Scam site. Been playing slots here a long time to nothing at allIv never had a win over 1 pounds on slots and iv played slots here quite some sessions. Or have I ever landed slot bonus round I don’t rate anywhere on just 1 or 2 sessions but over years. And believe me SAVE YOUR MONEY this place is a first class scam Am closing my account down and I shall never return. I play slots that have a 96.7 rtp. I’ve just been told that I’m not eligible for the signup offer because of “shared IP”. This is not remotely true, and after finding people with similar stories online I think this repeat behaviour is scummy and I feel obliged to warn others of this malpractice

Free bet offer is a scamUsed paypal for my first deposit which i shouldnt have but if you try again by depositting via debit card your no longer eligible for free bet. Even though T’s and C’s dont state the bonus is only available on first bet. It states that an eligible bet must be placed within 30 days of opening. Frustating and dissapointing that Ts and Cs arent adhered to by this company

I was informed by an agent via telephone they would look to process my withdrawal sooner they spoken with the finance team they said it be sorted shortly . However still waiting despite Me explaining I can’t access my phone in America and I can’t access the siteTo track the progress . They take your money quick enough demand ID soon as you open the account they verify ID within 10mins of sending it but winnings they drag they feet despite reassurance .

I wrote a review earlier and deleted it because of the email I received after the review.So my experience was short after a few months of playing I managed to win a few times and without giving a reason my account was blocked…. Do not respect customers and as such customer service is very poor. After sending an email yesterday and receiving an automated email response denoting a reply within 12 hours, 30 hours on and i am still waiting. One of the reasons for raising concern included examples of bets being referred. Placed £5 @ 6/4 and bet was referred to trader?! Clearly have no time for service and respect for customers. Edit: I have received an email from a supervisor still sticking to the fact I didn’t follow the terms and conditions of the welcome offer (I Did) and that there’s nothing basically they can do about my disatisfaction with all I have mentioned. I will update with any further developments…I find the website great but the customer service is appalling, if you contact them on live chat they just want to wrap it up as quick as possible with copy and paste answers. Promotions are terrible for valued customers, actually they’re non existent. If they actually put effort into their customer satisfaction they would be one of the biggest in the industry, shame because everything else is good. Was never given my welcome free bets either due to using a “prepaid card” even though it’s a debit card and bank account but apparently they can’t help it as it comes through as a prepaid card even though it’s a MasterCard debit,I’ve even had bank transfer withdrawal from them so it makes no sense. I don’t feel valued at all and I love and frequently use them daily it’s a real shame.

So I used to vouch for these being a good site when I won £2500 off slots nearly 2 years ago they paid it out but a couple days later I had a phone call off them asking a series of questions, since the call they stopped paying out and even when I get 2 scatters you clearly see the reels stop quicker with the 3rd scatter coming half way then bouncing off screen! Clearly they have stopped my account from winning anything worth winning since the big win but I still fall for it! It’s got to the point where I’m now only £70 up on life time net deposits so after winning the 2.5k they have took £2430 back off me! They will ignore messages and will probably come out with false reply to this message aswell! I’ve got screen recordings of the games with the reels being forced to stop can clearly see it happen as it don’t do it any other time just when about to get close to winning! I’ve found other well known sites/shops to pay out a hell of a lot better with not recieving dodgy phone calls to then be stopped from winning anything worth winning! Illegal tactics employed by Boylesports, which I will be making an official complaint about to the Gambling Commission. They offered a sign up offer to win €30 worth of free bets. Once my initial qualifying bet had settled, they restricted me from placing any bets with them. My free bets, which I had qualified for prior to any restrictions, therefore cannot be used. According to the Gambling Commission, this is illegal. Copied below from the Gambling Commission website:”Do not enforce (or seek to enforce) any Account Restriction against a consumer who has, prior to such Account Restriction being notified to them, made one or more qualifying bets in respect of a Free Bet Promotion, where enforcing such an Account Restriction would:a. affect the consumer’s ability: to receive any of the free bets, or the full expected value of any of the free bets, from that Free Bet Promotion, having placed all the necessary qualifying bets to receive any of the free bets, or the full value of any of the free bets, to which they would be entitled upon placing the remaining qualifying bets required by that Free Bet Promotion to complete any Wagering Requirements associated with that Free Bet Promotion.b. materially affect the consumer’s ability to complete the qualifying bets required by that Free Bet Promotion.”

Was told in livechat that I will not be receiving my free bets due to a “shared IP address” despite this being physically impossible where I am based. Clearly the signup offer is a complete scam and the company will not pay your free bets despite qualifying for them.

A vague reason for withholding a free bet. The support email states that my “IP address has been flagged for shared use on our system”. I have no idea what that means.It’s a strange way to start a customer relationship, by immediately disappointing the customer.Why go to the trouble of setting up a website, investing a ton of money in the business, getting a new customer, and then giving them a reason to leave? What a really odd thing to do.

I joined a couple of days ago. My first issue was that I requested a daily deposit of £10, it ser at £200 and wouldn’t let me change it to £10! I like to gamble but small and safely. I then won 150 and was unable to withdraw as there was a problem connecting to server, however I tested this and it had no problem whatsoever allowing me to deposit. This evening I was playing games that I regularly play on there competitors sites exactly the same game but the game is not even remotely the same the returns are shocking the features don’t appear at all the bonuses well they are imaginary the locked features on the King Kong even bigger bannas 2 well that game was a joke it remained locked for the whole time the game play was glitchy and very erratic not only this but it didn’t unlock the features that enhance the play.In my opinion actually the worst company for gaming with.
