Absolutely disgusting so i joined last year and played and withdrew from account recently logged on deposited played for a few days then bam account closed i need to verify myself bit strange seeing as i had already withdrawn previously anyway backwards and forwards sent sufficient documentation of still cant verify me bit odd when ive never had any issues with this before my account is locked i have funds in there and i will not let this lie.They say they need to verify me over the phone gave them my number at least 6 times answered the calls but then they hang up you cant call the number apparently its because of the pandemic and they haven't enough staff why ring my number to hang up. Im seeking legal advise and its been passed to the onbudsman. PLEASE PLEASE dont deposit on this site its disgusting and one MASSIVE SCAM save your money!!!!

Totally disappointed
I have account from 5 months, Friday i have winnings and make a withdrawal request with PayPal
Then i recieve email that i need to verify my account, i already make it when i open my account.
Then i waiting 4 days to proceed my withdrawal and still the same status
I will never use this betting company again
In every other sites when withdrawal with PayPal is about a few hours to take your winnings, here is like 10 years ago…

A bit dissapointed with this. Really wished I had seen the reviews before I deposited. I was enjoying a few hours playing on the roulette until i logged off and sign back on again later on the day and my account was empty then received an email saying my deposit was void because my bank account did not match my account details (this was not the case). No contact details, no live chat and Still waiting for that refund, unfortunately.

Been waiting for nearly 12 days to sort out my account now , they have told me that my account I set up is different to the name on the bank card I have use which is not the case at all and now are asking for proof of my last 4 digit on my card on a bank statement which the bank I bank with Barclays have told me is utter nonsense and they shouldn’t be asking for I’ve given them photos off my bank statement my bank card my drivers licence and passport and have been told this isn’t going to solve the situation …. crazy nothing else I can do spoke to at least 10 different people on the Betway live chat and they have all said different things and been no help , one said my bank card should be enough as well as a bank statement even though I’ve emailed them this nearly 5 times now , terrible

Hi, not sure where to start! If this company could be given minus star, then I would have done that. Betway will happily take your money. When you have deposited a substantial amount and played for a while, they shut down your account without any warning. You can no longer login, you have no access to live chat and you receive an email, saying your emails are no longer accepted. This company is a scam and they are total thieves. PLEASE AVOID. I don't want anyone else to suffer like I have.

Messed me about for months giving me the run about after limiting me. Only when UKGC got involved did they reply. They shouldn't have been finded they should have been closed down by them

First of all i deposited 300 euro win to 750, than withdraw 350. I had 400 Euros left in my account, I wanted to play casino, but the deposit was made VISA card, so I could only bet on sports. The support team advised me to make a deposit with MasterCard, after that I can play casino games. I tried to make a 15 euro deposit to play the casino, but deposit failed. I immediately started talking to the support, almost everybody was talking nonsense and only the last one said that my account was under review by the security team. after two days waiting, I log into my account today and saw it was blocked. I immediately wrote in support, but support Anna told that she can not help, can not say why it was blocked and I can not do anything, but she understand my frustration LOL. So i think Betway is scammers, they ignored me be careful, i have screenshots with our dialog BTW.

I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews on here but a very positive experience.
Won £750 on thurs evening and made a withdrawal. It was in my bank by Friday evening.
Choice of games slightly limited but other than that all good.

They happily take your money and that comes out of your bank but there is a problem with the withdrawal to the same card that they took their money from!! It’s a joke. Got to send bank statements to prove it!! More like they are trying to play time.

can anyone get in touch with them? Tmiscalculated my avant match – I found a source that says that the 1st map score was 16 to 11, and I bet +6.5 , so I should have won that bet and they calculated it as a loss.

I am sure that they would fix this if I could just get in touch with them.

Had no issues depositing. Won a few bets on hockey. All of a sudden I’m locked out of my account without explanation.

Talk with an online advisor and they said they need to verify my address – so I send several documents with my address on it. After 3 emails they changed the subject and said ..

there were disputed transactions and asked me if I knew anything about them?

What transaction could be disputed and how the hell would I know anything about it? All I did was place a couple bets. The website is a joke.

Betway is a complete scam and fraud company. They will never let anyone withdrawal go in an easy way. But when it comes to deposits, they will take your complete property and don't even blink.

I been a member since 2019. And I deposit lots, over 50,000. I love playing and gambling even if I don’t win. I had an addiction so I closed my account for the 30 day period and not even 1 day later I get a email. They asked for information on where I worked, etc and now I deposit money, I told them. Then they asked for further information, my t4, banking statement, and there asking who a certain person is sending me Etransfers. Is this aloud??? I think there asking for way to much information now it’s starting to sound suspicious!

inplay live play clock is often incorrect , you place and bet , them all of a sudden several minutes come of the clock instantly , when betting on basketball makes a serious impact if betting on pints scored,

today just nutts placed a bet saying 9 minutes to go in 1st quarter score was like 20 at this point so bet over 189 points then scoreboard goes to 2 minutes left and above or below 169 points, 7 minutes of play just vanished…. so ok i deal with mistakes,

This is the worst of all casinos. I lost a lot, and finally won , a ridiculous amount compared to all the money I gave them, and they are so fast to take it and suddendly so picky and slow when it comes to pay you, They use the delay tactic , i sent already 6 times all the documents they ask for, but still ask for more or reject some of them without any reason. I know now that they will never give me my money, as they blocked me and dont even answer my mails or the documents i sent again. I won $20,000 playing video poker. I watched the numbers climbed as I hit a 1:651,000 odd and pulled a royal flush on the first deal. The numbers grew and so did my excitement. The status of the payment was all good. The balance was updated. I log back onto my account and the $20,000’is gone. Betway claims that I “wagered” this amount, yet you could tel by my gameplay history that I hadn’t, yet there was somehow wagers in the “transaction history”? I was mad, yet, stupidly after countless hours of fighting I continued playing. Without my $20,000. I stream gambling online for people, I run forums and I have a well known basis that allows tens of thousands of players to communicate. They all are going to stop playing Betway. They scheme, cheat, lie and steal (as stated above, in my opinion). I have all my screen recordings of all bets, wins and losses. I sent all this proof and they still claim I’m a liar/cheat and spent the money. I was furious, yet kept playing.

They rob you for all your promtions, cash back, “loyalty points”, they give no bonuses, promotions, etc dm to any long term players. They will let you deposit as much as you can. As soon as you win, they steal it …. doesn’t matter how they do it, they will find a way.

Thief’s. I have so much proof, records of them breaking rules and regulations, etc. I invite you to Personally message me and send me any proof and claims that you may have, as I have hired a Online gambling specialist lawyer and consulting team, and they are going to help us sue Betway as a civil group lawsuit.

They have agreed to take only a fraction of the percentage of winnings, they won’t stop until something is done. Until the cheating stops, lying and scamming is done and until everyone has money that is rightfully there’s.

The representative gives you the number $700 and it’s only an “estimate”. They “give” you $300 and then say they aren’t crediting more, because the representative had “no idea” what He/she was talking about, and shouldn’t have given a figure in the first place. Yet, this is a representative of THEIR company, so her word shall stick.

Yet, it was only an “estimate” so they won’t credit it anyways, yet if you look into legal definitions of estimate, it leads to “approximate”, which then in turn, means “in closeness too, but not exact”. How is $300 even close to $700?

Won a couple of bets this last week and apparently Betway doesn’t like it when you do that so like a bratty child would behave it retaliates and bans me from the promos! Scammers! Basically joined up won a couple of bets and they emailed the next day after joining saying they are restricting my account and giving me no promos! How professional and people friendly this company! Think these guys need to spend less money on the adverts trying to make them look good and more time on the customers joining the site! I joined up with betway less than 2 weeks ago, im based in the UK and after registering wasn't allowed to deposit until my account was verified. Didn't take long Todo so next night used there 100percent bonus. 250 + 250, there choice of slots is limited to either micro gaming or if you search netent. Both providers can be stupidly difficult to win on, microgaming for quick bonuses and at best an average of 20x per bonus. Netent well if you time them wrong no amount of money will get you a bonus. So as for slot choice id say choose carefully and understand your providers. There is some big-time gaming like danger so that's a bonus. So I lost the first deposit. The next day did another 270ish and hit big on roulette very lucky, so now the important part.

I withdrew 40 first from the 1300 I had won, no word of a lie it took less than 1 hour on Saturday to hit my bank account. So I withdrew another 800, this was slower to go through, I'm guessing due to the amount and the next day it had been approved and paid. Checked my account after coming home from work and it was paid into my account the same day.

Typical casino though and stupid me didn't withdraw again and every slot I played on a range of 40p and 60p was dead. Should have known this typically happens after a big withdrawal.

10/10 for payments. If your verified and have done as they ask you won't ever have an issue.

So I managed to win £250 over the course of a month. I'm not in to exploit the promotions. I do a few but nowhere near the number on offer. I certainly didn't win every bet. I've had a lot more losing bets than winning bets. I did quite a lot of multiples.

And now, for some reason that nobody is able to tell me, I'm no longer eligible for free bets, promotions or best odds guaranteed.

Only a week ago, I was still getting regular emails about all the promotions they had going on that I may be interested in.

This isn't fair, and customer service say they can't help.

Is this something that's it's legal to do? It's never happened to me before.

Very disappointing as I was intending to use Betway for most of my betting.

If anyone from Betway can reply to me and tell me what I can do, please do so.

I put in money, placed a bet and it won. So I tried to withdraw my money.

Withdrawal to bank account, says it has a status of "paid" on Thursday, and thus I should see it in the account Monday. Not there, Tuesday still not there.

Try to "contact us" and all you get is redirected to their FAQ time and again. No actual way to contact them.

Tried calling the phone number. Automated message told me to resolve online then hung up.

Hi, something fishy is going on with Betway I have been trying to cashout my attached cashout offer since yesterday. Everytime I try, it says I have a new cashout offer & when I click confirm. I get a message that reads, "unfortunately your cashout is currently unavailable as cashout are calculated dynamically" which is rubbish because when I cashout lower amounts , the process is seemless & I get exactly that amount. This is causing me to lose trust in Betway as when you have a losing bet, they are quick to remove funds but as soon as you start winning the same speedyness is now an issue

Edit: this has now been resolved however it did take far too long to offer a promotion I was elligle for in the first place. Should not have to spend time resolving this?
