I signed up and made a 10 pound bet. After the bet I was told that ‘your IP is different from the one you signed up with, so we’re not giving you any free bets’. I don’t even know where to begin. I have ONE PHONE and ONE NETWORK – it’s always the same! There is no ‘other IP address’ and no, no one else has logged into my account on a different device. Therefore the statement is ridiculous. I was basically told to jog on and that they wouldn’t clarify anything with me. Very, very shady. Based on the reviews a lot of people have had similar issues and a lot of problems with the company.

Same here . Made a deposit of £10 and placed a bet . No welcome bonus . Contacted customer care and was told THAT as I used PayPal I didn’t qualify for the sign up bonus . Total scam . Used many online bookies over the years but these guys are just sneaky . not made clear during deposit at all . All other bookies use PayPal, but not these jokers . AVOID BOYLE SPORTS .

Well I can safely say this is by far the poorest casino I have ever played RTP there isn’t any lol seriously I’ve stuck with and made a few deposits after my first review to see if it got any better but no every deposit not a single thing in return the deposit goes in mins there is no game play there is no give and take its not enjoyable it just takes shocked at how bad it is

I was restricted after about 3 bets, which isn’t great, but isn’t the issue at hand. When I tried to withdraw my money, they requested a litany of documents, including bank statements and ID as they had to do ‘enhanced verification checks’. Given the amount I was trying to withdraw wasn’t enormous, I can’t really see a reason as to why I’d be suspected of money laundering, and I’d provided two types of ID (one of which is my literal passport) upon creation of the account. Again, this is annoying, and absolutely according to the gambling commission, should be done at the ‘first available opportunity’ – this is upon *depositing*, not at time of *withdrawal*. The real issues started here. They wanted photocopies of all cards. I couldn’t provide photocopies of certain cards, as they were either expired, so I’d thrown the physical copy out (apple pay allows you to still use expired cards), or digital cards (some Australian banks issue cards that you can use in apple pay and to buy things online, but that don’t have a physical copy). I explained all of this to the customer service attendants, but they still refused to accept the fact that I couldn’t provide a card. Finally, they told me to send in bank statements. I think it’s an enormous invasion of privacy, but reluctantly did so as otherwise they’d keep the money (convenient, isn’t it!). The CSAs said that the statement didn’t show transactions involving Boylesports. I don’t know whether they’re illiterate, dumb, or a combination of both, but the statement DID show the transactions, as I verified it myself TWICE. I informed them of this, and then I got another email saying that they weren’t there. I then sent an email back showing them EXACTLY where they were. THREE separate people either refused to look, or looked and couldn’t find them. Have they never heard of the ctrl +f function?I haven’t received an email back yet, but this is the most disgraceful organisation I’ve ever come across. The CSAs are incompetent, passive aggressive and have infuriated me to no end. I cannot believe it’s several weeks to get to this point and they’re still acting dumb. Half of them should be fired. DO NOT deposit money into boylesports – it’s simply not worth the effort.

BEWARE False Advertising!This website refuses to credit free bets. Made the qualifying bet however when it comes time to give free bet they refuse!Live chat is a waste of time give excuse about sharing IP address when this just isn’t true! Apparently using mobile data is not allowed while using this website as this flags your account.Please beware of this scam this is the only website I have encountered with these dreadful t&c’s

I haven’t used them a lot at all.Hardly ever.After a day of placing bets (when I decided to have a go), I received an email. I haven’t actually won anything.The email was as follows.After recent review of your account, we regret to inform you that you will no longer be able to avail of our fon-a-bet service, Horse Racing, Sports or Loyalty promotions and any bonuses outstanding on the account will also be made unavailable.This decision has been made after careful consideration and will not be overturned. So, they don’t want you to use their website, don’t give you any explanations. Very bizzare and unprofessional. No nice promotions too.

I followed all of the steps necessary as a new customer to get a free bet. Didn’t receive it so got in touch and they gave some bizarre excuse about using a shared IP address to place my bet means I won’t get the free bet. Basically I used 4G instead of WiFi and they are using this as an excuse to not give what they advertised. Avoid at all costs, they’ll look for a way out of paying you what they owe

I saw their welcome offer of staking £10 to get £20 free bets and I followed all rules. Deposited with a revolut debit card and fulfilled all terms but they refused to credit the free bet. I contacted their CS and I was told I deposited with a virtual card but that’s a lie. I deposited with a debit card, Revolut’s cards are debit. Very dishonest bookmaker Edit: The card is showing on their platform as a debit card, issuer confirmed it’s a debit card but somehow, it’s a ‘prepaid card’ according to CS

I’m 78 visited a boyles sports betting shop 304 Holbrook lane Coventry . The mangeress Jody Murphy said I can only stake 500 pound s a day or have to show id etc etc . Staked 500 and left . Returned next day placed about 3 bets another lady staff said no more bets . Staked only 200 pounds . Visited relatives near Northampton so was driving near boyles shop Newport Pagnell yesterday . Everytime you are in hope of winning something in an accumulator. It suddenly goes suspended. On several occasions i couldn’t cash out on games that would have made me money or atleast gotten back something from what i bet. It goes suspended. Today, i played an accumulator with 4 bets. 3 successful, last game started, and suddenly “bet suspended” for the whole 90mins. 4th game was successful all the way until last minute equaliser. I would have cashed out but didnt even see the match in the “in play” games for the full 90mins. When i query this, i was told they suspend bet at their will. A scam of a betting app. a Complete disgrace to say the least

For some reason my emails were not received.so they could not respond to my complaint.Some of my comments were based on me thinking that my emails were received although I had no notification of them not being.I have now had communication but my complaint was not upheld as they were only paying 6 places for on line betting only.Why only on line and not in their shops.

Really poor service from Boyle sports, they offered free bets for sign up and then used the excuse that my IP address flagged up so wouldn’t credit the free bets, this is ridiculous as I’ve never had an account with them and neither has my partner who’s thoe only other person at my address and I signed up via mobile. I’m left wondering if it’s because my first bet with them was a winner?

Signed up for opening Offer. Deposited and completed settled betting requirements. No bonuses credited. Contacted and told PayPal didn’t qualify for bonuses even though this is not mentioned in the payment methods not eligible for bonus when you sign up. Disgraceful

Well u sent me an email saying if I spend 10 on a horse or several bets accumulated to a tenner to get a free bet! Wen I had not received it the next day I emailed yourselves and got a response saying I did not qualify! It had to be 1 bet of a tenner! I emailed bak saying that’s not wat it says in your advert u sent me! I got one bak saying I no were your coming fron but your still not getting it! I spat the dummy out n said its a absolute joke! N then I got a free bet! This should never of happened and I do have a few other sites I use! I joined Boylesports because of their Cheltenham new customer offer. However despite meeting their wagering requirements they have made an excuse not to give me my 20 in free bets. The person I spoke to to try and resolve the matter was unopologetic and did not seem to understand my position,repeatedly failing to be inclined to investigate the matter. I feel let down by the company, scammed even, and certainly would not recommend them to any of my gambling community. 0 out of 10.

For 2 months, I cannot withdraw my money!!!! After winning around 10,000 pounds, my account was suspended. For the first 2 weeks, no one contacted me at all. No information about what’s happening and why my account is suspended. They didn’t even ask me for documents for verification. Then they started requesting documents. ID card, Passport, Debit card, bank statement, selfies. I sent them everything. For 2 weeks, I’ve been waiting for a letter with a verification code at my address. They don’t send it at all! Communication with their verification department is non-existent! Deliberately, there is no connection with them, and the only option is to send emails and pray for a response after 1/2 weeks!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I threaten them with IBAS and want them to give me a reference number to start a case, but they simply refuse and tell me that my account is not verified and I only need to verify it. Will stand a decent sized bet usually unlike other more prominent bookmakers. No better online bookie in my opiniuon , at least for horse racing
