So why do they tell you which race is moneyback 2mo?? Surely it should be announced Saturday or they should train there staff better to know the rules!! Avoid playing slingo starburst.I have complained before about this bloody fixed slot game.I get all the usual jargon back.In one game I staked £35.60,Got the 3 STARBURSTS ON REEL 2/3/4. so I thought here we go I kust get at least £40 or over ,but all I got was £11.00,yes eleven bloody pounds for getting into jackpot game, remembers is a bloody 10p game.I hadn’t played on this game for a few weeks, I thought I try it again, but nothing changes ,lost over £60,I not complaining because I lost, that’s the chance I take, but seriously, I must be unlucky every time I play it.When I play this game on paddypower or Ladbroke, I might lose now and again,but overall sometimes I win £60+,never have such losses playing there.I will not respond to any comments from boylesports ,as they treat you with insults, telling me if I don’t like it play a different game, I have played different games, and sometimes payouts are still appalling. Boylesports with their Boylextra card offer great value too their customers both online and in shop. Their casino is worst ever , if your lucky it loads you won’t win and if you had say a chance of winning it will deliberately scramble. This is massive planned fraud and how they get away with it you wonder? Quite simply they answer too The Gambling Commission whom let’s face it all bookie companies dictate too similar too how OPEC control the price of oil. Their in shop specials on football etc , are awful value and whoever picks them must set out too pick losers for us and winners for them and odds be terrible anyways but if you change there selections you have a chance too win as 90%+ of them are sure too be 1 leg out. Most of the ship workers are very pleasant but when you get too mangers for being your cashier most of them but not all are very condescending and snooty. It is what it is.

They make it extremely difficult to withdraw “your” money from “your” account. 3 emails, 3 sets of photo id’s sent, and STILL waiting….. Happy to accept payment, but trying to withdraw back on the same card, neon impossible. Awful experience. Closing account once i get access back

Been betting in the local shop but the other day had some luck with a few winners for a change, went in today and the they said I can no longer back each way, and can only have singles and cannot take a price. Customer service is very, very poor. Spoke to chat team to resolve a promotion issue, which I’d been assured by a member of their team I had qualified for. Was told it was being passed to the relevant department, and they would email me as soon as resolved. Over a week later and still nothing, despite contacting chat several times, only to be told there was no update and no idea how long it would take.As usual with these types of services – all too quick to take your money – never in a hurry to give anything back! There are certainly better bookie’s available.

What can I say..I won my sports bet on the app but it came up as a loss. so I called up customer service to find out what was going on and the person on the phone gave me a void story of how my bet was a loss. Do not trust this company. It’s almost impossible to win on the casino section or games. On the first deposit you can win max up to 100£. After next deposits you will lose all money. I did deposited more than 1k$ and still get nothing.

Awful customer service, signed up for a mobile offer £10 bet with free £20 sports and £10 casino – only to be told I’d not used that link (Incorrect) and was only eligible for £10. After days of verifying my account to withdraw funds, sending my ID, bank statement and even had to hold a selfie with my ID next to me, Boyle Sports messaged me saying they had closed my account permanently and ‘forfeited’ all my funds. Meaning they have literally stolen £240.00 from me, I have now reported them and had to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution to get my withdrawals. AVOID this company, you will not be happy and their customer service is terrible. Now I have to wait on a dispute decision just to get the basic right of funds withdrawal. Boyle sports is the worse gambling company I have ever dealt with no exaggeration, and I’ve used 30.

if you are a new customer, don’t sign up / deposit via desktop, you won’t receive the best offer! Customer service agent (Terence) was very helpful in explaining the rules, but I think it should spell it our clearer when signing up / first making a deposit.

This company is an absolute joke. No real safety net in place for vulnerable people. Constantly logs you out in the middle of playing. Deposited over a grand in less than 24 hours. No win over a tenner. Kept depositing as was going through a manic episode and they continued to allow me to. Just over £2500 in 7 days. Couldn’t even build my winnings up to £200. At 12.39pm harb in 1.12 at Lingfield has drifted to13/2 but boylesports still 9/2 so I’m closing my account and have bet it at bet365 at the real price 13/2, joke shop masquerading as a bookmakers, all backed horses points shorter and all drifters not pushed out! The horse won but by manipulating prices 5/1″was biggest boylesports offered, please don’t insult my intelligence by emailing me saying you’ll look into it, you know what your doing is wrong but it lines your pockets so you’ll carry on!
