Sorry, but this site is no go. I had fully verified my account… ID, Address – few days after – certain restrictions applied, phone calls Friday, Sunday… email saying they are requesting documents, but no clear info, no links etc.. What a joke! Imagine that, zero tolerance for you as a client, just because they do not care. Plus, I can assure – their games on their website – its more as a DESERT – empty and its no joke, days after days, nothing.. Looks like you top up just to give to these BEGGARS. Scam, I truthfully agree with anyone else, and all of these 1 star ratings are genuine. At the end of the day – they will just do this loss limits to make sure you’ll never win. So please, do a favor – stay away. They are beggars, they just need all your money, and they will treat you as you are nothing.

Thanks for your suggestion that I contact your customer care departments. I did that on multiple occasions. Totally unhelpful. Could not care less about player safety. If you have a gambling problem and want a firm to accommodate that and not ask any questions – I would highly recommend Boyle Sports. They are your nightmare come through.

Stoney Stanton road customer service is terrible huff and puff when putting bets on always having a cigarette outside. Lady constantly shouting at customers putting money in the machines then trys to stop them from playing awful shop avoid .They close earlier than advertised change your staff .

Don’t bet with this firm. They have zero customer protections nor do they care about the well being of their clients. I lost over 40k euro and they never asked once my source of funds or whether I could afford to lose that sum of money. They ignored all of the red flags. I understand personal responsibility but betting firms also have a responsibility too. I contacted them to shut down my account otherwise they would have kept taking my money.

I would like to say once more these are the worst company for getting your winnings off they requested for id which I sent then a utility bill which I send now there saying we need a selfie with id I have told them I can’t send a selfie because I don’t have my driving licence on me am working away and still holding the funds am not back home until December I can’t believe how bad this company is avoid at all costs!!!! Another bookmaker happy to restrict you if you happen to win 2 horse bets in the same day.. absolutely pathetic.Not only do they not honour sign up bones with false allegations of shared IP but now they restrict u even though you are losing and now I can’t even use my free bet stake to more than 51p on an 8 fold football accaWhat an embarrassment boylesports are.Also their odds on football accas are appalling… comparing 5folds 8folds ect ect to 8 other bookmakers on today’s English football and boylesports had the worst return on btts , over 2.5 and home/away/draw accas… that really says it all… terrible terrible odds and promotions are some of the worst.. Absolute scam. Signed up given the free bet welcome promotion. I followed all the steps to make sure my bet was eligible. No free bet applied. When I asked them about this two separate people claimed that either my initial deposit was made through PayPal or separately that I “tried” to make my initial deposit through PayPal, which made it ineligible. The first is untrue, as I have nothing showing any money coming from PayPal and a deposit clearly coming directly from my current account. Whether the second is true or not (I have no recollection) is irrelevant: the terms and conditions clearly refer to ineligible “deposits” not “attempts to make a deposit”. Clearly there are attempts to find any excuse to not fulfil their end of the bargain after taking money. Shameful.

Absolutely disgusting that based on the Google and other push ads I am seeing, Diarmuid Connolly is having his serious assault charge overlooked and being used as an ambassador. the second ad I’ve seen promotes Ger Brennan, someone who campaigned for a no vote with vitriol directed at the gay community a couple of years back. Calls him a ‘legend’ ‘brilliant’ even if the person saying it seems like a much older gaa minded type. Violence and assault are trending so much now in the courts partly because the Irish population is sick of these people getting returned to our streets and getting weak sentences for their attacks. Violence is unacceptable, in public or in private spheres of society. Connolly is violent, using him to promote a betting company that wreak havoc on the lives of so many in financial difficulty? Well there’s a lot in terms of immorality to unpack there.

Had a imposed deposit limit of £500 upon which Boyle placed upon me when opening my account 6 months ago, after I won and withdrew a couple of hundred quid they then limited my deposits to £430 per month for no reason, then on the 6th August 2024 I won and withdrew around £150, then yesterday the 7th of August I receive another email stating my deposit limits have been reduced to £100 per month to supposedly protect me from over gambling what ever that means, and they have also removed all promotions from my account without any explanation what so ever Absolute joke of a company

Joined using a sign up bonus offer which was never received after my bets had settled. When I sent an email asking if there was an issue or delay, I was told I did not qualify due to a shared IP flag.Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common issue, and a “shared” IP appears to be an excuse to not have to honor promotions. Very dishonest way of attracting new customers.

By far the best so far. You will lose BUT they let you win too. Bonus games actually give decent wins. Only down side is they reduced my monthly deposit to a poultry £300. Have to say at the start it was quite good, but then , without any explanation, my account was “restricted”. No explanation, no information, nothing. Tried Live Chat which was a waste of time. I’m a very amateur gambler, didn’t win very much in footie cumulative bets and 6/7 wins on free bets on the horses, which I know absolutely nothing about. Although it said restricted it turned out I could bet on nothing so I closed the account. It was quite funny, I had £11 in my account and £10 in my Free Bets but they only paid out £11 !!!!. I’ve had numerous friends who have had similar experiences which I wish I’d known before I started with them as they are simply awful !!!!!

Refused to give new joiner free bet due to some rubbish about using a shared IP address.It’s a mobile only offer but make sure you sign up using your WiFi and not mobile network as these scammers will just use it as an excuse to avoid following through. Seems to be common among many new joiners. They can easily see I am a new joiner based on my home address.Chat useless, just keep repeating their terms and conditions, then was told to email care at boylesports.com just so they could repeat the same nonsense.
