This online betting company is one of the worst stay away from them there promotions and free bet offers are a joke you can spend thousands of pounds weekly and not even get a £10 free bet in my experience other online betting companies such as bet Fred are so much better and know how to treat and reward there good customers

Returned my money as I'd placed a bet incorrectly, without even contacting them. Very few bookmakers would do this today, showing integrity.

have to say .. watch the e/w betting promotions .its a scam they pick a race with 14 runners and offer 4 places . so if 1 horse doesn't run they only pay 3 places. you must read terms for each bet because it changes.
example…. my horse finnished 4 of 15 runners but was not paid as only 11 finnished 3 pulled up 1 fell and 1 non-runner=16 entered = no pay on 4th horse home.
all I'm saying is read the terms everytime because they change the terms on every offer

Conflicting infomation given to me from support when i contacted them about not getting the advertised Welcome Bonus. This left me without any sort of welcome bonus at all. Support told me a LIE and said the bonus in question was Ireland only but in the terms it states otherwise (UK & Ireland). Apart from the lies I really liked the site and seemed to win frequently although never cashed out winnings. If you are thinking of joining this site ask yourself this "If I cant trust what im told by their customer support team how can I trust the company to play with them?

I like the app very much but I think when you take a price on a horse especially in luckey 15 when the horse goes out in price yo should show you are paying the bigger price by crossing out the taken price and show you are paying the bigger price but overall everything is perfect just that little thing would make it excellent thank you Cyril

Performance is very good; I’ve never experienced any lag in betting or casino. However in sports betting I feel the UI could be better. I often have to search really deep to find the competition or match or special I want to be on.

Have been a member for 6 years this used to be a great site but can honestly say now it is one of the worst on the market. NEVER reward loyalty anymore they just say you have nothing available when you ask about a goodwill gesture because the god awful casino promos they have pay absolutely nothing. The live chat team are awful just give the same automated responses and if they do try and write a personal response the grammar is terrible there excuse for not giving a bonus is the same every time… bonuses are system generated well I can assure you I have very high activity and the system has generated NOTHING for me. Stay away from this site and BoyleSports stop kidding yourselves and us that you actually give a damn about our loyalty, even BoyleSports responses to these reviews are automated they are truly awful!!!

Every bet I have done has pretty much been suspended from cashing out after about 15 minutes. Seems a bit pointless to have a cash out option if it’s never available to use. Seems a bit shady to be honest.

Bet tracker app is one big joke… today few games bet for 31 euro settled before halftime cash out for 120 euro every time try to cash out was offer expired… call infoline told me to go to the shop at 21:00 oclock…. some joke never yse them again

No loyalty shown at all from this casino! I must of spent £100s in deposits and had no luck at all. I asked to see if there was a casino bonus and I’ve been ASKING now for 2 months every single day I’ve asked to see if there’s any free bets or bonuses and for the last 2/3 months I haven’t been rewarded anything! This site doesn’t show loyalty at all. Live chat are useless same answers every single day! I don’t expect a bonus every month but when I haven’t had one for 3 months now and I’ve deposited over £500 ok this site than yes it’s disgusting as a casino who always says they reward there customers for there loyalty! AVOID AVOID AVOID, cheap nasty company with customer services to match, they will avoid paying you out whenever they get chance, chat service is pathetic and customer services phone operatives haven’t got a clue 0800 number but directed overseas, they will try to make use of every loophole available to avoid paying you, DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS that will follow this to try an push it down the list, and please don’t bother replying to me suggesting I contact customer care, instead concentrate on treating your customers with honesty & integrity.

I’m giving this casino 2 stars as ive been playing and depositing for the past 2 months. I’ve spent nearly £500 on last month which I’m happy to do so but what is not fair is, when spending that much and being loyal to a company and you can’t give a free bonus free spins. It’s been 2/3 months playing and depositing and not had any free spins or any casino bonus. This casino has no loyalty to there customers, when ever you ask online chat if there’s any free spins or casino bonus it’s always the same automated answer, no sorry there isn’t one. Beware boylesports are way down the bookmakers recommended sites for a reason,i opened an account with them deposited a large sum and before i made a bet they blocked my account now they are denying i ever made a deposit even though i have proof from my bank, this is fraud and im currently taking legal steps to recover my money, waste of time using online chat because your only talking to the puppets not the puppeteer

Firstly the website is just awful…. like it was built in the 90s.

But more importantly. if you start winning any money with them or go on a good run, they will just restrict your account and stop you placing any bets with them.

I only bet tiny amounts and only on horse racing, but I went on a really good run with them and was up about £150 over a couple of weeks. Then suddenly i get a message saying that their trading team has decided to limit my access to certain markets.

Now I can't bet on any horse racing at all, not even £1.

The fact is they only want you as a customer while you're losing money with them. As soon as you win any money they'll restrict your account and stop you from playing.

Stay well clear, a total and utter scam

Have to be the worst online bookmakers especially for football bets, when I bring up the cash out for any football bet there's always one game suspended leaving you with no chance of cashing out, then when I check Paddy power or bet 365 they have the betting for that game that's suspended, how is a punter meant to win with that carry on, total bunch of con merchants at boylesports

Started playing bingo (I was bored) I am either the unluckiest person on the planet or there are a number of players that are extremely lucky same names over and over again.I played using the €30 promotion not even a sniff of a win,by the time I played the money down I was more bored than I was before hand.reality hits home that there is not a snowballs chance in hell you will win anything. Definitely would not encourage me to play bingo again.I would however do my lotto here in future
