This motherfk didn't pay my bet, sing straight win over 1500 pounds, 6 weeks past already, my bet and a winig ticket still shows in ooen bet and can't be cash out, this bet I place whitout any fk bonuses. Scumbag. Absolutely disgusting, fraud should be investigated and remove from business for good.

It's terrible, they don’t give me back my money My name is Liubou, I registered on the site and started making bets, passed verification, including confirming my address, the withdrawal of funds became available, after several wins, I issued a withdrawal of funds, for which the betway blocked my account! I contacted them and they asked to re-confirm the address, I sent them another document, to which they replied that they would not accept it and confiscate all my money! This is just disgusting! I sent you a bill for electricity and a landline phone, why are you steal my money? I have fulfilled all your conditions Give me back my money!

I registered on the site to have fun, went through complete verification, made a deposit and started betting I was lucky and doubled my deposit, there was $ 1220 on the balance, I requested a withdrawal and started to wait A few days later I try to enter my personal account, but my account was blocked! I wrote in a chat, to which the employee replied that they had decided to confiscate all my money and accused me of fraud! Refusing to return even my deposit! This is disgusting, instead of positive emotions, I got a complete disappointment! Betway are scammers, as soon as you win the money, they will block you and steal all the money!

This website is by far the worst. They won’t let you withdraw even after you pass the authentication process, the odds are not comparable to company’s alike. They will keep taking your money until you try to withdraw and they block your account. PLEASE don’t use this account. Gamble responsibly.

My formal complaint lodged with Betway is now 48 days old! Betway HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT.........Despite advising next to my complaint that they have ‘Contacted user’ to learn more- THIS IS NOT TRUE! Betway have not contacted me to learn more ... DESPITE ME CONTACTING THEM SO MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST 48 DAYS! I have been waiting 48 days, and the complaints team (IF THEY EXIST) are apparently STILL INVESTIGATING my complaint below. Each day I ask customer services for an update by email- I GET NO RESPONSE. I have been submitting my emails to the two .com addresses below: Ukmanager@betway Support@betway Despite sending emails for 48 days, BETWAY have not responded to a single email which is why I took to Trustpilot. I have contacted Betway customer services on Twitter, but they just say ‘complaint is being investigated, and they outright refuse to ask the complaints team for an update, nor are they able to provide an ETC. Despite Betway’s complaints procedure stating complaints will at least be addressed in 5 working days. Betway seem to be ignoring complaints, hence all the negative reviews on Trustpilot about them. If a few days I will be able to refer the compliant to the ombudsman. Thanks. I raised a complaint to Betway on the 12th March based on an account held with them. The complaint being that during my time as a Betway customer with VIP status, I fell into the population of individuals that were not identified by Betway, as problem gamblers, despite the data which could and should have allowed them to identify me as such and take responsible and appropriate actions. I have advised Betway that I believe this was because it was a period where Betway: Did not have effective policies and procedures in place for customers who may be displaying signs of problem gambling. B) Until January 2017, the customer interaction policy did not have a specific provision for VIP customers. C) The policies and procedures in place did not always prompt effective interactions where customers may be displaying signs of problem gambling interactions, and decisions not to interact, may not have been adequately recorded. This led to Betway’s Failure to identify problem gambling behaviour and adhere to the below; Social responsibility (SR) code provision 3.4.1(1) Licensees must put into effect policies and procedures for customer interaction where they have concerns that a customer’s behaviour may indicate problem gambling. The policies must include: (e) specific provision for making use of all relevant sources of information to ensure effective decision making, and to guide and deliver effective customer interactions, including in particular: (i) provision to identify at risk customers who may not be displaying obvious signs of, or overt behaviour associated with, problem gambling: this should be by reference to indicators such as time or money spent (ii) specific provision in relation to customers designed by the licensee as “high value”, “VIP”, or equivalent It has now been 47 days and the Betway complaints team have not yet concluded their investigation, nor are they willing to provide an ETC for the complaint. I dont know what everybody is talking about! I requested a withdrawal several times last month, a total of more than 10.000€. Processed and paid within 24 hours! Wow you guys are amazing Betway! Stop making new users scared and don't point to betway but look what maybe you are doing wrong. Everytime I ask for a refund I am asked additional details. Now that my identity is proven and so is my bank account to which the withdrawal is to be done. I do not see asking any reasons for asking Credit card statements. This is all just to be able to do a fraud, nothing else. They do not want any security and all when we are depositing money, but, do ask for so much of documentation whenever one asks for a withdrawal. I have not played for the last 2 days in Betway because they are acting weird with my withdrawal. And now I wish to be sure about my withdrawal before I play again. Just like the guy below they asked me for ridiculous amounts of ID then started going through my bank statements with a fine tooth comb asking who was who and why I had paid my friend £20. Also wanted to know why I had paid the football club money they haven't the brain capacity to realise it was my season ticket They even asked me about what my bills were for. Talk about intrusive. I've never had so many personal questions in my life. Was easier getting a mortgage. Then after weeks of questions the busybodies and jobsworths decided I was betting beyond my means and closed my account. They think they can tell me how to spend my money?? Good riddance betway.

I have been loyal customer and I had spend more than INR of 10 lac through my and my wife’s account. After too much of loss, one I got the winning of 5 lac and I have applied for withdrawal which has been revoked stating source of fund was incorrect and then instead of withdrawal payment Betway paid me only the amount which was made through different source. After that Betway even blocked accounts as well. This is completely unfair that Betway just believe in taking money and at the time withdrawal they figure out anything just not to pay winnings of the customers It’s completely fraud Thanks Vishal

Finally got an email from the customer service team in regards to my account which by the way is still locked out with my funds still in them. Had sent them my salary slips, I’d docs, bank statements etc. more than sufficient docs pertaining to my source of funds. Guys, please be careful what u send them. They don’t check source of funds as they are asking me about transfers not to betway account but to friends and family 😳😳😳 and why I did them. Even the international bank I deal with do not ask me these questions and it happens to be their account but Betway actually has the audacity to do that. So basically anything to not pay out or stall the payment. Those were the questions I got. This has absolutely left me stunned and disappointed that Betway which at one time was such a reputed company has now stopped to such a level not to let customers access their own funds. Huge mistake, and I wonder if their senior management is even aware that what a painful job their customer service team is doing. I really doubt that !

I used to be a regular client of betway couple of years back and then I stopped as I switched to another online betting platform which I found better and had faster withdrawal. Recently with the whole lock down thing and a bit of time on hand I did a deposit with Betway opened a new account and had some winnings. ( The platform I was currently using was having technical difficulties to log in for clients from my region also betway in 2018 was very good and thus went back to them ) Suddenly while gaming my betway account was locked out, they made no contact with me prior to locking me out and happened in the course of my gaming session.I had to contact their customer service to find out what the reason was. Apparently, my source of funds were pending from last time I used their platform ( 2018)and thus the account was locked out. Fair enough ! I have sent them all details required in fact more than they requested. This was on Wednesday morning.They have not bothered to get in touch with me and when their account manager replied ((after sending them few follow up emails) it was always one generic line “account is under review and operation team will get back to me ” In fact I was the one who is always chasing them to give me a reply. The funny thing is when I made my first deposit and lost that my account was not locked out. It was only after I made the second deposit and was on some substantial winnings that they decided to Lock me out, and then do a review on my source of funds. When I asked them why was I even allowed to deposit in the first place if my account in 2018 was pending source of wealth docs. Their answer was the new account had a new address and email ID thus the system did not pick it up. ( my name, dob, etc all the same ) In these times when they actually should be helping out their clients they are yet to get back to me and held on to all my funds. So please be careful before u use them as their customer service team is basically non existent. If you get into any service issue well then you are speaking with a brick wall. Betway customer service will never contact you. You will need to make the effort and then leave it to their whims and fancies. This is my personal view . Good luck !!!

I am extremely frustrated and upset with the type of service I have received from Betway. Below is the issue I have been facing and unfortunately, the customer support team have not been able to help me with an outcome to my issue. I used to be a loyal customer a couple of years ago and really enjoyed Betway and it’s services. Back in 2019, I decided to take a break from gambling for a while. When I took a break, my VIP account manager of that time decided to review my account and the source of funds. Since I had taken a break and since there were no winnings during the time, I had not sent any documents over to him. Coming to the current time, I opened a new account with Betway thinking that my previous account might have been closed. The email and my address were different on this account but my Name, Date of birth and Phone were the same as my previous one. I was allowed to deposit not once or twice but 6 times into this new account and I played and won a bit. I withdrew 3 separate times totalling to £1100. I withdrew this on 15th April 2020. Since then, they realised that they had to review my source of funds for my previous account. Firstly this is really unprofessional that I was allowed to deposit multiple times but when it came to withdraw my winnings, you decide to hold my account and conduct a review. Further to this, I have sent all the documents requested to prove the source of funds to my previous account. I have been sending all documents within no time to your customer service dept. Till now I have sent my ID, bank statements, payslips, P60, personal information, etc and there is still no update from the operations team. I believe this is extremely slow from their end and I am being harassed to claim the money that I have rightfully won. It has been 8 days now and I get the same response from the team. I can also see that lots of other customers have been facing the same issue when I checked your reviews on Trustpilot. I really expect that you should be helping customers in tough times like these and not harassing them the way it has been going.

Laughable. Been with them for about 7 months, lost lots of bets with them, liked to do the Super Boost they offered, lost about 6 in a row, then finally won 2, for a staggering total of about £33, and once I had withdrawn my account was restricted and I can now only use their casino, which I never have. They obviously just want poor souls to become addicted to their slots, not me. Closed my account, stay well clear!

I have enjoyed my time playing at Betway, my experience has been having deposited £4700. The responsible gaming team locked my account and confirmed my level of spend was comfortable, they then re opened my account today around 10.40, I then played, and withdrew £3850 at around 11.36, yet to receive confirmation this has been issued to the bank, I then decided that having deposited £4700 and withdrawn £3850 making a loss of £850 to self exclude around an hour or so later, having played daily, with the covid19 isolation, which was actioned immediately between I am now just awaiting my withdrawal now I was advised it usually is same day that it would be issued to card dependent on workloads via chat, to receive Friday in my account. I have had confirmation they will pay my winnings, However it’s is in a que, which has been ongoing all day! I do hope it gets processed quickly, I have thanked Betway in an email for confirming I won’t be punished for doing the responsible thing ,excluding myself after making my withdrawal. I do hope to receive my withdrawal this week! I would highly recommend them I have not yet had a problem and hope to receive my £3850 this week. I will of course update my review to give my full review once withdrawal received.

I’m having a nightmare of an experience with Betway. I have withdrawn a certain amount on the 15th of April and I am still waiting for them to process it. Apparently my account is being reviewed and I have already provided them with all the requested documents. This is the slowest response I have seen and it’s really surprising why they were allowing me to deposit and play if there was any issue. The problem only arises when I decide to withdraw and they need to payout. I am hoping that this will be resolved in the next 24 hours or I will surely take this ahead with the necessary complaint and procedures.

I had created my betway account on 16th April and i sent my documents for verification even before they didnt asked then i was verifed my account same day after two days i had an winning of 21,400/- inr but they made an hold on it and asked me for address proof i instant sent them As address proof and later confirm via live chat that my address proof and id proof both verified but there is still hold and under review ? I dont know why it is still under review when everything verified just need to get payout and they are making false objection need time somthing but it is already more than 3 days but still not received any feedback. At first wen I joined betway it’s was fantastic but it really has gone down hill last few months fast ! terriible casino games not a big selection at all roulette is a compleat con just not happy 1 bit , not just that I dont want to even make a deposit again due to they might not pay out wen u win plenty ov people are reporting this and it’s not worth the risk say u win and then they decide not to pay just not worth the hassle so that’s it for me on betway imagine u win a nice amount and waiting for ur winnings and they do everything to stop paying u and don’t even pay u dont wanna go down that road betway Ur lose customer in the end plus wat there being no football Matches to bet on there losing money so hav to claw it back on slots CON

I send more than 10 documents for verification but thereafter betway demand a new document. This is totally harassment to user. If you loss money your account activated. If you withdraw your winnings they're block your account. My first withdraw successful but second withdraw not success and lock my account. Today i send 9 mail with demanded documents but no response from betway. I think betway scammer I'd nadeem0003

In fact, i spend and waste a lot of money in betway,But when i won 700 dollar and i wanted to withdraw for the first time,they told me to bring your proof of ownership of bank account which is really confidential things.I should admit that before playing i put my documents there for getting the verification and they verified my account BUT,They are playing with words for cheating on me which is really unfair...They are scam and fraud.!!!!!!It is really unfair when you are in quarantine and you have this trouble too!!! There is god and will show you how cheater you are... They are impolite and dishonest casino i have ever seen....Never trust them please.!!!

Very impressed with the speedy payout and no fuss.... I won £700 early hours of Tuesday morning and recited my money this morning (Thursday) had a few issues with them last year with my withdrawal, but this has certainly made up for it... I will be definitely using again thankyou.

I registered and deposited £100's on several occasions and lost. Deposited £100 and got up to £1600. Decided I wanted to withdraw, however account was locked due to verification which is fine (although they should really be verifying upon deposit. Sent several bank statements, Passport pictures.. which were rejected for some unknown reason. Have been asked to send again. they've rejected it three times now. Then asked me for an ID card (which we don't have in the UK). This is becoming increasingly frustrating as a new customer and proves to me they are a scam. Will be escalating further to the resolution service if this isn't sorted quick. Avoid.

I dont recommended Betway After I won 200 £, I wanted to withdraw my winnings, next day my account was locked and the money retracted from Operations Team. Till this day i havent seen my money :(

I just created an account earlier today, gambled and won a small amount of money, which I wished to withdraw. As I tried to withdraw he money, I received an error message and my account was locked for some reason. Their customer service is very limited, they use Corona as an excuse for it. I really hope they're able to swiftly resolve this issue and cash me out.

Avoid Betway, they are not reputable. If you win probably too much, they will close your account or cancel the promotions out of nowhere. I used to bet each day on betway. After the football leagues paused because of COVID-19 i stopped to bet, hopefully to continue when this pandemic will be gone. After not placing a bet for 3 weeks or something recieved a e-mail from betway whichs said, that they exclute me from any promotion or freebets "after careful consideration". This is a joke. There are better companies to stay with and i will continue using them from now on. Just hope that they will cancel my account asap. So STAY AWAY from this platform.

I won several hundred pounds a few days ago - my first and soon to be only experience with Betway. I've tried to withdraw the winnings to the same account the bet came from. First they pretended I hadn't been verified. I pointed out that I got an email saying I had been verified when I signed up - that was how they took my bet in the first place. Then they said my proof of identity was wrong and my address wasn't correct. Total rubbish of course. So I am still in the process of sending multiple proofs of identity and address and each time they pretend it isn't good enough. I am fully expecting to have to take them to court in the end. Judging by own experience and about a hundred others I've just read online, these guys are crooks. How they have a license from the authorities escapes me. Avoid like the plague!
