There's a fella called Andy on chat who called me a pr*ck for asking him to authorize a withdrawal of £500 that id made on friday. Its only supposed to take 24 for it to automatically send the withdraw to my bank. I can only hope Andys mum gets a terminal illness in 2020

To even up this review I will say that their payment system is good and withdrawals are quick.
HOWEVR, if like me you deposit thousands then this is definitely not the site to play. Their acknowledgement of VIP gamers is ZERO. I will give you my latest experience of this. Thursday I deposited and lost in excess of £4,000. I received ZERO free bonus, cash back, points etc, etc.
I emailed them requesting something. I got a reply stating I could have a bonus of £25 !!!!!
Definitely avoid unless you play small.

I've never had a problem with boylesports I get regular bonuses put into my account aswell best bookmakers I've ever used.
Unfortunately if I knew when to collect on roulette instead of gambling till I've lost it all I'd be 1000s up by now literally.
Thats not boylesports fault so people should stop moaning about it know when to stop and collect and you will win simple.

This company take bets on things they have no idea of when the outcome will be. In the past 3 days I’ve spent 4hours chasing up unsettled bets. The first 3 times it was due to postponements which is fair enough, but don’t think I should have to wait 5hours for the bet to be settled. I then placed an Acca last night games at 7pm all finished by 7.30pm! I’m still waiting on two legs too clear. When I contacted them they have no idea what’s happened or happening with these two legs of the bet. Now I raised this issue at 11am this morning 15.5hours after the bet should have been settled. Now 2hrs on still no resolve. How can you trust a company that are in the dark about their product? Absolutely laughable

Lost 1 on volleyball
Simple placed 4 bets lot most of winnings on volleyball guess what coz I won 3 table tennis bets I was blocked from betting on that sport
So avoid if you win your first few bets on a sport you will be banned from betting on that sport

Terrible customer service – I would NEVER recommend opening an account with Boylesports! Worst experience of my life!
I placed a bet on the horses

The event had not started yet!!
I suddenly realised that it was the wrong selection with PLENTY of time
I messaged to cancel my bet
The horses had not gone into the stalls by this stage!

customer service online chat were very slow and Did everything in their power to NOT cancel my bet!

They took a while to respond and by that time the race had run and meaning they would NOT refund my bet!

I must state the horses were NOT in the stalls they were miles away they went off 8 mins later than expected!

Don’t use them! – I have tried to reason with customer service and they don’t listen! – not crediting my bet back or even offering me anything to stay!

I feel like closing my account for good and opening with a rival company!!!

The company need to upgrade. Need to update their system for KYC we that is in nigeria it takes us if am not mistaken it takes us 8 to 9 years to get a permanent national ID CARD. But for VOTERS CARD is just 4years. If you put voter card for ur kyc it ll enable us in nigerua to partner with you and you ll get more customers. My €11 euros is lock in ur bet i cant make use of it because of kyc. Orther bet accept VOTERS CARD thanks

Loaded your app as advised in store, put money into account, placed a bet to which you took the money, then BLOCKED my account requiring Driving Licence /Passport (provided) and Utility Bill (I don't have in my name), to which my account is now SUSPENDED and when asking for my money to be returned, complete refusal. I understand security in this nature of business. My issue is this information of requirements was not forthcoming when advised of ease of betting. But to then take my money for a bet and not even offer to return my balance is very disappointing. Not transparent at all when offering service. I don't expect to ever see my money again, but anyone reading this, beware of setting up this in "2 minutes" claims. Very poor suspended my account with out telling me then sending me a email saying if I wanted to continue with closing my account answer my name address and security question which I didnt so obviously You would think my account was still open to use but it wasn’t as a result I missed a £140 winning bet I won’t be using Boylesports again after this latest fiasco in my experience they are a very poor amateurish betting firm

Awful site. Where to start I deposit a lot and play slots and poker and I believe the poker is right scam and the slots never pay out and I don’t mean a big win it’s hard enough getting a bonus games never mind a win. I’ve forked our £160 in the last 2 days played on poker on slot and haven’t won anything above £1 on most slots they just literally take a lot of your money! So I had some bad losses a lot of money spent and I’ve asked 2 days now in a row is there anything you can add to my account free poker tokens or a cash bonus for all my losses and loyalty given and get the same answers over and over again there’s lots of promotions. Boylesports have not added a new casino promo for 6 months now and have become the least generous site on the market for rewarding customers. Also the customer service is pathetic you will notice the replies on live chat are all repetitive the reason….. They have used the cheap option and the live chat agents are based in the Phillipines and are given these pre scripted messages by boylesports to reply to customers as they cannot write a sentence in English they are also given English or Irish screen names but are clearly not from either country and if they are their grammar suggests they are 5years old. This is an absolutely awful company nowadays it's a shame used to be a great online bookie.

I visited Ballaghaderreen,Co Roscommon for the first time.
While waiting to place a bet the older female cashier,Karen according to my slip, told the guy next to me,"it is because I have to look at you lot all day." Mmmmh!
Placed the bet,returned ten minutes later to collect my winnings,no courtesy or welcoming just slapped the notes on the counter which made taking your money even sweeter..
I shall not be returning and has taught me to use other firms Ladbrokes is across the road or the internet.
Definitely in need of customer skills training.

I self excluded myself from the casino side of things, but left the poker open, it took Allanah on webchat 15 minutes to tell me that I excluded myself from poker which I knew was not true. After checking on the responsible gambling tab it clearly states that the poker is open, I tried to explain this but they wouldn't have it, even though its their mistake So still unable to log in and play poker here, guess I'll have to play somewhere else now then.

Simply awful.I honestly recommend anyone who enjoys a bet to stay well clear of Boylesports. I've been a customer for 6+ months, losing a fair amount of money.
I suddenly win a small percentage of my losses back, and surprise surprise, my account gets suspended.
It has been 2 weeks now since I won this money, and I am constantly told they are working on my account.
I am unable to speak to the department dealing with my account, and every time I speak to customer services, I am told 'There is no update'.
I have been left with absolutely no money at all for two weeks, and even after seeking advice from the Gambling Commission, who actually informed me that by taking this amount of time, BoyleSports were actually acting against the new legislation, Boylesports have still not changed their stance.

Basically, in short, if you win any money here they will not let you have it, you will be left in the dark for weeks on end, and told there is no time limit for how long they can 'review' your account for, despite the Gambling Commission telling me the limit is 3-5 days.

Awful, don't use unless you don't want to withdraw any winnings.

Would of given this casino no stars if I could!!! There all good on the withdrawal process which can’t fault them!!! But there games are bad I can deposit £100 and there games just don’t play at all. You can get a bonus and think whey until the bonus doesn’t give anything like most games on the site. The games are fixed to pay out I’ve never played on slots like I have done on this site. I just seem to deposit and doesn’t matter what game I choose I always end up not winning. Stay away from this site wind are impossible

A large sum of money was won by my partner and now they are refusing to pay out. Account closed and "under investigation" will be pursuing this further and going through appropriate channels, unrelenting until the winnings are received or the company goes under due to the scandal created by exposing them for praying on people and ripping them off. Luckily screen shots were taken of every transaction, including the legitimate winnings and so closing the account has not covered up anything. All the evidence of the legitimate win exists and will be used to fight this.

Can't fault. Mainly love there slots, as can usually get lucky, which I can't really say about many others. Also bet on horses occasionally, though don't really know what I'm doing, so one put a £1 on one of there top bets. Horse with 101 Dec odds. Won just over £100. In my account within ten mins. Also bank transfers usually only take 6 hours roughly.

Had one good win on horses and first they denied me bog then they closed my account. All they tell me its under investigation and wont give me my money, best part of £700. Its been 2 months now and no response. Crooks.
