I started betting months ago, my account was charged £ 1500 and I lost everything. Luckily for me, the last 3 weeks I met the guy on Instagram called green_tipp, the guy games are nerve-wracking !!! .. I opened a Bwin account this week and deposited £2000 and then placed 2 football bets , both bets won returning just over £5500 so a profit of £2500 . My account was then closed an after day’s of trying to get some answers I was sent an email telling me a business decision had been made to close my account! I then rang and asked someone where my money was and how I could get it back to my bank account as I now had no access to my account to withdraw it , anyway to my shock and disbelief I was emailed today to be told I will it be receiving any money back … can this really happen in the gambling world ???

Terrible company kept badgering me with emails to verify my account and a bonus would be waiting so done that then they said you need to deposit I done that staked it and still no bonus they just con you with a bonus you won’t ever get and then deny all knowledge of the offer. Hi. Just joined Bwin after no more than 1 hour as a member I won £80. I tried to withdraw was then asked for prof of I’d which I did. All prof was rejected the same prof I gave to William Hill that was accepted. They accept your money but don’t want to pay out complete gangsters. Try William Hill only 3hrs and you have your money.

I'm certainly no sore loser with sour grapes against any company. I have given one star but I really would like to know how to give no stars.
I had a 20 treble which they wouldn't pay- a simple bet.
I was met with total arrogance for no reason when I pointed out my bet was a winning one
I genuinely couldn't believe their answer "Our company has been instructed by our bookmakers that your bet is void "- and I was given the most ridiculous reason why!!

This review relates to the casino side of bwin. I initially joined up due to the reasonable selection of slots offered – I normally play quite a lot each month and naturally sometimes win and sometimes lose money. Initially with bwin I lost a bit of money then over the next couple of months I had a good run and made a profit ( I’m not talking a huge amount – about £200)
After this I got an email from them saying that I could no longer access their casino section due to a ‘business decision’. I can only assume this is because I won a bit of money on the slots. What a joke!!!

So if you want a company that are happy to take your money when you lose bwin are perfect.
If you want a company who ban you if you win any money from them then again bwin are great.
If you’re serious about playing slots avoid this site – there are plenty of fairer more trustworthy ones out there.

My issue is that I feel like Bwin does not listen to me nor does it try to really help me with my problem. The situation is that I have had a deposit of 500 Euro on the 15th of may and 20 Euro on the 16th of may. Suddenly after 2 weeks I received an E-mail stating that there was a charge back and that I have a debt now of 520 Euro.

I have never charged the money back nor have I ever received the 520 Euro back on my bank account. So I contacted Bwin support about this and also the live chat several times. They stated that there was a charge back and I had to provide evidence that this was not the case. I provided A PDF document with my bank statements of the entire month of may.

Bwin support told me their team is investigating the matter and I have to wait till the 4th of june because I should receive the money by then. And till that time I should wait there is nothing I could do. Several times I have asked if the debt is not a problem and I should not worry about it and I got the answer that I just should wait. Today my account on Bwin got closed and I received an E-mail back that I have to pay the debt now.

I’m very angry and disappointed in Bwin as they promise and communicate certain information with me but the opposite seems to happen.

Despite the general feeling of unfairness in the poker platform, I wish to inform people that I have litterally just been robbed. I have been playing for several years intensly and have never seen that nor thought it could be possible.

Got an answer from the support saying my account was credited (at least they answer). Thing is transaction history shows a weird "initial balance 0" "final balance 0" on this transaction, while it usually shows the difference of amount before/after in ALL transactions (I have thounsands, strangely it's the only transaction with 0 before 0 after). So there definitely is something shady there. I keep on fighting with my transaction screenshot and see what they say. Now I am not only being robbed but treated a liar. I find it extremely worrying that a cash win disappears like that in such an important website. It looks like a core security issue to me. What can I do? Sue bwin for 15 usd? Keep this thread up to date as a feedback for all to see.

3 days to approve your withdrawal when u do it on verified account with passport and to the same card that you have deposited. And when you do it before weekend you can receive your money in a week or more if bank holidays?? But there is an opportunity to cancel your withdrawal all the time.

The pay out is manipulated so you can't win, matter how much you pay in. The customer support is a joke, they treat you like you have nothing to say and don't respond to any question. I was winning 2000 eurós on a slot in a bonus game as this suddenly stopped when I hit the win. Customer service told me that there is no win because the slot was not working correct. All the win got canceled and customer support refused to answer me after telling me that they have no time for things like this. It's the worst manipulated casino I ever experienced. Vey bad service there. Don't open an acct . They take days for withdrawal and everytime they block the proceeding saying there is an issue without any notification. I had to send photos of ID, passport 4-5 times for withdrawal that is still pending. But for deposit its immediate without any issue. They are cheaters and mislead us with their bonus that takes X35 times the wager to it to withdraw. That cheating and open fraud. Very bad experience.

Bunch of conning scum Played a slot that i usually play on other sites i have played this slot for years so know it very well . On BWIN this slot was very glitchy kept stopping mid spin etc. The way the slot payed out was unlike any other site i have played it on, went through £90 and at no point did i win anything over £4 it did not operate as it should never got a bonus round at all , on any other site i would have it a bonus round at least twice with the stakes a was spinning. Avoid this crap company. They charged me resettlement fee of my bets because one event was cancelled and they recalculated my winnings wrongly. Then I looked at my history and have seen 3 tickets won but resettlement charged at same amount as my 3 tickets so I got no winnings at all. After emailing their customer services and support team with evidence they advised they can see sth else on their end but never got response why they charged me and got no winnings at all!!! Customer service isn't very good. Spoke to an advisor called Eric Jose on live chat and they just said 'closing the conversation' now and went. Other websites tend to ask if theres anything else then can help you with. Found them quiete rude and unhelpful. Won't be using this site in future.
