What a scam. Deposited money, they allowed me to bet, after a few hours they block my account because of verification (ID, bank account statement…) and don’t allow me to withdraw my money.

I joined as a new customer today as the company had a promo for 3 free bets.I have now phoned them three times today and they just make excuses. Avoid, they are using misleading promotions to get you to join. Total rip off!

Thieves..Was happily playing along and then my balance dissappeared.. Spoke to chat and apparently my account name isn’t the same as on my bank card…?! What.My account is verified and even has the green tick.Now they want more verification its a joke. And apparently my funds have been withdrawn ?‍♀️ says processing so will probably never see them. Placed a bet in morning and boylesports gave 9/1 odds after placing it I checked oddschecker and it had drifted to 16/1 everywhere. It got backed later in day to 12/1 so best price ain’t really best price when I could of had 16/1 anywhere! Not only do the shorten gambles by extra point they don’t push the prices of drifters either so poor poor bookies when you look at facts

Trust me when I say this stay well clear of this site it’s by far the worse site I’ve ever used. No issues to deposit but getting your withdrawals through is another thing they will show as pending.Live chat will ask you for a bank statement you do this then a day passes still showing as pending then they ask for other verification and tell you itl be with you in 24 hours which it won’t! You speak to another agent who states they need other verification and my account has been fully verified and this is the hassle you get when it comes to withdrawals.Use betting sites like bet365 or paddy power where the withdrawels are instant with no issues.

Boylesport POKERUsual rigged site- no matter what you hold in your card hand it is rigged to beat you on the river. The slowest interface ever, I like betting on corners in play but if a corner is given these instantly suspend the market which is fair enough, but it then takes between 3 to 4 mins for the odds to come back after the corner has been taken which is shocking to say the least, the markets on football drop out without any warning if you are waiting for the price to rise as the game progresses these muppets just remove the bet you are looking at so you can never get a decent price which invariably stops my interest in having a flutter with them. Would absolutely not recommend these on any level, pulling your own teeth out with a matchstick would be easier than trying to do an in-play bet with these.

No reason was given as to why I couldn’t bet on sports anymore. All of the sudden I just wasn’t allowed to bet anymore. No one deleted my account or told me any information regarding the situation. They simply just don’t let me bet without telling me why.

Absolutely appalling. Been a customer for over 10 years and last month asked for verification documents and sent them my driving licence. Since then, I have not been able to place a bet or withdraw my money. Contacted them seven times for an update and I get the same response that they are still dealing with it. Worryingly, these guys have no idea what they’re doing.The ‘security team’ claim that “… in line with our standard security regulations, all withdrawals should be processed back to the source from which they originated” and as a result, won’t payout on a PayPal payment funded from my bank account, and instead want to send it back to a debit card from a different bank !??

Guys this company will rob you if you are vulnerable I won £350 and they was asking for proof of card when I provided that they asked for proof of ID , I do not own government ID as I fled a domestic relationship, I tried explaining to customer service that I auto verified that’s why I picked the site and they can clearly see I am who I am by the proof of the card yet they’ve still blocked my account , I feel absolutely scammed and dishearted such a big company can do this to a genuine good person, I’m contacting relevant organisations to try and help me get the money that is rightfully mine
