As stated in my first review. The dishonest action by this company to offer free bet incentives for new customers and then not honour their promise is not the action of a trust worthy company. I closed my account straight away. I see two days later a generic reply was sent to show a modicum of concern to look into my complaint. Strange since I have closed my account?

Falsely claimed that an account had already been created from my IP address, even though I had only just purchased my phone (brand new) so this was impossible. I also had never created an account with them before. They also failed to highlight this at any point and then REFUSED to provide evidence of another account being used from the same IP address. The customer service agents with whom I spoke were very unhelpful and a little rude. I have used dozens of different bookmakers’ apps and never had an issue like this. It is shocking

Joined Boyle Sport today expecting free bets after placing the qualifying bet. Free bets failed to materialise and was told that because I had a shared IP address I did not qualify as per their small print. The thing is how do you know if you have a shared IP address?

Awful!!Signed up using the new customer promotion where you need to deposit and bet £10After this I was supposed to get £30 in free bets. After speaking on Live chat I was told my account was using shared IPs and was now unable to claim the free bets. disgraceful attitude on the live chat with zero explanation.Course it’s a shared/changing IP as I was on 4/5g on my mobile.Disgraceful. The biggest scam ever. After making a deposit and account verification, they tell you that your acvount has been restricted so that you wont be able to withdraw any winnings or use the free bet. Never ever use this site as they wont tell you the reason for restriction rxcept that the Trading department has tesitricted your account. Its a scam.

Shocking company , opened my account Monday evening placed 12 bets in total 7 darts 4 tennis 1 nfl for a loss of £90 , account restricted to zero wednesday morning , asked what is going on said traders decision cant help you .had bet 365 and sky bet for years never an issue , dont waste your time with this lot and they did say feel free to use the casino as you are not restricted on that , there’s a shock !Feel free anyone at boylesports to verify all that and get back to me and have a word with your traders , as whoever is making decisions like that needs to have a look at themselves

Deposited £500, then another £500 and they blocked my account with £360 left. I don’t have a passport or drivers licence but I’ve sent them my identity card, birth certificate and proof of a address which all was declined so now my money is stuck and won’t be realised until I upload a passport or driving licence they said! My ID is good enough on every other site! Dirt!!!

made 2 different bets on the 22nd of sep, won both of them and went to collect my reward the next day. scanned the first ticket and machine said that the docket was paid out. it was the first time me scanning the ticket, how is that possible, and then scanned the second one. i got my voucher from the machine (looks lıke this one is OK). i explained the situation to a customer assistant in the bookmaker. he talked to someone about my first docket and he said that ‘it was paid out already yesterday’. i was at home the whole day. then I handed my reward voucher from the second bet. he talked to someone on the phone and said to me that ‘now this voucher is suspended.’ without a reason. i called customer service on the same day and a guy on the phone said that someone would be calling me next day. no one called… i called them back and asked why i did not get called. they said i was called which i did not.anyway. they said that they checked the CCTV and said that i was the one who collected the money which is impossible, i was at home, watching games. now, they are telling me to send my id and proof of address to their care address. how could you expect me to someone who does not do their job properly? they cannot even track a phone call.

Stay away they are heading like the rest now adding the lower version rtp slots and I swear down when you play the slots you can see a massive difference stay well away you won’t win maybe if you played the older rtp games but nothing in the new games will win you anything it’s crazy and they are starting to add games that suck you in and pay little after a grind. Joke of a company joined via a promotion eager to sign up obviously said £10 for £50 bonus of I went excited to play took me straight to payment option so I topped up nothing on my bonus not a penny played away thought might come went to promotions nothing about the bonus I signed up to said I needed to read small print and rules play certain games and opt in . Who on earth reads small print and goes to promotion and reads rules I signed up on an offer that stated non of the above in that case why take me directly to payment option. First of all the good points..I like the acca boost if you do trebles or more. They give one bet a week, usually on a Saturday, where, if your horse loses you get a free bet upto €10, a great offer. They have improved on their payout times to your account (about time). Now the bad points: They recently upgraded their page..upgraded? Without doubt the WORST, SLOWEST SITE in Ireland or UK. If anything it’s got worse and slower (if that’s possible) since their so called upgrade to their page. It took me 35 minutes to do my lotto bets, it should have took 7 minutes..12 BREAKDOWNS in that time, it either freezes or ” page not found” comes up. A website designed by 5 year olds (sorry that’s an insult to 5 year olds). Get the message: If punters cannot get their bet on THEY GO ELSEWHERE. No problems on William Hill or Corals in getting your bets on speedily. I am a long time customer, this site has been like this for years, no amount of revamp and new look page makes it go any quicker IT IS WORSE. If you cannot provide a efficient website, close it down completely and do your punters a favour.

I signed up through a link through odds checker and placed a bet according to their terms and conditions to get a free bet and casino bonus. However they did not credit me with a free bet or the casino bonus and stated i used a shared ip address. i used my own mobile and data. It seems im not the only person affected by this reading the reviews here. This means im not going to use them as someone else walking in my area near my street who has a boyelsports account could be used as am excuse to not give what is being offered because of mobile data. i would not use these people and will instaed go back yo bet365 here is a message i receieved off them “ Ma. If you want a bookmaker that offers support and rewards loyalty. Than steer clear of Boylesports. Over the past 2 years promotions are being removed and now also being reduced. They are miles behind other bookmakers where promotions are concerned. Example. I’m a customer I’d say about 15 years give or take. I received a promotion which has now been reduced by 75 percent. Was awarded 20 spins now been reduced to 5. When queried as to why it would be reduced I was just told it was a company decision they keep behind closed doors. I was than told it effects everyone which is false and they than admitted. Well we don’t know why you where affected. This is the treatment of a customer over 10 years. Who deposits 5 days out of 7 a week. Paddy for example. Offer far better value, promotions, they reward loyalty etc. I’ve used them regularly for a long time. Again promotions are slowly being removed There’s one money back race weekly and bar the odd month that’s it. There other promotions are generally market wide and available woth other bookies as standard.They also void bet builders entirely if a player doesn’t start. Others just void The selection which is common sense.They’re agents do there best but if management treat customers this way I can only imagine how they treat the support staff.Also don’t contact me to remove the review as you did previously. Accounts closed and a notes been added not to be reactivated.

My bet, placed at 13/8 odds (which met the terms), was settled, but I received no free bets. When I contacted live chat, I was told I wasn’t eligible because I used a shared IP. This is complete nonsense—no one else in my household has an account, and mobile IPs are dynamic!Terrible service and deceitful practices. I deposited and placed my bet in good faith, based on their offer, and this is the result.I’ve filed a complaint with IBAS and have an open case.
