Every week (third time in a row now) I have 20 free spin on any Jackpot King games. Always opted in but I never not been able to play. ((Funny thing is that depositing is never a problem)). Poor customer service too. So unprofessional. 1star like every gamble sites around.

I used the account for about a week, I got one best odds guaranteed win and another 20£ free bet. I started with 200£ and managed to win about 300£ more in horse racing, coming from a 17-1 horse. I cannot place any bets now and the chat agent informs me the following “Our Trading Department has a number of factors to consider when accepting a requested bet and in some instances may reject a requested bet. As anindustry-standard, we reserve the right to refuse all or part of any bet requested. As the final decision would always lie with our Traders, it is unlikely that you will be able to place any further bets with us online. We are unable to appeal a decision to restrict an account made by the Trading department.” I think they only want to keep customers who don’t win money.

Absolutely disgusted, was told I would get a £20 free bet on signing up and depositing money. Even though I followed all the rules they came out with the excuse that my IP address was shared. Which is absolute rubbish as I had never heard of boylesports before, I live with one other person who wouldn’t know how to online bet. We have been at the address for nearly 10 years. Therefore they are complete liars. Do not trust them. Glad I only bet a small amount as I dread to think how many people they have screwed over

Use boylesports for many years the website is pretty crap, but they do have an excellent telephone service where you can ring up and there’s any mistake. It’s all on tape the old fashion way via customer services in the Philippines when you get through to them they’re very confused. I don’t think they know how many legs a horse has, but as an overall company compared to others I’d say it’s pretty great and as I said to staff you get to speak to the same people and you build up a bit of a rapport.

Decent bookie, some offers only available in shop, i have no shop near me for 100s of miles! Website can be a bit jumpy and odds can change and not update anything corresponding in the bet slip. Had no serious issues with these guys, would recommend.

I see all these bad reviews and I started to worry as I wasn’t able to withdraw but then spoke to ‘van’ in live chat and sent him my documents. He resolved my issue in less than 20 minutes and was then able to withdraw! Obviously I’ll update when I recieve the money but definitely its my new favourite casino!

Well, any query small or big it’s so easy to communicate with the Boyle sport team. Very helpful staff that want to help and generous on houses. When I win too I never get any problems such as limiting me to any betting restrictions or blocking my account unlike other book makers

Watched my horse win and commentator screaming it’s name as it won, Palermo Argentina, screenshotted the win on both quick results and full race results pages yet when the bet settled it had changed from winning to third place and loss. Called customer service but got no where , asked to email the screenshot of my win proof. As if boylesposrts somehow didn’t know what had happened in a live race the onus is on me to send stuff by email etc to prove what I’m sure you already know if you showed the live race you declared results and then didn’t pay out and offered no explanation Very poor and no UK based call centre. Never seen so many 1star reviews 38% wow .Also had a forecast I won but showed lost and I had to clarify to be paid out. Very poor customer service, slow app slow page flick time, just the worst. Avoid

Lots of small print etc regarding free bets. Occasions don’t receive them. Then when did them meeting was abandoned due to weather and free bets were lost because of non runners as well ?

Poorest slot games anywhere,Hundreds after hundreds of spins paying nothing above stake, bonus rounds free spins etc are so far apart they are not worth playing for, and that is what people play the games for. How a RNG can randomly only generate losing spins, hundreds at a time and omit feature bonus spins is a mystery.The returns are not only bad they are quite scary as in how much they can take before paying anything back to the player.thousands spent here but no more.There are far better sites.

Soo many bad reviews, I’ve been using them a while ago. I won some, lost some but still i can’t say nothing bad about them. Yesterday i logged in and received 10 Free Spins on 10p bet, won £100 quid with a bonus (about 35 free spnins). Requested a withdrawal yesterday at 3pm and it was processed in 24 hours. Now waiting on the money to reach my account. Will update how long did it take.

I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews on here. I’ve been using Boylesports for many years and never had any issues with deposits or withdrawals , I’m not a fan of the slot section but football and rugby are top notch. I’m a genuine pundit and rate them a 5/5 .

Terrible. Had a problem with a payout on slingo golden envelopes.So went on live chat ,chatting with ANGELexplained that the game didn’t payout proper amount of £30 +£13.20 =£43.20.received£30+£2.80 =£32.80p.Shortfall of £10.40p.I know it is only a small amount I am owed but it’s the principal .After 1 hour chatting agent said she would send my query to the gaming department to review my game play.It is now over 48 hours since email was sent , and I have not heard anything from boylesports at all.Very disappointed and annoyed about this, considering my last review of boylesports I gave 5stars.Would someone from boylesports respond to my query ASAP.

Shocking customer service and discrimination against the disabled. I have an issue with them which is restricting my account and they insist i speak with them on the phone time and time again after being informed time and time again my disability makes a phone call impossible.

After spending a fair amount on the bingo part of this site and slots.I’ve come to realise there is only two unlinked rooms one you have to deposit and spend to get in. With the usual roomies by the looks of it. Been with them a while now while I know gambling is gambling ya win some and ya lose some. What can I say? If I could give less than 1 star, I would give a 0. I registered with them 2 days ago. Literally did 2 bets £10-£50 each, won 1 of them, withdrew £80, £94 left on my bet account and ever since I can not bet even one single pound. Just imagine. Customer service replayed on it saying “it is trading decision”. They restricted my account after 2 days just because I did a little profit. Just SCAMERS, nothing different then that. Would strongly recommend AVOID them.

I tried to make a withdrawal on the evening of 28/2/23 at 9pm.Other companies process a withdrawal immediately but Boylesports started my withdrawal the following day.My card expired at midnight of the 28/2/23 so the withdrawal was rejected by my bank.I immediately provided my new card details,however I had 3 days of jumping through hoops and numerous calls before I finally got my money.I had to provide front and back copies of my expired card,then I had to provide front and back copies of my new card,then they still would not process my withdrawel unless I provided a letter of destruction from my bank in respect of my old card (I had no idea what this was)or I could provide a letter from my bank confirming my new card is my new card(who keeps the letter they get with their new card?).It came across like they were making my withdrawal as difficult as possible in hope that I just give up.Finally a call/complaint to HQ cus service got my withdrawal processed 3days later but I have zero confidence in placing another bet with this company.My experience of their withdrawal process/customer service was shocking.

a 1 star rating seems to high for boyle sports. Customer service is terrible. Security don’t read emails they expect you to show them like a child very unprofessional. they want you to send personal details through a email which is bad.

Went into boylesports and only one member off staff on so stuck in que behind two punters one of which was placing multiple bets so couldn’t get on, the £20 bet would of returned £270! Went to betfred three staff on!!

Keep it short.I asked to increase my limit – they declined and said I need to send my bank statements (intrusion of privacy much?) – I declined and said I’d keep my limit.Then they close my account and now say they demand bank statements despite using them for around 3 years with having the exact same limit.Customer service is about as good as a chocolate fire guard – all rude.I want my account reopened but emails seem to get ignored – social media posts have been made and referral to gambling commission gone through.

The scummiest thing about BoyleSports is that they allow you to deposit money and play without verifying your identity, but force you to verify when you want to withdraw. I’m sure that’s listed in the terms and conditions somewhere, but they know that people won’t read the terms and conditions.Their moronic business model is to take money from you and force you to jump through hoops to get any money back, hoping that you will give up and leave your money in the account. Try to withdraw money from them and they’ll ask for tons of documents, make you humiliate yourself by taking selfies of yourself with your ID, constantly tell you that the documents and pictures are unclear even if they’re perfectly legible, making you resend the pictures over and over again. If you do finally manage to get verified, the withdrawal will take ages.I’m just happy that I managed to win some money from them with their free bet offer.

So far so good.Thought I would give Boyle a try and have not been disappointed of yet. It is early days but I hope it stays like this. The app works fine on my Samsung s22, deposited with no problems and withdrawals have been in my bank account couple of hours later. It is early days for me but so far I have not had any problems. If it stays this way I will continue to use Boyle. Fingers crossed i don’t have any issue that other people have had.

It’s a good site but it’s absolutely ridiculous you have to wait so long for a withdrawal, even when fully verified.99% of other companies pay you in 2 hours. Here you have to wait 2-3 days. Very off putting.

Signed up with them 2years ago,used my Irish name Seamus,couple of months ago had to renew my card,they wouldn’t accept my card because the name James was on it, couldn’t explain that Seamus is the Irish name for James,in the end they just closed my account,didn’t seem to even acknowledge my emails stating this

I been with them for a long time, yesterday without the reason and notice they just blocked my account. They blocked withdraw and all money in my account. Excuse “verification” lots of documents sent via email and via live chat. Then after few hours I received email asking for same documents again. Well I sent documents again still no answer whatsoever. Money locked in account over the weekend great stuff. Also time frame is amazing too live chat said up to 24 hours (that time already pass) email says 48 hours. Seems to be more reliable bookies on market this days without excuses and with fastest payout too.Unfortunately after many years with Boyle looks like have to go somewhere else.

Very very very concerned about security and safety of personal documents on this site. After years of playing they have asked me for extra documents and selfies (no a problem )So today I emailed them In an I went to live chat and spoke to two agents who said the email with the documents were received and they had been sent to the review team .A while later I went onto live chat and spoke to a girl called Jamaica She said to me that no documents were ever received for me and she supplied the email to re send them .So basically they lost the photos I sent earlier Were they hacked ??? Are my bank details safe ??? ..I am not a fan of sending selfies etc but I thought I could trust themAfter years of being their customer I am bitterly disappointed with the service I have been given

My wife put some money in to play the casinos, but decided she would rather withdraw the money and not waste it on the slots. She didn’t play one game, but after withdrawing the money Boyles blocked the withdrawal. They now want bank statements, ID, passport photos, driving license ( front and back ) and all sorts of other paperwork, this is all for twenty quid!!! Good site. Withdrawal is easy. And got it with in 24hours.Only issue. I joined with the promotion bet £10 get £20 in free bets.Never seen the free bets and contact them. Was just phobed off by their customer service and told it was passed to the team. Never heard a word back.
