Scammer, Avoid, and stay away! been warned, was playing Primal megaways on 20p stake, got a nice hit £56 with kings all the way with multipliers, bonus ended and for some reason money wasn’t added to balance, after emails and chats to customer service , saying the appropriate department will look at it and get back to me, never did. So am out of £56 . 😡

I use the this firm, payouts are usually in my account the next day, layout is abit all over the place, I bet horses mainly and it’s a complete jungle, everything all over place, if they can sharpen that up, keep up clear from all the other crap from around the world it would be better

I've just deleted and uninstalled my Boyle sports app I've been betting for about 3 months now and can confirm it's a scam like the rest avoid at all costs honestly. Played the casinos and vegas slots lol one minute your up to £50-£100 the next you haven't a penny the odds are ridiculous and designed to defeat you after 3 months of spending about £500 i won a grand total of zero lol. Bye bye I'll try another app it can't be any worse than this.

Stay clear of these, I got banned from all promotions because I won a bet at high odds, these bookies don't like winners, only people who lose money all the time, appropriately you cannot take part in promotions because this is some sort of abuse of the system. Apparently because I only bet on promotions, I am banned, that is like Tesco saying because you only buy -buy one, get one free deals, you cannot shop with us anymore. It's crazy and one sided. I will be creating a petition to change this, ban with no real excuse nonsense.

Please never use this betting firm there promotions and rewards especially on virtual are very poor and to top it all after excepting all my thousands of pounds since I joined they just took it upon themselves to close my account due to someone called Alan Clarke randomly emailing me and phoning me with no caller ID asking me for my bank statements and other personal information he said it is procedure I asked why do you not ask me for this information when I opened my account he refused to answer on top of that they owe me a monthly premium bonus if I don’t receive this I will be taking legal action this company is a complete disgrace stay away I will never use BoyleSports again bet Fred or William hill will benefit now from me a very good loyal customer

I have only positive comments when it comes to this review of BoyleSports. Customer service are excellent (that I've experienced).

Just waiting for a withdrawal to be processed. According to BoyleSports my account is verified so let's see if they do in fact pay out!

Crooks. Avoid. Would give zero stars if I could. I opted into one of their promotions and spent £20 for some free spins, they didn't credit the free spins. I spoke to 3 agents who gave me the runaround with 3 different reasons why they hadn't credited them. One even called me a liar, saying I didn't opt in (despite proof). Finally I made an email complaint, they responded that I had to spend another £5 as there were 2 promotions running at the same time. I spent another £5. They didn't credit the free spins for either promotion. When I emailed them back they told me the offers had expired now. These crooks lure you in with promotions that they have no intention of paying out on. They encourage you to gamble which is against Govt guidelines and is why I will raise a complaint with the Gambling Commission.

Would give it zero if I could, I placed a football accumulator on 7 teams of which 6 are up, went into the shop today to see what the cash out option was only to be told that this bet was collected, I asked where was it collected and for how much and she told me it was collected in monaghan for the full amount, obviously it couldn't have been collected for the full amount as there was still 2 games to be played, when I questioned her again she said that head office would not give the information of where it was collected and for how much and that I would need to go to the guards and get them to investigate it. Last time I'll step foot inside any boylesports shop and I'll also be closing my account and I've also spoken with family and friends who have accounts with these THIEVES and they too will be closing their accounts

I would recommend people avoid this company had the usual email saying my access to promotions had been removed which in itself was no problem. Had £50 in my account so logged in to withdraw to find my balance had gone to 0. Looking at the account I found a £50 bet had been placed from my account and lost on a market I would never use. Funny that happens the night before my account is restricted. Customer services blame me for not making sure my account is secure and that they take any bet placed as being made by me. Also refusing to track the IP address of the bet which wasn’t placed by me. Looks very suspect that they took my money before restricting the account and refuse to investigate. Awful customer service and certainly wouldn’t trust them

Don't play there casino machines all they seem to do is take take take.. Dont mind losing but when over the months you put quite a few quid in you would expect a bit back… Stay clear of them. Decent site apart from that.

Joined and deposited money into the account, all fine placed a bet on a 12/1 horse, it won! Suddenly I was told my name wasn’t on my card and the bet had been voided very convenient after a large first win 🙄 …. went into the live chat and was told by two advisors that my name was on the card and it was fine, then got transferred to the supervisor Luke to get it’s sorted as the two other people couldn’t see a problem, came on was very rude no help at all and refused to honour the bet! Shocking customer service to a new customer

Would of gave this site zero stars!
Been a customer now for a few years and they have always have loyalty to me as I deposit at least £500 every month! Since covid 19 I've deposited a few grand and haven't had any free bonus or bet for my loyalty, they reward there customers with loyalty at all, ask live chat and have been asking live chat for the past month everyday if there's a cash bonus for my loyalty but it's always the same answer no cash bonus or free bet, been like this for past few months, live chat are rude! Wouldn't recommend this site at all to anyone! It's actually the worse site and never show loyalty to there loyal customers!

I originally gave these a good review but after a couple of small wins they've told me I can't do any of their promotions. I have 10p in my account and if they're in such dire straits then they can keep it. Plenty of other bookies out there that expect punters to have an occasional win.

Well I've been waiting since Sunday the 19th of July for my withdrawal it's still pending emailed customer care and they said with recent events u can understand there are some delays this is not acceptable customer services cannot do anything this is the second time feel like knocking this on the head after payment as this should be sorted by now quick payment don't listen not a happy customer at moment due to this

Stay away from BoyleSports. Used their bet tracker app, the bet has won and its still saying open. I have been to a shop where they didn't know what to do, they told me to get onot support, and support just told me they can't do anything so go back to a shop, just back from another Boyle sports shop and he said he'd look at it tomorrow. So iv talked to two different people on support, their fb and two shops and still no resolution. Joke, if this was paddy Powers I'd have been paid out and all by now

DO NOT give this company your bank details. I deposited and bet £10 and my history read £85 deposited and bet. They wouldn't even investigate this as their records showed the bet for £85.

First impressions on joining.

The app although all but looks good is painfully slow and takes ages to change page etc.

Also Racing TV Pictures especially on weekends run poorly with the weight of visitors on the site.

(On the normal web runs much faster but can't access Racing TV pictures except from the app?)

Disappointing that there's no bonuses on Lucky 15/31 etc like virtually every other bookmaker.

Opened an account, placed one 40quid bet that I had won, after that I was unable to place any bets. Later on received email "After recent review of your account, we regret to inform you that you will no longer be able to avail of our fon-a-bet service, Horse Racing, Sports or Loyalty promotions and any bonuses outstanding on the account will also be made unavailable" Great.

Had a Similar experience as many others reviewed on this site where the promotion element was remove & the only reason given was that the traders had made that decision.
I've asked them to close the account as there was no reason to use them anymore if the promotions were nolonger available but after 5 times of asking the account is still live & I'm still receiving push notifications for promotions I cant use.
In my opinion this might be a sign that the company could be in financial trouble, there are better betting companies you can use the promotions offered are just a marketing ploy which is quickly removed once they can count you as a customer.
Never had a company refuse a request to vote an account before crazy

Everything is fine until there is a problem and you have to contact customer support. Then you are told that your query will be resolved within 24 hours and that it has been sent to the relevant department. What happens then is another customer agent contacts you and tells you to delete the app and reinstall it. Then the email you numerous times during the week to tell you your issue with being investigated. Then they stop responding and don’t give a clear answer to your question. My query was why was the app taking my money and throwing me out to the lobby before I could complete a game in the casino. They blamed the phone I was using. That never happened me before on any gaming app.
