started.

Betway is a shameless liar. They locked my account for no reason! When I want to withdraw several thousand pounds, they ask me to provide all kinds of personal information about me, including my company, occupation, bank statement, etc. After I provided all the information they wanted, they locked my account. If you look carefully you will find that this is a real casino, if you win
then not on every slot, but only randomly

99% of all scam casinos give you a winning streak

One week back I made a withdrawal of 150000 Inr ….
Almost one week passed out ..till now the money not reached to my betway account….

I contacted to customer care ….they suggested me that the operation team reviewing your account, please be patient..they will contact you. But , they never contacted me…again I send a mail to them

They told me that please send a bank statement to verification team ..they will verify your bank statement and…send your funds to your bank account…..and their told I went to bank and took a bank statement and email to verification team

After my I sent a mail to them…I received a mail from verification team ..that wait for 24 hours..your account is goes under to review process …

Almost 5 days passed out…till now I didn't get a response from their verification team..

NEVER PLAY BETWAY. I played for years but when it came to winning $6000 I got asked for a source of funds verification. Which I did so and then provided more and more everyday as they asked. The last email was asking for my current boyfriends and Ex’s name, birthdate and even their occupation. Only to then close my account. Sent me an email saying they were trying to get ahold of me and unable to do so which is false as there has been email conversations daily to show differently. No problem taking my money for years but now when they need to pay they don’t and close my account after in possession of all my bank statements, paystubs, personal information.

Guys who come to read the reviews , please never play in betway. I hope those who are giving more than 2 stars are never been to betway or sponsored reviews. I have been looted by betway all my winnings and deposited money deducted without any reason and for last two days I am trying to find reason to get back the balance. Actually the bets were voided but they considered as loss. when I am talking to the agents in the live chat they we’re giving foolish response.

Some technical team/operations team reviewing on my account and they dont have any time frame when this will be
resolved.

I don’t know how long they take to resolve years or centuries and no accurate information given. I feel like talking to bots when chatting with live agent.

Logged a complaint on the 31st August 2020 – was asked to provide ID and bank statement.

I emailed bank statement dated July 2020 and passport + front of my debit card used for transactions and that is linked to the bank statement sent in.

I received an email this morning asking for a statement dated within the last 3 months and they couldn’t accept the statement as it doesn’t show my card number!!!! Are they that stupid (July is in the last 3 months) and no bank or building society 16 digit card number will show on their statement.

They can match the account no and sortcode on the card to the statement, but this seems too difficult for them to do! Had my money for 10 days now and still have stupid replies, online chat extremely unhelpful, arranged call back requests with operations department and they don’t even call (waiting 4 days for a call) company is corrupt and a disgrace. Complaints team and staff haven’t got a clue what they are doing and are genuinely stupid

My account was verified by the security checks, I've managed to deposit over £2600. Everything was ok until I made a withdrawal request – and it was only for £210. They've requested from me some documents, I've sent them everything they want. Now my account is locked and of course as many others – I have no response from them. One week after and I got ZERO answers, no approved withdrawals and my account is still locked!

It’s clear they don’t do security checks as I never have had an account with these people and obviously my Paypal never matched the account name for the person who frauded. Don't trust Betway,one of the worst site in the world, because of Betway one person was found dead hanging from the ceiling fan at his home in Hyderabad. I came on here to kill time and a bit shocked by some of the negative comments – felt obliged to put my 2pence in… I love Betway! Really good games on the casino and have plenty of market leading boosts on their Sportsbook! No issues with withdrawals but have read somewhere that they stake restrict a lot of people, hopefully doesn’t happen to me 🙁

Last month I won a few hundred pounds. This month I was informed my account had been closed following a review and information provided by a 3rd party about responsible gambling.
Betway bombards customers with offers encouraging volume gambling. As an example you need to earn 5000 loyalty points to get a £3 sports bet. Over several year I acquired about 1000 points.
They are total hypocrites. As soon as you win some money they don’t want you as a customer, they just want slots addicts.
