SCAM. Never had any issues with other booking agents. Signed up for Boyle due to their sign up offer. They allow me to register, deposit and bet. After losing bet they restricted my account and refused to honor the sign up offer (£20 free bets)

I find at times promo’s difficult to navigate maybe a simple reason i maybe a bit cynical that is the only thing i find difficulty with is navigation through the site

Terrible company. Have a sign up offer which you must do on your mobile device.Yet, if you use mobile data, they will claim you’re ineligible because you are using an IP address someone else has used.They do this on purpose and it is a completely unfair (if not illegal) term of condition as I have no way of checking if the IP my ISP has assigned is on Boyle’s system?! Completely misleading promotion and will be reporting to the UKGC.

You can expect to go through a lengthy process of identification checks if you win a bet. Where they will withhold any winnings until they have gotten everything they need from you.I’ve had colonoscopies less invasive.

Upon meeting all the conditions for the welcome offer it was not granted because they argued that I did not access the website from a personal IP address when I only used my devices to access the website from my home wifi. Mislead customers and are not helpful in solving the problems – “there’s nothing I can do”. Will never use them again.

So today i placed a £5 inplay double and the bet won but because boylesport put the wrong odds my bet was cancelled even though they should honour the bet by law,if my bet had lost would they have refunded my £5 bet no they would so they have stolen my winnings

Signed up for new customer offer, never been on the site before, followed all instructions and deposited and placed a £10 bet and ended up not getting any of the free sign up offers due to IP address. Should have read the reviews here first, no apology on live chat just standard copy and paste information. Would not even offer to refund the £10 back. Any new potential customers looking to sign up steer clear you most likely will not get any of the offers and be given the IP address reasoning. Very disappointed, won’t be getting any more money from me.

Signed up and place a qualifying bet for a free bet bonus. Bet was settled, but free bets were not awarded. Was fobbed off with what seems to be a standard response based on other reviews about IP address. Would not recommend at all.

£5000 withdrawal made – told timeframe is 2-12 hours, yet has been way over it. Every time I contact customer service I’m told “the gaming team need to approve it then the finance team can process it!” Been escalated 4 times to “the gaming team” now, and no result. Once it has been processed I’ll delete this review but its not the wat to treat loyal customers.

Some of the slots promo are just a scam. Prizes not credited, or just not balanced with the requirements I have Closed the account for it. Has problems every week. Not last the long time for withdrawal, not possible to use card balance on shop counter .I can go ahead longer but no point.

I signed up to an exclusive offer and once the offer had settled, I was told 2 completely different things by customer service and therefore was denied the bonus. Absolutely unacceptable.I signed up with mobile data and then was told firstly that the link I used was a shared link to which I disagreed and showed proof of where I found the offer and then was denied on grounds of my ip being shared, it says nothing about not using mobile data in the t&cs so very confused.This is my first time with boylesports and probably my last as they don’t seem to honour their offers or respect their customers. Customer service seems to be of no help as I keep getting the same copy and paste responses and the agent was extremely disrespectful to the degree where I asked her to file a complaint of my behalf and a second later she replied back stating I hadn’t responded and that she had other customers to tend to, as if my request wasnt important enough, her tone throughout our conversation seemed like she was extremely disinterested to engage with me, seems like a preconceived decision to deny the welcome offer seeing as though she didn’t know which reason it was to have grounds enough to deny it in the first place … really not happy with how I’ve been treated by customer service, is that how a customer should expect to be treated? Shocking.

The boost on the accused is great. The fact that you can’t go to the event you backed on directly from the bet slip is very annoying.

They offer free bets for new customers. This is based on unique IP addresses. Sadly in the UK mobile operators use CGNAT and when you use your mobile phone you are assigned an IP address from a pool of IP addresses all previously used. So if you are lucky the assigned IP address hasn’t been used at Boyle sports.This is well understood in the industry but not at boylesports. SCAM you offer a free sign up bet that is based on luck.

New online account, after a few bets my id was required , ‘takes 2 minutes’.2 days later, no results so after a lot of hassel i discovered the an Irish Passport, card version, is not acceptable ! I now cannot close the account and recover my smallish deposit. This is a cowboy online outfit obviously not based in Ireland. A shame, since their betting office staffs are so competent.

Saw An offer for free bet with sign up offer. Followed the terms and conditions and was told I was not eligible due to shared IP address even though I was the first and only to use that address. The live chat were rude and irresponsive . Would not recommend will take my custom else where

I placed a €50 bet, took €200 out of my bank account, said I had placed 4 bets, totally refused to refund me, said I had placed the same bet 4 times, only listened when I said I was going to contact comreg, these are the biggest shower of robbing wankerss, 100% worse than any other bookmaker

24 hours of punting went ok till the id requirement, previously not mentioned offered me a 2 minute verifcation if i input my passport photo. I reluctantly agreed, sent photo , didn’t like the requirement for my data to be used by some unconnected company, but went ahead. 10 hours later i still await id approval email and decided to close the account. Can’t do without id approval 😂 .This anti money laundering was to check out my €35 deposit which i’d already use for a day. Inefficient outfit, poor app with intrusive ads.Why do they wish to “use” my passport data elsewhere as indicated in the id process. Info gathering gobsheens

Following on from my previous review:I contacted customer support again, which is what they advise (see response, under my previous review).They were of no help whatsoever. As I mentioned previously, I strongly recommend that you avoid this company. In my opinion, they are very far from being reputable. I do not endorse gambling, but if you do gamble, these are NOT the people to trust your money with. AVOID THEM.An amusing aside, ( in my opinion) are some of the fantastical and barely believable positive reviews, that seem to follow quickly when they receive a negative review.I do wonder where these incredible reviews come from, cough cough.

unreal, either some games are broken or they are claiming false rtp… I used many online casinos, the RTP on Bloylesport is definitely the worst sround, takes away the fun from playing … fire and roses for instance, I have maxed out almost all prizes that you win when you spin the wheel and guess what, hundreds of spins later I didn’t get on espin, multiplier maxed out at x10 and guess what hundreds of spin later still nothing… but that is not the only game, there are many games that reduce your odds of winning as you play, basically it is a legal scam… the only good thing about Boylesports is the lotto… and that is the only reason why I keep my account active. again I usedmany more online casinos but Boylesports is at a different level of scam…BTW I have been invited to leave feedback here by Boylesports itself… I won some good money on other casinos but Boylesports has always been not more than 700bucks (and I have been using it for years)

I recently had a major issue with their signup promotion. After registering using my mobile phone (a requirement in the promotion), I placed a bet to qualify for the promotion. After not receiving the promotion I contacted BoyleSports and was told that I was not eligible because I used a “shared IP”Mobile data connections always share IP addresses among multiple users within the carrier’s network. This effectively blocks mobile devices based on IP addresses while also requiring mobile devices as part of the promotion. This seems both counterintuitive, and fails to consider this common scenario which seems misleading.Transparency and fairness should be paramount, benefiting both users and the company. Disqualifying users without prior notice seems downright wrong.

Be careful when using the promos plastered over their website & social media – they are untrustworthy & may not honour them. I’d only had the account for 2 weeks & had placed some football & horse racing bets in that time.One of the bets I placed was for a Euro 2024 promotional bet (promo was bet £20+ on a team to win tournament & receive free £5 bet each time that team wins in normal time) on 03/06/24 & then four days later they contacted me to tell me my account was now restricted from using promos.I tried to get clarity on live chat as to whether the active open Euros promo bet that I had placed BEFORE the restriction would still be honoured as per the condition of the promo that I was invited to use at the time – I didn’t get anywhere on live chat as the person responding just repeatedly avoided answering the question or just didn’t understand it.A few e-mails later & they’ve now told me that although the bet will remain placed & active throughout the Euros, they won’t be honouring the £5 free bet credits for each win despite me having placed that bet in good faith BEFORE being “restricted”.Moral of the story – don’t be enticed into placing a bet on the back of a Boylesports banner promotion advertisement because there’s a good chance they’ll let you place the bet & then restrict you from the benefits of the promotion before the bet has even concluded.

I recently tried to take advantage of an in store offer. Where the in store staff were of great assistance (Pontefract).The offer was deposit £20 on a terminal and receive a £10 free bet the next day. The machine wouldn’t accept multiple notes, so I entered 2 x £10 4 seconds apart. The Freebet never arrived. So I contacted online support, to be told the £20 had to be done in one transaction, they never acknowledge anything I said about the machines fault, the fact there was only 4 second between £10 one and two. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to contact online support and they have been far from helpful. A little common sense would have shown I did all I could to quality for the offer, even apply it as a goodwill gesture, there was nothing. The online support agent even suggested I didn’t qualify for the offer because my next bet wasn’t £20 (it was) but this isn’t stated in the terms so unsure why ‘Crystele’ made this upIn summary, don’t waste your time contacting online support the are not knowledgable nor are they helpful in anyway.

I placed a bet in machine in shop which funds the online account, the bet won and it clearly states winnings can be withdrawn in cash in shop. When I tried to withdraw in cash it refused, I asked staff at counter who shrugged their shoulders and said bet at till next time. The live chat was more helpful and they told me my account had no restrictions and I should have been allowed a shop withdrawal in cash. Very dissatisfied customer as I rate boylesports very highly, the whole system works perfectly I just would have loved to have had cash to bring on holiday.

Being with boylesports a while now casino is very hard to get a bonus good vibe about everything else horse racing is cool football is a challenge but who doesn’t like a challenge but as they say ya have to bet wisely good motto but yeah nobody said it was easy predicting but everything you need is on app if you can predict it good effort put into the app hoping one day for a life changing win at boylesports but still give 5 out of 6 stars more bonus’s would be nice 🙂

I signed up recently because I was promised a free bet & casino spins.I received the free bet, but the casino spins never materialised.I contacted customer services to be told the casino spins never existed.I was gobsmacked, as I know what I signed up for.I spoke to another service advisor on the phone who was fixated on whether I had a screen shot of the promotion. I explained that if I have, then that will be saved for when I possibly take further action against the company.I have since read reviews from other disgruntled customers, and it all makes sense. I so wish I hadn’t signed up to this company, I find it hard not to believe that somethingvery wrong isn’ttaking place here.I have a free bet pending and await with interest what will happen if it wins.If you are going to gamble, I highly recommend that you AVOID this company. The absolute worst company. I have been loyal to this site for many years, but I’m about to give up now. Whenever I opt into promotions and don’t receive anything I get told I didn’t opt in correctly or I did something wrong and played the wrong game. I have probably had one good win on here in all the years so the RTP is also terrible. If I ever ask if I am eligible for a bonus (after spending £300 per month) I get told flat out no. Chat is rude and unhelpful. If you want to join a decent site, this really isn’t one of them. They have zero regard for player loyalty.

I signed up with the welcome offer of bet £10 get £20 free bet. I waited a few days even after the bet settled, contacted live chat and I wasn’t eligible due to IP address. I asked if an account had been setup before with this IP address (my mobile phone) and they couldn’t answer, I understand its to prevent duplicate accounts but this is a shady reason and false advertising as I’ve never used the app/ website before nor has anybody else on this device of IP address. Terrible bookies.
