Retail with this company is a joke. Staff totally under trained, cannot translate bets even though there’s virtually nobody in the shops leaving them far from busy. They also open whatever time they like it seems.

I spent £700 + over 24 hours on live casino i admit I made a mistake by not opting into the promotion. But as it’s states stake £50 get £25. I goes on live chat there is nothing they can do not even offered me to add them manually give me a heads up by not opt in you will lose future promotions but no very unhelpfull absolute shambles as I spent 10x the required amount and there’s nothing they can do not even add it!! They telling me to do my stake requirements asking me to deposit further £50 to claim 😡 am left fuming.. I have been on chat and there useless

You settle losing bets immediately, but you take forever to settle winning bets. I had a winning bet that was settled after 24 hours yesterday. I am currently still awaiting 2 bets to be settled for a match that ended 8 hours ago. Those bets are still not settled even though I called Customer Services twice and I was assured that this would be settled. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I think overall this casino is very good. the games run smoothly and they have recently updated their site as to where different sections of the site load properly.Withdrawals are normally very quick i actually don’t think i’ve ever had an issue with withdrawals on this site.So after mentioning the above you may be wondering why the three stars. Well it’s due to the lack of rewards playing here. They’ve also enden comp points a while ago but i wasn’t aware of this.I think the biggest reward i received is £1 😛 which is useless haha.Anyways i would continue to play here but don’t expect rewards for loyalty.

Never received my free bets for newly set up customer offer. Already uploaded my driver licence for verification, but their customer service also asked for my proof of address and front and back copy of my credit card?! I rather give up my free bets than give them all my details. Other online betting sites don’t ask for those. Stay away if you want an easy smooth betting experience.

Placed a small each way bet through oddschecker but it came through as a win only. Queried this through live chat and was told I’d get a response within a day or two. Took over a week and follow up queries led to stock responses without answering the questions I’d asked. Have a couple of open bets, but will stop using them thereafter.

Joined to take advantage of free bets but not credited. I was told my IP address is shared and they cannot be credited. This is certainly not the case as I live alone and joined on my phone/home broadcast. No further help in resolving this. Seems like an excuse to not give away the new customer promotion. Terrible company. My husband had a banner flash up saying he had some free credits and click here which took him to to game. Which he never ever plays the game counted down the credits and then all of a sudden said he had no funds. When questioning this with them they denied they had sent anything and there was no proof on the account. Said there will be no refund. I find this disgusting behaviour
