Absolute joke..£450 and only got bonus feature twice and hardly paid anything. Avoid at all cost. I get that gambling is always a risk but the games are clearly not fair may has well hand over your money and not bother playing because that’s pretty much what you’re doing when playing on this site.

Joke of a company joined via a promotion eager to sign up obviously said £10 for £50 bonus of I went excited to play took me straight to payment option so I topped up nothing on my bonus not a penny played away thought might come went to promotions nothing about the bonus I signed up to said I needed to read small print and rules play certain games and opt in . Who on earth reads small print and goes to promotion and reads rules I signed up on an offer that stated non of the above in that case why take me directly to payment option. Why would you con people out of a bonus that was promised get people excited for absolutely nothing . They wouldn’t rectify it told me top up again I said I will leave a bad review also if they don’t play fair and they didn’t wanna no so glad I spent 10£ and not £100 .. there site could be banging if there wasn’t catches I mean who tells you what games you can play a bonus is a bonus !!! Would have prob spent a small fortune if they stuck to there deal and showed some interest I mean been so stingy to con ppl to sign up with complete lies … joke

First of all the good points..I like the acca boost if you do trebles or more. They give one bet a week, usually on a Saturday, where, if your horse loses you get a free bet upto €10, a great offer. They have improved on their payout times to your account (about time). Now the bad points: They recently upgraded their page..upgraded? Without doubt the WORST, SLOWEST SITE in Ireland or UK. If anything it’s got worse and slower (if that’s possible) since their so called upgrade to their page. It took me 35 minutes to do my lotto bets, it should have took 7 minutes..12 BREAKDOWNS in that time, it either freezes or ” page not found” comes up. A website designed by 5 year olds (sorry that’s an insult to 5 year olds). Get the message: If punters cannot get their bet on THEY GO ELSEWHERE. No problems on William Hill or Corals in getting your bets on speedily. I am a long time customer, this site has been like this for years, no amount of revamp and new look page makes it go any quicker IT IS WORSE. If you cannot provide a efficient website, close it down completely and do your punters a favour.

I signed up through a link through odds checker and placed a bet according to their terms and conditions to get a free bet and casino bonus. However they did not credit me with a free bet or the casino bonus and stated i used a shared ip address. i used my own mobile and data. It seems im not the only person affected by this reading the reviews here. This means im not going to use them as someone else walking in my area near my street who has a boyelsports account could be used as am excuse to not give what is being offered because of mobile data. i would not use these people and will instaed go back yo bet365 here is a message i receieved off them “ Ma. If you want a bookmaker that offers support and rewards loyalty. Than steer clear of Boylesports. Over the past 2 years promotions are being removed and now also being reduced. They are miles behind other bookmakers where promotions are concerned. Example. I’m a customer I’d say about 15 years give or take. I received a promotion which has now been reduced by 75 percent. Was awarded 20 spins now been reduced to 5. When queried as to why it would be reduced I was just told it was a company decision they keep behind closed doors. I was than told it effects everyone which is false and they than admitted. Well we don’t know why you where affected. This is the treatment of a customer over 10 years. Who deposits 5 days out of 7 a week. Paddy for example. Offer far better value, promotions, they reward loyalty etc. I’ve used them regularly for a long time. Again promotions are slowly being removed There’s one money back race weekly and bar the odd month that’s it. There other promotions are generally market wide and available woth other bookies as standard.They also void bet builders entirely if a player doesn’t start. Others just void The selection which is common sense.They’re agents do there best but if management treat customers this way I can only imagine how they treat the support staff.Also don’t contact me to remove the review as you did previously. Accounts closed and a notes been added not to be reactivated.

Customer services couldn’t give a care in the world,shocking,also over a 3 month period and spent a lot of money 1,000’s on games and not won everything back,I don’t expect much back as it is gaming but nothing is shocking,my advice to people is keep well away and go with coral or Ladbrokes as least you get something back plus the service is a lot better,NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

My bet, placed at 13/8 odds (which met the terms), was settled, but I received no free bets. When I contacted live chat, I was told I wasn’t eligible because I used a shared IP. This is complete nonsense—no one else in my household has an account, and mobile IPs are dynamic!Terrible service and deceitful practices. Lo-and-behold the bet was settled with 2.2 odds (meeting the criteria) and no free bets, contact live chat to be told as I’m using a shared IP I cannot receive this, which is absolute hogwash, no one at my property has an account besides IPs are dynamic on mobile devices! Terrible service, bunch of crooks, I deposited and bet my money in good faith based on the terms of the offer and this happens.I’ve complained to IBAS and have a case open. Update – 02/09/2024 2:10pm:Emailed as requested but not expecting much considering I emailed you on Friday regarding this and have yet to hear back.

I opened an account with Boylesports having seen the sign up promotion that if I placed a £10 bet at more than 1/1 odds I would receive a £20 free bet. I placed my bet at 2.4 odds. It won :o) Now I am checking my account, and I am not receiving my free bet. The customer service (agent “Donal” on the live chat) said: “It appears that your registration did not meet the criteria for our sign-up offer because your IP address has been identified for shared use within our system. Consistent with the terms and conditions of the promotions of the promotion, free bets will be withheld for reasons such as the use of a shared IP address.”I signed up using the 4G network on my phone. Probably many other new customers do the same. Avoid these scammers.

I decided to join BoyleSports after seeing an advert in a daily newspaper. They offered a £20 free bet on the condition that I made a bet of £10 above the odds of evens. I was excited about getting this reward so I signed up and played my bet. I was worried because my free bet did not arrive. I contacted them on live chat and they said it was due to me sharing my IP address which is rubbish. I did a deep dive on google on Boyle sports and found that this is happening to many punters with Boyle Sports. It is sad that they can get away with this in the UK.

They’ve randomly deleted several games it’s a total joke! Some of the best games based off tv shows with amazing themes all deleted! Yet some of the remaining games are ridiculous and have such silly themes! I don’t know whose decision it was to delete so many games in the last few days but they’ve made such an error here! Couldn’t delete my account quick enough and I know 6 others who are so disappointed to see their favourite games removed. A pointless decision done for no reason by someone who gained nothing. Currently waiting for a manager callback.They are trying to dispute my £10 cash back offer, by saying it was not valid even though I contacted them 5 minutes prior to playing £10 on slots to verify what games were eligible, and rather than the agent correctly identifying that the offer was (supposedly no longer valid) and rightfully informing me of this information, he instead suggested that I should go to play on Big Bass Splash.May I suggest that your agents don’t be suggesting wrongful information on things that they clearly do not know about!A suggestion from an employee that is receiving a wage for providing accurate support should clearly be taken as a trusted source of information. Placed a £20 bet to win. Thinking as stated on board MONEY BACK IF 2nd TO SP FAV. My horse came 2nd went to fetch my money only to be given a voucher. When I queried why I didn’t get my MONEY back they said I should have read the T/Cs. It’s up to Boyles to be more transparent they never mentioned on display board that you would receive a voucher and only to the value of £20 no matter what you staked. Back to Corals for me!!

I signed up to this website using a promotion, deposited and placed a bet as per the T&Cs, and now they are refusing to pay out the promotion. They’ve listed a series of payment methods that wouldn’t qualify for the promotion, of which I used none, and somehow are still refusing to pay. We are talking about £5 or £10 here – not life-changing money. Go and use more trustworthy bookmakers

I’ve played some rubbish casinos but this might be hands down the worst. I don’t know what strings they’re pulling but the payout on the casino games is shocking. I spent a few sessions trying to get a bonus on a game, after a week I finally got one for it to only pay half of what my original bet was 😂. If you value you’re time and money, try elsewhere.
