This is message for all People who think they can win something on this site.i was playing on few sites and this is worst one.Why? Becouse when i tell u i bet over 15000€ and only my win was message '' thank you for your trust and playing at bwin''.you will not get bonus and payout, when u want to do cashout they make storno and turn it back on ure acc after 2 days?If u say sometnig or make a call with normal question they take youre money and CLOSE ure account without answer. I saw thats perfect money wash mashine.you can bet in football for fun,1 wrong click on something else and u will open hellgate with no chance to win.they will take ure soul if they can not only money. Hope this will help to someone.

This Casino is trash, it's a scam, they manipulate costumer accounts, so you have no chance to win. They steeling money from the accounts and if you complain they just close your account. The costumer service refuse to answer. In the most countries they don't have valid licenses, so you as gambler have no protection. In Germany and Austria they will stop this soon, this is why they will try to get as much cash out of their costumers as possible. Don't play there, you will get ripped of. I deposited some money and wanted to bet. But i couldn't bet. Then i contacted support and they said my account wasn't verifered even though i had done everything they said to do.

now my money is frozen and the support won't help me at all and they claim because i haven't played a bet yet i can't withdraw my bet, but i can't bet anything.

so i just lost alot of money to this shady company

As a customer of Bwin for many years i have never had a problem with my account the last month i was lucky and win some money from betting. I have lost lot of money to this company(BWIN). They limit my maximum bet to 1€ that is really shame and disappointed . Well there is lot of companies there i can find to play. If you win they limit you to 1€ if you lose they send you bonus and promotions to come and lose money and if you win they limit you. My advice is to stay away from this company .

The send me a deposit bonus offer,but i didn't received a bonus.I contacted support which told me that they will contacted me later regarding it ,but noone contacted me.After 24 hours i contacted support again and they said that the offer was a mistake so i cannot receive it! I was not compansated in any terms. Never again!Bulgarian customer support is redicilous!

I had self excluded with bwin after losing around £10000. However my secondary account remained open! Despite having the exact same username, full name, date of birth, payment method, and passport verification.

I lost another £10000 in the following months and was even contacted by VIP Manager to entice me to gamble further.

I emptied the bank and contacted them to self exclude again and asked about player protection in place.

Absolutely no responsibility on their part to protect gamblers, and happy to continue taking your funds.

Morally and ethically corrupt and devoid of any sympathy, and I'm surprised the gambling commission has not looked into this further.

I have no words about this trash,in this garbage hole win in slots is simply impossible. Bonuses removed, bet of more than 20 pence, just not playing. What A piece of s..t bookmaker they are… total trash….I would even given them -100 if possible…they don't have a rating in my book. They keep sending me emails on emails about offers to deposit. I have only deposited 12 dollars and was trying to place a bet and boom your account is closed.

So let's start. The bonus is awful, the customer service is awful. They restrict your stakes. I was self excluded from Gamstop and still was allowed to open an account. They then closed my account AFTER I had made a deposit and placed a bet, which meant I couldn't even void the bet or cash out from the bet as I was locked out of my account. Customer service is awful, their response was that I was self excluded so my account was locked… I already know this. I'm asking why I was even allowed to open an account and deposit and place a bet in the first place.

Took a couple time outs, each time I was credited with free bets within a day or two of setting the time out. When the time outs expired I reciveyno free bets over a long period, timed out again mostly out of annoyance not so much a game issue, was credited with another free bet. Asked to receive one of these bets when my account reopened and was told I had to use the others in three days hahahaha jesus christ.. Mentioned to a customer service advisor that I should time out again because there service is a joke and she shut my account indefinitely even without confirmation hahaha coral it is then….

Im a life long gambler with realistic views on winning. I joined bwin around 6 months ago and after s few winning horses i was redtricted to a measly £1.25p
Stake. They advertise best odds guaranteed but never honour their pledge. Even though their website is miles less efficient than the bigger firms. They offer 5 free spins occasionally but only if you deposit a set amount £20 to £50. Their withdrawal time is extremely slow as they hope you will reverse withdrawal.

Now same thing has happened to me. I feel terrible, is there no law agency to report the Scammers to? I deposited, no problem, i won my first bet 27USD won 54USD.

I cannot withdraw, i sent document National ID, waiting for verification. Next day i could not sign-in again, said to contact operations. I did, they told me "We have received your documents. However the documents we have received doesn't confirm with verification standards."

No explanation, and just closed my account, my money is still in there. Now they want to own my money?

Awful.
Restricted to starting prices on horses very quickly with the usual nonsensical mass emails all bookies seem to send out when you have a couple of wins.
Mediocre odds with typical bookmaker customer focus, ie none at all.
A law unto themselves who want mugs to hammer their slots and and lose as you will.
Slow to return your money too.
Always check your odds too as they can and do shift them from fixed odds to lower SPs without advising you, I noticed this when a bet was declared a NR.
