I placed a bet of £1000. My bet was accepted. After it became obvious that my bet was going to win, they lowered my stake to limit their loses. I spoke to them afterwards, but they didn’t care….Big company, small person. Boyle, you’re a disgrace

Online and shop customer for over 15 years and I closed my account today. Will never bet with Boylesports again. Attempted to withdraw a small amount of funds to my revolut virtual card which I used to deposit in the first place. Boylesports are asking for a signed photo of the card (it’s virtual). Had a number of verification issues down through the years with them and this time I’ve had enough. Also I accidentally over staked on an online bet recently and they wouldn’t cancel the bet or offer me a reduced cash out. Free bets are sporadic and rarely match full amount offered even if you reach the criteria laid out. They have even restricted my account at times for having the audacity to win a bet.Company is basically a giant grift. I’ll never bet with them again. Avoid at all costs.

IGNORE THEIR WITHDRAWAL TIMES, ITS LIES!!!Worst customer service in history, the name of the agent was Crystelle, who under multiple requests refused to put me through to a manager, when my question was my withdrawal processing states under it that it takes up to 12hrs to process, well 20hrs and still processing but apparently I shouldn’t be asking about this and I should allow 3days before contacting them.Awesome, well that’s me done and I’m using this platform to formally request a phone all from a manager and also to file a complaint against Crystelle who didn’t do anything to help and made me queue up to start chat again with another representative for asking for a manager!!!Never again just please send me my money and get a manager to contact me for a talk and a complaint

After trying a few terrible gambling sites, I decided to give BoyleSports a shot. Let me share my experience so you can see what the gambling industry has come to. I registered on BoyleSports, entered all my details, got official approval, and started playing. I made a deposit, and to my shock, I didn’t win a single time—the money disappeared quickly. I deposited again, and the same ridiculous losses occurred. Thinking it might improve, I waited a bit. A day later, I made another deposit, and once again, the money vanished instantly, even though I was betting with small stakes. In all three deposits, I couldn’t even break even, and I’ve been calmly playing within limits for years. Then I made a fourth deposit, thinking they might at least return a bit of what they took—again, it vanished immediately. Right then, I got contacted by their responsible gambling team. By this time, my losses were between £1,500 and £2,000.They emailed, called, and suddenly imposed an automatic limit without any prior notice, email, or SMS! While under the limit, I tried to make another deposit, only to receive a message saying, “Your daily limit has been reached.” But I hadn’t even set a limit! It turns out they’d now imposed a daily limit on me too—again, no message, no notice.This time, they called me and said they’d get back to me. Twenty-four hours later, they reduced my existing £1,000 limit to £1 and asked for documents. Of course, I’ll provide documents, but now they’re asking for my company’s last three months of bank statements! Why would I share such sensitive details with a system I don’t even know? By what right are they asking for this? Do they share their bank details with us, their agreements with gaming companies, or their audit records? This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. It seems they take what they can from you and then push you out of the system—that’s their business model, apparently! Anyone thinking of joining or already playing, read this carefully and stay away from BoyleSports.On top of all this, I read reviews of their actions, and instead of offering solutions, they just respond with comments like, “Don’t play on our platform.” Their attitude speaks volumes!

I would not recommend using Boyle Sports due to an ongoing delay in the release of funds when I requested a withdrawal. Their standard timeframe for the withdrawal of funds is 3 days which is inordinate in this day and age. For comparison withdrawals from my betfair account are immediate. In this current situation, the delay in the release of my own funds has extended to 7 days with ever extending reasons for the delay. I would urge great caution in lodging funds with this company. Used the be a really great site for sports betting but sad to see what they have become, reading people’s sign up offer issues shows that really.Used them for years, always payout fine, odds are decent, offer a variety of markets and some unique ones like 1 goal ahead in football. Also give you stamps every time you place an ACCA and you get a £5 free bet after 5. So it seems like they will treat loyalty well.Out of the blue today they restricted my account from promotions, no reason given, had actually been on an ACCA losing streak, but had got some free bets from ACCA insurance but even they lost.A big fall from grace from a once solid and trustworthy side. Much better bookies and casinos out there who treat their customers with respect and not disdain.

I Made a complaint against them because I asked for the account to be closed for a certain number of months I put it in writing so they would honour this and take it seriously yet account was easily opened and suffered loses.I asked them to refund my losses because the account should have been inactive so I couldn’t use it. I asked them for a refund of all losses from when the account became active again to this point.I also asked them for a refund of all losses on the account because they didn’t ask for bank statements at any stage.I had PTSD yet they made no checks and failed to look after a vulnerable person.This is a huge failing on the requirements set out to them by the gambling commission.Yet this scam company keeps coming up with rubbish like they need documents to verify me when I was already veto from using the account.

I wish I had seen these reviews.I have also fallen victim to this ‘shared IP’ scam. I believe they have deliberately set this up so new customers use their mobiles to sign up, and therefore dynamic IPs. I initially tried to reach out to customer service in good faith but was dismissed immediately. Bizarrely, the adviser refused to send me a copy of the terms and conditions they claimed I had breached, provided no evidence for their claims either, and simply continued to state that they were refusing the free bet because “we detected that a family member, or a friend may have registered using your Internet with your unique IP address”. I live on my own, and signed up via my phone. Eventually the advisor disappeared and I got a “Thanks for your feedback. If you need more help, you can ask another question at any time.” but no questions were answered (despite my asking) and the live chat ceased to function. It’s only £10 but that’s not really the point. A totally dishonest, untrustworthy company. Do not give them your custom.

Signed up for a new account deal ‘bet 10 get 20’ which I qualified for and expected my free bet. The bet never arrived so I contacted CS and they refused to credit the bet as I am apparently on a shared IP address (using mobile data on mobile phone app!) and won’t give me the sign up bonus. CS were quite rude and just repeated the terms and conditions without taking in to account what I was telling them (only person in the house with an account, first time I’ve used BoyleSport, IP isn’t a static IP due to mobile data etc…). This company lies and scams so don’t waste your time and money here, avoid at all costs.

Refused to give me the free bets on a sign up offer as I used a free WiFi service. Apparently this is classed as a breach of terms & conditions. I was then refused multiple times when I asked to speak to a senior advisor or manager to clear this matter up.

disgrace boylesports, a couple of weeks ago I got a message saying I am not aloud sport promotions. I deposit 10 euro every Saturday for the money back race. online chat told me I am restricted but I can still bet on horses. unknown to me I put 10 euro on the money back race 1.15 it’s lost and I didn’t gwt my free bet back. online chat said your restricted from that promotion. well if that’s the case I want my 10 euro back or the free bet of 10 euro and explanation as to why I am exempt from your promotions. your a disgrace of a company and robbing people blind. I would never put 10 euro a horse only the money back race. I have been putting money in every Saturday and I cannot understand it, I shouldn’t of been aloud to make that bet in the first place.

Scam company my partner joined last night as the Black Friday deal stated bet £10 and receive £30 in free bets and a £10 casino bonus well after wasting 30 mins waiting for some clueless admin on live chat she was told all she was entitled to was a £20 free bet and that’s that. Account promptly shut down and after reading these reviews I’m glad she did…. AVOID

On the face of it Boylesport should be a competitive and entertaining bookie. Plenty of great sportsbook markets across a range of sports unfortunately it is almost impossible to get a bet on. Today just the usual ‘We have Automatic Risk Control in Operation’. A ten pound bet on the rugby seriously? If you don’t want people to bet on the market don’t offer it. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve asked the live chat for help. It doesn’t seem to be live anyway. I can’t help you is the stock answer and more importantly I won’t be going looking for the answer for you. If you don’t want my bets just tell me and I’ll go elsewhere. And please don’t bother with the standard contact us and we’ll help. I did contact you and you didn’t help. Just print what is happening on here and people can make their own judgements.

Absolute joke of a company. I signed up through their welcome offer to recieve £30 in free bets. But they denied me the offer due to “a shared IP address” that was flagged. I have never had an account with them nor anyone in my house. I highly suggest you look them up before opening an account. There are tons of other users with this same issue. Wish I had read reviews before signing up about their welcome offer scam. Signed up on mobile with data and welcome offer/ free bet not credited due to shared IP. It’s a common complaint and many others have fallen victim to this scam, just read the other numerous reviews below. It’s not a good sign when companies hide behind dodgy T and C’s to deny customers what is advertised.As mentioned below they don’t understand how IP address work as mobile data users will regularly fall foul of this scam and be denied their free bet.

I had been a boylesports customer for about 20 years and I had never had any issues until I placed a £5 free bet and won £25.00, and I was requested to prove I was over the gambling age.I spent the next 3 weeks uploading document’s Bank statements and address details and In the end wrote off the £25.00 and closed my account.For anyone who wishes to open an account with Boylesports be careful they are a joke of a company and for £25.00 spent 3 weeks uploading different documents which they requested to be told by email they now required furthrer documentation, but are quick to take your money, avoid Boylesports at all cost joke of a betting company

I signed up using the welcome offer which offered £20 free bets when you bet £10. I didn’t receive my free bets so I used the live chat where i was told that I was ineligible for the offer as my ip address was used for another account even though this was my first account with them. They also wouldn’t explain further was this meant and kept repeating the same answer. I feel misled and would strongly advise against singing up with this site.
