I’ve been trying to get my withdrawal of $2900 cad from this casino for over a month! First it was all the documents I needed to get verified, which I gave them, then asked for more documents which I supplied. Then kept asking for the same documents over again, which I supplied once again. Finally last week my withdrawal was approved. So they sent me $ 627 of it refunded to my card then said $2273 would be sent through wire transfer and that it would be paid within 5 business days. So Friday last week still received nothing. So messaged support asking about it. Told me to wait till today and if it was here to message back. Today still nothing so I messaged them this morning asking about the federal reference number to the wire transfer and got told that it’s got denied and the payment was reversed and sent back to them. Go figure once I inquired about the federal reference number of the wire transfer so my bank could inquire about it. Personally I don’t think they ever sent it to be honest! So this morning was told that they reprocessed the payment with the proper transit number to my bank account, which I guess they messed up th e first time supposedly. So ok they reprocessed the payment this morning and they’d send the details of my payment to me once completed but yet the payment is supposedly reprocessed. Yet here we are with no info on my payment that already reprocessed and now support through email is no longer answering me and chat just keeps telling me the same thing and to me patient. It’s already been since September 20, 2024 that I’ve been waiting. Like just pay the $2273 to my card like you did the $627!!!

This site is ok to practice on that is it. Please shut down these crooks. They will not honour’s any payments owed to you. They have taken over 3 thousand from me over the course of 2 years. Not once have They ever honored a withdrawal. There is no other site worse then anyone the sires under this umbrella I Have been gambling exclusively as a profession. This is my lively hood and the fact that these sites can still operate and steal ppls money citing 10% over bet which has happened to me on more then one occasion when I have recorded mt gameplay and have gone thru the footage extensively to find where the overbearing occurred I cannot.

I have been with boo casino for over a year and I am constantly depositing, and on numerous times I have deposited through a promotion I haven’t got the bonus or free games I have reached out to boo through chat and every single time they say I didn’t add promotion at time of deposit and Even with screenshot proof of transactions they still state there is nothing that can be done. Very, very bad casino. I dont even care about loosing because obviously this casino is a scam if you havent noticed. The thing I am more upset about is the costumer service. The costumer service is the worst. Is anyone even working there or doing their job? No reply on emails or webchats, they sent one message and that one message is “how can i help you” after that you never get a reply and if you do, expect to wait atleast 30-40mins for one short reply. Once I got disconnected from the chat because i didnt say “please” agent was giving me a lecture on manners as if i was some kind of toddler. So unprofessional
