I am very happy playing the wide veriaty of games offered by boo, for the most part they seem very fair and i feel as if i have a chance to win (not like some other gaming sites) i want some money. I made it through the play throughThe bonus was dealt with automatically. My max win was put in place. This makes it easy one less thing I have to deal with. When I came to the cash out i was beginning to be skeptical about it. Due to the amount of time it was taking but received payment in the same manner as I made the payment. The withdrawal went through with not much of an issue, just a little bit of time. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars due to the length of Withdrawal time.

It doesn’t matter which sister casino you play at, the customer service is really bad and they don’t respond at all. They make excuses about a queue… but if there’s a queue 24/7, think about it yourself. They just don’t have the resources for better service, and the situation hasn’t improved in the past two years. Then look at some reviews where people give negative written feedback, but still give almost full stars. So, that’s not credible either. Customer service could, for example, respond later, allowing you to reply when you return, but that’s not even an option, even though it’s already 2025. So, if they have the skills/talent, they’re not using them, and if any future customer is thinking about it, nothing has changed and probably won’t change.

Wow where do I start.ok I wrote a review not to long ago and I’m back to post an update,as I said before I’ve played at Boo for quite some time,Boo has changed they have done a whole complete makeover and it’s not a good one,there’s an old saying don’t judge a book by its cover,don’t let the cute ghost fool you it’s what is behind the ghost that counts,the layout and game selection is great,the fault lies in the chat area I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t like being asked to deposit ,now to get a response from chat is a lengthy process and when you do it very rarely goes good,now to actually get to recoup some of your losses they offer cashback yeahput it this way not worth it ,I could go on and on about Boo my experience lately is not a great one I’m tired of the hassle to know when you do get ahold of chat even to ask for free spins you are going to be asked to deposit ,I don’t need that nobody does.loyalty at Boo comes with a hefty price I guess I learned a valuable lesson it’s a no win situation at Boo,you will lose,I have moved on and I like where I’m at no more begging me for deposits just pure fun ,I get to choose how much I deposit I may be wrong but isn’t that how it’s supposed to be,

When a promotion is still showing on your site and I make a deposit and I don’t get the bonus becuz bonus was expired.. I read the terms but didn’t figure I had to make sure it wasn’t expired becuz it was still showing on your site.. never honor said bonus… I’m very upset.. and probably won’t be back

I have been with Boo for a long time now. I used to win at least enough to play for a while. Now, i deposit, with a promotion to give me either free spins or added % amount of deposit to give me more money. But it is gone so fast. I almost never get free spins or bonus round. More often than not, i will get $o.oo or less than $2 from 50 spins. Or my entire banlanve, on the lowest bet possible and win $0.Also, Customer Care chat-> TAKES FOREVER. I don’t know what is going on Boo-> but i am almost fed up with this.

There is a huge selection of games to play here! Customer service can be slow to reply sometimes but when they do it is always A+ service. I also really love the variety of bonuses they always have.One of my favorite online casinos for sure!
