The worst bookies of them all!! Stay well clear, fair warning!!!I requested a withdrawal on 1st January. My bank has been closed so I asked for an alternative withdrawal method.These clowns all they do is keep asking for the bank statement and card of the closed account which I no longer have.I offered bank statements for new account but they still ask for old ones and refused to pay out. I even asked them to withdraw to PayPal which I’ve used a number of times on their website still no!! To top it off their live chat customer support are useless and under trained. None of them know what’s going on. They then just tell you that they’re going to restrict your live chat access if you keep contacting them.Firstly, I don’t want to contact you.Secondly, if you don’t provide a solution of course I’m going to contact back.Thirdly, Ren from live chat needs some serious training on how to deal with customer needs.USELESS!!! STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Very good, good promos not won much but had a nice win with the ACCA boost which is good chats seems good. Few negative reviews are from sore losses who shouldn’t be betting if they have a problem. Only negative I would say is the banking, really today should be instant not a few days which is a shame. Has responsibility setting so only bet what I don’t miss

So to cut a long story short Boylesports lost me £6,500 in the space of 24 hours due to a casino game which I never had any real chance of winning anything in the first place. Not once did they ask for any documents or Safer Gambling information when i was depositing £500 each time, until i tried to withdraw the last £5 from my account… Im in the process of disputing these funds with my bank, if your having issues with them its worth a look into, there’s nothing they can do but close your account. In my case it was an unauthorized transaction as they didnt comply with new safer gambling laws. Also will be taking them to court, it costs £500 to claim this money back but they clearly pick and choose when to ask for Safer Gambling information, so this is a violation of the new laws set by the government and the gambling commission. Know your rights people and don’t let these thugs ruin your lives, speak to your bank or use the small claims route. IBAS are not help as they’re funded by the bookies.

Do not use this site……I placed a bet of £10 in order to receive a £20 free bet which never materialised. I contacted customer support and they claimed that my account was flagged as shared IP use so they will not give me my free bet. They are taking money from people and not following through with the free bets so AVOID at all costs.

I lost my debit card. Registered a new one on the account and god forbid, placed a winning bet. They will not pay out unless I provide bank statements, which I am not prepared to do.So effectively, they are stealing money.I do not trust anyone with MY bank statements. Did not expect this, as I have bet with them for a number of years, no issues at all. Turns out that they are no better than thieves.

Absolute frauds, after doing some research I’ve found many others who have had the same problem as I have. Duplicate accounts on my IP address yet I’d never even heard of BoyleSports till their website popped up with a bet £10 get £20 free bet. After many emails they are still refusing to right their wrong! All this because I’ve used my pc to login and then when I had trouble logging in I’ve used my phone to login over 5g. They won’t provide any proof that my IP address has been flagged for duplicate account. They are fraudulently taking peoples money and not honouring the free bets. My advice is to avoid and use a more reputable company.

I believe the games are reset when you get your time reminder. If that is not illegal, it should be. There is no reason whatsoever that a game reset screen should be shown during play but on this site it is and it doesn`t happen every time so that shows they know about it and condone it. This is not a fair site. Before they come back with the RTP excuse? RTP is a scam which is manipulated by the way the game is programmed and RNG is inextricably linked to the RTP so is not a guarantee of fairness.

Thieves and fraudsters. Boylesports are a disgrace to the industry on so many levels it’s sad 😢 how they get away with it. I will update when I have filed my complaints but it very complicated because Boylesports are so disgraceful in their business practices. Terrible. Agree with previous reviews that BoyleSports hide behind a “Shared IP address” excuse to not credit promotions. I live alone, there’s zero chance someone else is registered via my home address and advertising a mobile offer for sign up and then saying IP is flagged as shared shows they just don’t understand (or care!?) how IP addresses work. They also couldn’t provide any kind of ‘proof’ when I asked for it on LiveChat. On principle, I’ve already taken advice from The Gambling Commission as it seems I’m not alone in this – It has happened to MANY people, far too many to be a coincidence. Their take is and always has been that you have to be able to complete any promotions that you are already taking part in prior to restrictions taking place. Looks like a Subject Access Request to get said ‘proof’ of shared IP address (guarantee, it won’t prove anything other than that BoyleSport are playing dirty with promotions) is the way I’ll have to go. Avoid at all costs.

Robbed deposited £200 playing slots at time of bonus had £138 won 57 on bonus balance should now be £195 but not balance went to zero then awarded my win of £57 and made balance £95 so £100 vanished from my account live chat not helpful stay away

We learn we move on. Not here to be hurtful or harmful. Not my nature but I believe an honest experience should be shared for others to not go through or experience for themselves.I placed 3 x (big) bets on the outcome of the Rugby World Cup. On each occasion a phone call came from Ireland asking why I placed a big bet, what I did for a living, my earnings, did I bet with wages or savings etc. Also asked to send in ID. After the 3rd bet (3 days prior to World Cup) as I maxxed out the daily allowance each time. I was informed via phone call my account will be suspended until I send in ID. I followed all instructions. No communication in response. I phoned on 7 times, each time I was told it’s with security. This was done over the phone but also through live chat. Always the same answers. If I didn’t reach out, there was no communication. So much for the welfare of the customer, ironic they say they help with mental health and financial restrictions but they held my money for over 2 months (yes, I know they can by terms and conditions) but what hurts is the lack of communication when my money was taken within seconds. On the 04/01/2024, I spoke with a lovely person, he listened, understood and even said in my case it’s excessive in how I’ve been treated. He assured me he would speak with the relevant colleagues and get a definite answer before I raised a claim with IBAS. Hours past and I believed I was fobbed off again as all the others before. I was wrong, I attempted to withdraw my money, on this occasion it stated – successful! I was ecstatic. But still no communication, no email, call, explanation, nothing! That’s disappointing and unnecessary. With Christmas just gone, I am very fortunate I don’t rely on money I bet with, but others aren’t that lucky. No sympathy or empathy was awarded to me. My reason for this review, is to make people aware that some operators will stop contact, make persons who answer calls, live chat, not tell you what’s on the account and say it’s with security etc. for over 2 months? Then I make effort to call, then it’s resolved within hours it seems! Surely whilst the bet is settled, it should be paid out. Anyways, no hard feelings and we move on as I’ve said previous. But I will learn and never forget. This review may never be read and a large successful operator will continue to make millions at punters expense, but I bet for the love and joy it brings, a true passion. But on this occasion it’s left a sour taste. *Had to give one star, as zero was unavailable but the one star, I give to the call handler! A person who said they would get the answers and delivered, an asset to the company, who deserves a good future for seeing the truth and common sense. To them alone, thank you!

I placed several football accumulators with Boylesports using their acca loyalty, which means that I would receive a free bet if only 1 leg didn’t win. Boylesports happily accepted these bets and took my money, As my bets were progressing, and it looked like I would at least get a few free bets as consolation for my losing accumulators, Boylesports emailed me to advise that I was no longer eligible for promotions and that they would not honour the existing promotions. This is fraud! I simply would not have placed these bets without the reassurance that their Acca Loyalty offered. I am aware that this happens as it happened to a relative of mine. On that occasion, my relative was completely ignored for 2 months and finally decided to go to IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service). Within 24 hours of contacting IBAS, Boylesports emailed to apologise and pretend that it was all one big misunderstanding.I have contacted Boylesports advising them of my relative’s experience and the steps that I will take if Boylesports do not honour my bet. I also stated, very clearly, that I wished to make a formal complaint and speak to a supervisor or manager. Sadly, the Boylesports agent assigned to me (Mary Jane) has taken it upon herself to completely ignore my request. Highly unprofessional! I will be mentioning her, by her full name in my IBAS complaint. I know that I will get the free bets awarded simply by going to IBAS, but why can’t Boylesports just honour the bets that were placed? It’s not too much to ask for.

First of all the good points: Very good on” Money returned on all losers in a certain race as a free bet”. They do this once a week usually ,or it seems fortnight currently. I like the acca boost they have in 3 selections or more,with increasing bonus boost. Now the bad points: The WORST, SLOWEST WEBSITE POSSIBLE. It takes 4 or 5 times longer to do a football bet with them, then Corals or William Hill. Is their Website designed by 5 year olds??? Years and years of this it is a super way to drive Customers to other rival Bookmakers, regularly out of sheer frustration.
