Horrendous behaviour . Mother sends daughter to harass xclient while working at BoyleSports in Duleek. It’s all recorded. Ella verbally abuse me in front of friends and girlfriend while mother listens in on phone while she’s working Behind the Counter in boylesports. I had to call the guards three times on this family, now I’m getting threats from their relatives. Not looking good for boylesports in this community.

The positives of the site are that there’s a wide range of games and the deposit process is simple. The issues start when it comes to withdrawing money. I made my first withdrawal and the site showed that this would be processed within 3-12 hours. Once this time passed, I was told it had been sent to the Relevant Department due to it being a reasonably large amount (£2000). Checking later, I saw the transaction was crossed out as ‘cancelled’. I contacted them again and spoke to someone called Mairead who was most unhelpful. I was given no advice whatsoever. All I have been told is that it’s with a different department. They are not willing to tell me if I need to upload any documents or anything, which I’d be happy to do. They have said I can’t have any contact details for the department and have also said they can’t ask the department to contact me either. I’ve been given no advice as to what happens next and when I’ve asked for an idea of how long it will take to be sorted out, they’ve also said they can’t give me any timescale.So now I have no clue what is happening and I’m not allowed to discuss this matter with anyone.To reiterate, I’d be happy to supply any documents or information they request but right now they’re refusing to discuss anything with me.This is incredibly unnerving given they’ve been very happy to take money from me but once it comes to paying out, they refuse to discuss it.I’d recommend anyone considering using this company do so with caution. I will update my review once I have heard something from them but at this point it seems I’ll have to pursue the matter to get them to release my funds.

The odds are not bad and the app is reasonably good but I would avoid at all costs as they do not reward there customers anything. I literally bet thousands with BoyleSports and have never received so much as a £1 bonus off them.

Shared IP address scam to trick you into depositing for free bets and then they deny you access to them on the basis that your ip address has been registered/used by other accounts. This is just standard procedure when using data roaming on any phone network.

I signed up with the BoyleSports mobile app. I made the £10 bet. I didn’t receive the £20 free bets after my initial £10 settled after I waited 1-2 hours. I contacted customer service, and they said I was IP sharing?? I’m the only one on my IP as I use mobile data with a password on it, and I dont use a VPN. I just made this account today with them aswell. I followed the guidelines and rules correctly for the sign up offer, and my IP is not shared…I’ve seen many other reviews online after I checked just now, of others having the same issue. It’s a scam from BoyleSport.

Signed up for a bonus of bet £10, get £30 I free bets and £10 casino bonus and they only gave £20 in free bets, stating I only signed up for regular bonus when I clearly used the link via the promotion I seen which is the main reason I signed up in the first place, spoke to them in live chat and they are persistent that I signed up for regular bonus even though I screenshot the bonus before signed up as you always have to have evidence these days on what you do, I know how I signed up and I’m not stupid, when it comes to how I’ve signed up and for what I’ve signed up for, anyway they didn’t give me the bonus what I originally signed up for and to advertise that you get £30 in free bets and £10 casino bonus when you clearly don’t, is very bad and deceiving and if anyone sees this offer, do not be fooled like me, absolute disgrace of a betting site and also the customer service is appalling. Even with evidence they still, did not give me my entitlement, I would avoid at all costs if you see this bonus as it will not be fulfilled.

Offer welcome bonus but they won’t pay it – said I should have checked in with the support team to check I was eligible as per their T&C’s – legally they are in the right but they know what they are doing let’s be honest…Apparently I signed up from a shared IP (my mobile phone in a public area) when no one in my house or myself has used Boyle Sports before so I don’t qualify despite being a genuine new customer.

Avoid massive scam. I signed up and bet £10 on a horse which I was required to do to qualify for the free bets. When bet was settled I was waiting for my free bets which did not come. When I spoke to customer support they said I didnt qualify because my internet connection was used before to sign up which is a complete and total lie. No help from customer support, they just our system has detected shared internet and thats final and is there anything else we can help you with today. So I withdrew the £20 I had left in the account and after a few days £16.39 was credited into my bank account

Had an interview for this company recently. Job didnt match what I applied for and the woman who interviewed me was late. Also had a tracksuit on I appreciate she was working from home but make an effort. She struggled with the video call cutting me off at 1 point and generally seemed very poor at the role she had.

HUGH GDPR breach…the staff in Duleek office told me who was winning and how much. They even told me that Mr.Shane Condra was on the betting machines in the corner for four hours and had to be asked to leave when closing. None of my business. They told me my partner had won money earlier when we both walked in the shop together. They told me when little peter won…who gives the staff a 50 each time he wins. Nicola even commented on i hope peter wins before Christmas i need to get my nails done. Truly unbelievable! Is there not a single decent company out there? Not a single trustworthy one? I joined Boyle, and my goodness, each company I join turns out worse than the last. Read about my experience. I signed up, and they didn’t even set a limit, so I could play as much as I wanted. The moment I slightly got into a positive balance in Net Loss, they automatically set a limit of £1,000 per month. I didn’t mind; I play for fun anyway. Then they asked for documents, which I provided. Later, they requested a tax document, and I asked why I should share such private details. I told them to request something else. Meanwhile, every single game—literally every game—suddenly flipped 180 degrees, and every spin started losing. You wouldn’t believe it, it’s beyond ridiculous. On top of that, every 30-40 spins, the screen would freeze with “Error 212” codes popping up constantly. Then, I noticed they reduced my account deposit limit to just £1. I requested a detailed game report. They said they’d send it within 30 days. Today is the 32nd day, and I still haven’t received it. I contacted a live chat agent, who for some reason talked about everything except the report. Finally, after explaining my request for spin details seven times, they promised to send it. Guess what report arrived after 1.5 hours? A report of my football bets! I can’t wrap my head around how these companies operate or how they’re allowed to continue just because they pay taxes. Signed up for their new customer offer, bet £10 on evens or higher odds and you get £30 free bets and a £10 casino bonus. They gave me £20 in free bets and that was it. When I spoke to customer service they said that I had to message customer service and ask for the offer as it was a selected offer however none of this was in the small print on the offer. I have a screenshot of the offer and exactly what they’ve said to me. I’d recommend avoiding this site I’ve been a customer for less than 24 hours and I’ve already been conned by them

I’ve always loved boyles sports – they’ve always been really quick and efficient with withdrawals in the past and I had nothing but amazing things to say about the company until today.. been waiting for my withdrawal which seems to be being held back for no reason. It’s gone over the timeframe stated on the website and I feel really disappointed in my experience this time round. Will change stars and update this post if this problem gets sorted efficiently 🤞🏼

I’ve Never used the site before and when I signed up with my name, mob no and email address there was no indication that I’ve made an account before. Read the terms and conditions and was confident I was eligible for the free bets.Turns out my free bets were not credited so spoke to staff over live chat. Apparently my IP address is shared by another account user? So I didnt get the free bets. So I asked for proof of this… they were unable to provide proof? Surprise surprise. The system picked it up, computer says no and that’s the end of it. I literally have just read a review by Andy and have experienced the same thing. Literally word for word! I got on to the chat after they told me this and it was quickly closed by the operator. I received an email and in app notification this morning to complete a survey for £5. Personally, I stopper using boylesports for a while as their customer service is poor and very robotic.Today, I spoke with live chat as the free bet was not credited. To my delight the agent “Mairead” had no clue about the survey or free bet even though they emailed me and sent me an inapp notification. I was on chat for over 20 minutes. Little to no support and robotic responses. I guess we will never know what happened to the free bet. Poor company.

Boyles confirmed in writing I was eligible for their welcome offer and then said I couldn’t have it. They claimed someone with a similar IP address had received one. I know that’s not the case. Boyles bookies in Dromore can be a hostile shop, the lady staff are polite and very helpful but a couple of the male staff can be ignorant and slam your docket on the counter and grunt, very unfriendly and creates an unhealthy atmosphere, will travel to Banbridge instead.

I made an account and bet a tenner after seeing the sign up promotion on their website (bet £10 and get £20 in free bets). After the bet was settled, no free bets were paid out and after speaking to them through their live chat, they’re now saying I’m ineligible. First it was because I supposedly used a shared affiliate link (which I didn’t), then it later changed to being due to using an IP address that was used by someone else previously for the same promo, which is impossible as I live alone and am the only one who uses my WiFi. Besides, if this were a legitimate reason (which as I said, it’s not possible) they’ll have seen my IP address when going to their website and whilst signing up, so they were all too happy to show me the offer banner and take my money, but whilst knowing full well they were never going to pay out the whole time. Ultimately, they refused to budge and said the free bet won’t trigger and it wasn’t something they could manually add (which I find hard to believe). Lo and behold, I see this same lie about shared IP addresses as a reason for them not to honour their side of the offer being repeated by many people on here and other review sites. I wish I’d seen them before signing up. Feels like one big scam to me and I recommend avoiding them if they’re this blatantly unscrupulous.

I have recently been using BoyleSports as a betting alternative to Bet365 and so far, have had a positive experience. Great odds, promotions etc.For 5 stars, I do think the website and user interface could do with an improvement as website looks a bit bland and it’s sometimes awkward to navigate.
